First, silanized carbon fiber (SCF) was synthesized, then silanized carbon fiber–silver (SCF-S) was obtained. Finally, silanized carbon fiber–silver–acrylate (SCF-S-A) electrical conductive and antibacterial composites were prepared. The structures of CF, SCF, SCF-S, and SCF-S-A were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, FTIR, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, and UV spectra. The electrical conductive and antibacterial properties of SCF-S-A nanocomposites were studied. The results showed that electrical conductive and antibacterial activity properties of SCF-S-A nanocomposites were improved. When the content of SCF-S was 50%, the conductivity of SCF-S-A nanocomposites was maximum. The SCF-S-A nanocomposites will have promising application in high-performance electrical conductive and antibacterial materials. 相似文献

To the photocatalytic H2 evolution, the exposure of a reduction surface over a catalyst plays an important role for the reduction of hydrogen protons. Here, this study demonstrates the design of a noble‐metal‐free spatially separated photocatalytic system exposed with reduction surfaces (MnOx @CdS/CoP) for highly solar‐light‐driven H2 evolution activity. CoP and MnOx nanoparticles are employed as the electron and hole collectors, which are selectively anchored on the outer and inner surface of CdS shells, respectively. Under solar light irradiation, the photogenerated holes and electrons can directionally move to the MnOx and CoP, respectively, leading to the exposure of a reduction surface. As a result, the H2 evolution increases from 32.0 to 238.4 µmol h?1, which is even higher than the activity of platinum‐loaded photocatalyst (MnOx @CdS/Pt). Compared to the pure CdS with serious photocorrosion, the MnOx @CdS/CoP maintains a changeless activity for the H2 evolution and rhodamine B degradation, even after four cycles. 在含有甲苯添加剂的酸性三氯化铝—苄基三乙基氯化铵(AlCl_3-TEBAC)离子液体中进行铝的电沉积。考察甲苯加入量对离子液体电导率的影响,研究金属铝在离子液体中的电沉积行为,并用直流和脉冲电源进行铝电沉积。结果表明,离子液体电导率随甲苯摩尔分数x的增加而升高,但在x大于7.5%后,电导率趋于稳定;铝沉积反应为扩散控制的准可逆过程,在玻碳电极上的沉积是三维瞬时形核过程;电沉积得到的铝镀层为银灰色,而且脉冲电沉积得到的镀层要优于直流电沉积。 相似文献

以20 ℃静水解冻组为对照,在相同水温条件下,研究不同超声波功率(120、180、240、300 W)对解冻 后羊肉品质的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,超声波解冻组解冻时间显著缩短,解冻后羊肉红度值(a*)和嫩度 显著提高,180 W超声波解冻处理组羊肉黄度值(b*)最高(P<0.05);随着超声波功率的增加,解冻后羊肉的 汁液损失率显著增大(P<0.05),pH值和亮度值(L*)显著降低(P<0.05);随着超声波功率的增加,解冻后羊 肉菌落总数显著降低(P<0.05),其中180、240 W超声波处理组显著低于120 W处理组(P<0.05)。综合分析可 知,超声波解冻与静水解冻相比显著提高了羊肉的解冻速率和羊肉新鲜度,且对羊肉的脂肪酸组成和相对含量没有 显著影响,但超声波解冻后羊肉肉色偏暗,解冻汁液流失率偏高。240 W超声波解冻对羊肉品质的负面影响最小, 因此选择240 W作为羊肉最佳解冻功率。 相似文献

该文研究沙棘油对黑曲霉线粒体结构和功能的影响,并评估沙棘油对黑曲霉的抗真菌效果。通过以不同的浓度沙棘油处理黑曲霉菌丝体,提取黑曲霉线粒体,并利用透射电子显微镜对线粒体超微结构进行观察;为进一步验证不同浓度沙棘油处理对黑曲霉线粒体功能的影响,测定黑曲霉线粒体的活性氧、丙二醛水平,细胞膜电位变化,三羧酸循环相关酶(琥珀酸脱氢酶和三磷酸腺苷酶)活性变化。结果表明:沙棘油以剂量依赖的方式诱导黑曲霉线粒体结构损伤,经沙棘油处理后的黑曲霉线粒体表现出明显的空泡化、形成异常小泡和线粒体基质结构遭到破坏的迹象,且导致线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶和三磷酸腺苷酶活性显著降低,线粒体膜电位明显降低,丙二醛和活性氧水平显著升高。综上,沙棘油可以破坏线粒体膜通透性,导致线粒体结构破坏,从而损害线粒体功能,达到抗真菌效果。 相似文献

The advent of van der Waals (vdW) ferromagnetic (FM) and antiferromagnetic (AFM) materials offers unprecedented opportunities for spintronics and magneto-optic devices. Combining magnetic Kerr microscopy and density functional theory calculations, the AFM-FM transition is investigated and a surprising abnormal magneto-optic anisotropy in vdW CrSBr associated with different magnetic phases (FM, AFM, or paramagnetic state) is discovered. This unique magneto-optic property leads to different anisotropic optical reflectivity from different magnetic states, permitting direct imaging of the AFM Néel vector orientation and the dynamic process of the AFM-FM transition within a magnetic field. Using Kerr microscopy, not only the domain nucleation and propagation process is imaged but also the intermediate spin-flop state in the AFM-FM transition is identified. The unique magneto-optic property and clear identification of the dynamics process of the AFM-FM phase transition in CrSBr demonstrate the promise of vdW magnetic materials for future spintronic technology. 相似文献
