NiAl/10-mol%-ZrO2 (3Y) composites of almost full density have been fabricated via spark plasma sintering (SPS) for 10 min at 1300°C and 30 MPa. The former intermetallic compound, which contains a trace amount of Al2 O3 , has been prepared via self-propagating high-temperature synthesis. The composite microstructures are such that tetragonal ZrO2 (∼0.2 μm) and Al2 O3 (∼0.5 μm) particles are located at the grain boundaries of the NiAl (∼46 μm) matrix. Improved mechanical properties are obtained: the fracture toughness and bending strength are 8.8 MPa·m1/2 and 1045 MPa, respectively, and high strength (>800 MPa) can be retained up to 800°C. 相似文献

Buckwheat is used for various foods in the world. The objective of the present study is the determination of the chemical structure of a product formed in the acidic mixture of buckwheat dough and saliva that contains both nitrite and thiocyanate. In the mixture, an oxathiolone derivative of rutin, 5,7-dihydroxy-2-(7-hydroxy-2-oxobenzo[d][1,3]oxathiol-4-yl)-4H-chromen-4-one-3-O-β-rutinoside, was found. This compound seemed to be formed by the hydrolysis of a 2′-thiocyanate derivative of rutin, which was produced by the reaction of thiocyanate with the o-quinone generated by nitrous acid-dependent oxidation of rutin. A method to predict etching results by analyzing plasma emission spectra during in-situ cleaning was investigated, where the plasma emission spectra indicate the surface condition of etching reactor walls. Plasma-wall interaction was evaluated by using both principal component regression of plasma emission spectra and attenuated-total-reflection Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. We found that differences in the amount of silicon oxide deposition on the reactor wall affected radical composition in the plasma during in-situ cleaning and consequently affected the etching results. Etching result predictions using the plasma spectra corresponded very well to the etching result measurements, which are used to improve etching stability. 相似文献
