A novel rGO/AgCl QDs composites have been obtained by an ultrasonic-assisted method for the first time. Photoelectrocatalytic (PEC) performances of the obtained samples were studied by the degradation of 20 mg/L Tetracycline (TC) under visible light irradiation with an applied bias potential of 1.5 V (vs Ag/AgCl). Degradation of TC by different processes including Photocatalysis (PC), Electrocatalysis (EC), and PEC was compared, and the effect of different bias potential on the PEC degradation of TC was discussed. Results showed that rGO/AgCl QDs composites had displayed superior PEC activity than that of pristine AgCl QDs with degrading 85.2% of TC during 120 minutes, which was about 1.5 times higher than that of AgCl QDs (33%). Besides, compared to PC and EC removal of TC, PEC process showed the highest degradation efficiency of TC (85.2%) by rGO/AgCl QDs, which was about three times and one time higher than that of PC (39.18%) and EC (20.73%) system, respectively. Moreover, the reusibility and stability of the samples were tested by five times cycling tests, and results demonstrated that the stability of bare AgCl QDs was improved after the introduction of rGO. The enhanced PEC activity and stability of the samples could be attributed to the intimate contact between rGO and AgCl QDs and external electric field, which had benefitted the formation of more active sites and accelerated electron-hole separation. 相似文献

In this study, the poly(3,4‐propylenedioxythiophene)/SnO2 nanocomposites (PProDOT/SnO2) with different contents of SnO2 were successfully prepared by using hand grinding and ball milling methods, respectively. The effects of the synthesis methods and SnO2 on the structure and electrochemical properties of the nanocomposites were deeply discussed. The results showed the structure of composites were highly affected by the increasing amount of nano‐SnO2 particles in reaction medium of hand grinding method than ball milling method. And, the PProDOT/SnO2 nanocomposites from ball milling method displayed similar absorption spectra, and ball milling method promoted the uniform distribution of nano‐SnO2 particles in PProDOT matrix. However, PProDOT/SnO2 nanocomposites from hand grinding method displayed the higher specific surface area and stronger synergetic effects between PProDOT and SnO2 than that of PProDOT/SnO2 nanocomposites from ball milling method. As a result, the PProDOT/SnO2 nanocomposites from hand grinding method showed higher electrochemical activity than PProDOT/SnO2 nanocomposites from ball milling method. Moreover, the specific capacitance and cycle stability of PProDOT/SnO2 nanocomposites from both methods were higher than respective pure PProDOT. Among all the nanocomposites, PProDOT/15wt%SnO2 nanocomposite from hand grinding method possessed the highest specific capacitance (259 F g−1) with the best cycle performance (capacitance retention of 82% after 1,000 cycles). 维吾尔语是黏着性语言,利用丰富的词缀可以用同样的词干产生超大词汇,给维吾尔语语音识别的研究工作带来了很大困难。结合维吾尔语自身特点,建立了维吾尔语连续语音语料库,利用HTK(HMMToolKit)工具实现了基于隐马尔可夫模型(HMM)的维吾尔语连续语音识别系统。在声学层,选取三音子作为基本的识别单元,建立了维吾尔语的三音子声学模型,并使用决策树、三音子绑定、修补哑音、增加高斯混合分量等方法提高模型的识别精度。在语言层,使用了适合于维吾尔语语音特征的基于统计的二元文法语言模型。最后,利用该系统进行了维吾尔语连续语音识别实验。 相似文献

以二噻吩(BT)和三联噻吩(TT)为单体,FeCl3为氧化剂,在不同n(FeCl3)/n(单体)比例下,通过固相反应法合成出了聚(二噻吩)(poly(BT))和聚(三噻吩)(poly(TT))。并以傅立叶变换红外光谱、紫外可见吸收光谱、X射线衍射、热重分析和透射电镜等测试方法对聚合物进行了表征,研究了不同n(FeCl3)/n(单体)比例对聚合物结构与性能的影响。结果表明,n(FeCl3)/n(BT)为4∶1和n(FeCl3)/n(TT)为8∶1时,所得聚合物相对于其它比例下的聚合物表现出了较高的分子量、共轭程度和热稳定。其中,poly(TT)的分子量、共轭程度、热稳定、结晶性等特性随单体与FeCl3比例发生明显变化,但在微观形貌上无明显变化,而poly(BT)则随单体与FeCl3比例变化结果与poly(TT)相反,只是在微观形貌上产生了一定的差异。 相似文献

根据语音合成与识别等语音应用研究的需求,从文本分析模块入手,利用"维吾尔语语音声学参数库",选择了包含辅音/r/的单音节以及多音节词,对其语图中弱短元音现象进行以实验语音学为出发点的研究。对声学参数进行统计,归纳其共振峰、音强和时长分布模式,得出了一系列结论,其目的是为了提高语音合成的自然度,即更好的为自然语言处理服务。本项研究结果对维吾尔语语言乃至整个阿尔泰语系语言的韵律研究具有较高的参考价值。 相似文献
