The formation of an energy‐barrier at a metal/molecular semiconductor junction is a universal phenomenon which limits the performance of many molecular semiconductor‐based electronic devices, from field‐effect transistors to light‐emitting diodes. In general, a specific metal/molecular semiconductor combination of materials leads to a fixed energy‐barrier. However, in this work, a graphene/C60 vertical field‐effect transistor is presented in which control of the interfacial energy‐barrier is demonstrated, such that the junction switches from a highly rectifying diode at negative gate voltages to a highly conductive nonrectifying behavior at positive gate voltages and at room temperature. From the experimental data, an energy‐barrier modulation of up to 660 meV, a transconductance of up to five orders of magnitude, and a gate‐modulated photocurrent are extracted. The ability to tune the graphene/molecular semiconductor energy‐barrier provides a promising route toward novel, high performance molecular devices.  相似文献

在引进的UTCHEM数值模拟软件基础上,建立了非相态稀体系三元复合驱油机理数学模型,并利用所建立的数学模型对UTCHEM数值模拟软件进行了改进,对改进后的模型进行的模拟功能测试结果表明,模拟计算给出的水驱,聚合物驱和三元复合驱综合含水率变化曲线符号实际开采规律;三元复合驱比聚合物驱较大幅度地降低了油层剩余油饱和度,说明所建立的非相态稀体系驱油机理数学模型能够正确地模拟三元复合驱过程。  相似文献

Scanning Spreading Resistance Microscopy electro-mechanical nanocontacts are nowadays well understood and numerous influent parameters have been identified (bias, load, surface state sample, radius of curvature of the tip). Despite several simulation and modelization possibilities, calibration curves are required to ensure reliable electrical characterizations. In this paper, we bring, through nanostructural studies (Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy) of surface state of both SSRM tips and doped silicon surface a new understanding of tip-sample interaction during SSRM measurements. As a result of load, a nanometric residual amorphous silicon layer was observed which thickness depends on applied force and might be due to as well to the plastic transformation (Si to β-tin phase) as to plough-effect residues resulting from the tip indentation into the sample. It appears thus important in a failure analysis process to find the best compromise between stable electrical SSRM response and sample/tip surface degradation.  相似文献

This paper introduces a new parameterization of diffeomorphic deformations for the characterization of the variability in image ensembles. Dense diffeomorphic deformations are built by interpolating the motion of a finite set of control points that forms a Hamiltonian flow of self-interacting particles. The proposed approach estimates a template image representative of a given image set, an optimal set of control points that focuses on the most variable parts of the image, and template-to-image registrations that quantify the variability within the image set. The method automatically selects the most relevant control points for the characterization of the image variability and estimates their optimal positions in the template domain. The optimization in position is done during the estimation of the deformations without adding any computational cost at each step of the gradient descent. The selection of the control points is done by adding a L 1 prior to the objective function, which is optimized using the FISTA algorithm.  相似文献

An attribute opening is an idempotent, anti-extensive and increasing operator, which removes from an image connected components which do not fulfil a given criterion. When the increasingness property is dropped, we obtain a—more general—attribute thinning. In this paper, we propose efficient grey scale thinnings based on geodesic attributes. Given that the geodesic diameter is time consuming, we propose a new geodesic attribute, the barycentric diameter to speed up the computation time. Then, we give the theoretical error bound between these two attributes, and we note that in practice, the barycentric diameter gives very similar results in comparison with the geodesic diameter. Finally, we present the algorithm with further optimisations, to obtain a 60× speed up. We illustrate the use of these thinnings in automated non-destructive material inspection: the detection of cracks. We discuss the advantages of these operators over other methods such as path openings or the supremum of openings with segments.  相似文献

We have designed a microfluidic system that enables both the fabrication of calibrated capsules and the in situ characterization of their mechanical properties. The fabrication setup consists of a double flow-focusing system. A human serum albumin aqueous solution is introduced in the central channel of a first Y-junction. Intercepted by the lateral flows of a hydrophobic phase, it is dispersed into microdroplets. A cross-linking agent is then introduced at a second Y-junction allowing a membrane to form around the droplets. The time of cross-linking is controlled by the length of a wavy channel located downstream of the second junction. A cylindrical microchannel finally enables to deform and characterize the capsules thus formed. The mechanical properties of the capsule membrane are obtained by inverse analysis. The results show that the drop size increases with the flow rate ratio between the central and lateral channels. The mean shear modulus of the capsules fabricated after 23 s of cross-linking is of the order of the surface tension between the two phases indicating that a reaction time of 23 s is too short for an elastic membrane to form around the droplet. When the cross-linking time is increased to 60 s, the microcapsules surface is wrinkled, thus confirming that a solid membrane is formed around the drop. The mean shear modulus of the capsule membrane increases with the cross-linking time, which is in agreement with our previous chemical results and proves that a fine control of the mechanical properties is possible by choosing adequately the control parameters of the system.  相似文献

Model management is essential for coping with the complexity introduced by the increasing number and varied nature of artifacts involved in model-driven engineering-based projects. Global model management (GMM) addresses this issue by enabling the representation of artifacts, particularly transformation composition and execution, within a model called a megamodel. Type information about artifacts can be used for preventing type errors during execution. Built on our previous work, in this paper we present the core elements of a type system for GMM that improves its original typing approach and enables both typechecking and type inference on artifacts within a megamodel. This type system is able to deal with non-trivial situations such as the use of higher order transformations. We also present a prototypical implementation of such a type system.  相似文献

Proton NMR T 2 relaxometry has been applied to investigate phenomena involved in wood–cement composites during hydration. The transformation of capillary pore water into hydrates and gel pore water, as well as the microstructural changes occurring in the cement matrix, was continuously monitored during the first 28 days of hydration. Water in wood and its transfer into the matrix as cement hardens were also evidenced with the method. It has been found, for example, that some of the water in the mixture is retained in wood in the form of bound or free water, depending on the initial water content. By measuring the area under the different peaks, the consumption of water during hydration can be measured and the advancement of the hydration process can be evaluated via the hydration advancement coefficient α. The cement hardening within the composite has been also studied in the presence of calcium chloride, an accelerating agent. The acceleration was clearly evidenced at the early stage of the hydration process. The influence of extractives has been evaluated by comparing the hydration behaviour of composites prepared from Eucalyptus saligna (low extractives content) and Afzelia bipendensis (high extractives content), and a new compatibility index based on NMR relaxometry measurements has been proposed.  相似文献
