This article presents a new method for designing two-band quadrature mirror filter (QMF) banks. Analytic solution of the filter coefficients is obtained in the s-domain. The characteristic function of the new filter has one multiple pole in the pass-band and one multiple zero in the stop-band. As a consequence, the transfer function has a single ripple, both in the pass-band and in the stop-band. Lowpass and highpass filter pair is double complementary in the s-plane. The gain responses of the lowpass and highpass filter pair at the crossover frequency are approximately 3?dB below their maximum values. Using the bilinear transformation, the analogue filter transfer function is mapped into the corresponding digital filter transfer function, so that the analogue crossover frequency is mapped into the digital frequency corresponding to ω?=?π/2. The filter characteristic exhibits Butterworth-like behaviour near the origin and Chebyshev-like behaviour (of the third order) near the pass-band edge. 相似文献

This paper deals with a relatively new SPICE model of a P-i-N photodiode. The model includes a change of velocities of electrons
and holes, due to the voltage drop on the edges of the photodiode, which depends on the time form of input excitation. We
have derived the model of the P-i-N photodiode for digital input excitation i.e. for Heaviside’s square wave time excitation.
The model is incorporated in SPICE program and simulated with it. The model and the limitations of the model itself are observed.
The output results are compared with the similar ones. It is suggested when it is practical to use the model, and determined

indium and gallium and the Raman spectra in PbTe(In). In the Raman and reflectance spectra of PbTe(In), features are observed

0⋍120 cm−1, whose amplitude sharply increases at temperatures T below the temperature where delayed photoconductivity appears, T
c⋍25 K. A similar feature at a frequency of ω
0⋍155 cm−1 is also observed in PbTe(Ga), with the amplitude of the feature sharply increasing for T>T

An analysis of the resulting data makes it possible to conclude that, in contrast with classical DX centers in III–V semiconductors, the microscopic structure of the impurity centers in the two-electron (DX-like) ground state does not correspond to an impurity atom shifted from a lattice site, whereas the impurity atom is shifted
from a lattice site for the metastable one-electron impurity state.

The problem concerning short‐term fading and long‐term fading (shadowing) and their deleterious effects on wireless systems performance has been in focus for a long time. In this paper, motivated by the results of propagation measurements in land‐mobile and indoor‐mobile systems, and by the fact that gamma distribution can describe shadowing reliably, Nakagami‐m distribution is used to model the signal envelope and gamma distribution is used to model the average signal power. Receive diversity with maximal‐ratio combining and selection combining is implemented at the microlevel and macrolevel, respectively. The general case is explored, which assumes that microdiversity and macrodiversity are provided through arbitrary number of channels. Because shadowing has larger correlation distance than short‐term fading, correlated macrodiversity channels are studied. This paper investigates the dynamics of the received signal. A novel rapidly converging infinite‐series expression for average level crossing rate and average fade duration are obtained. Numerical results are graphically presented to examine the impact of fading severity, shadowing severity, number of diversity branches at the microlevel, number of base stations and correlation between base stations to the system's performance. In this article, the approximation problem of a continuous analogue filter function of even and odd order is solved mathematically most directly applying the proposed generalised Christoffel–Darboux formula for two continuous orthogonal polynomials (Chebyshev first and second kind) on the equal finite segment of orthogonality in a compact explicit representative form. A set of analytic expressions of the proposed formula for the representative examples of odd-orders is given. Additionally, these expressions are applied in generating new excellent class all pole low-pass prototype analogue filter functions of odd orders (7, 9, 11, and 13th order). Based on the generated functions, the fully symmetric doubly resistively terminated LC ladder filter networks are realised by Darlington realisation. The generated filters are analysed, and their characteristics are presented. The effects of finite tolerance of a critical reactance of these ladder filters on the filter characteristics are considered. The filters generated by the proposed formula show excellent properties and possess important advantages in comparison to the corresponding filters generated by other methods. 相似文献

The control of automotive braking systems performance and a wheel slip is a challenging problem due to nonlinear dynamics of a braking process and a tire–road interaction. When the wheel slip is not between the optimal limits during braking, the desired tire–road friction force cannot be achieved, which influences braking distance, the loss in steerability and maneuverability of the vehicle. In this paper, the new approach, based on dynamic neural networks, has been employed for improving of the longitudinal wheel slip control. This approach is based on dynamic adaptation of the brake actuation pressure, during a braking cycle, according to the identified maximum adhesion coefficient between the wheel and road. The brake actuated pressure was adjusted on the level which provides the optimal longitudinal wheel slip versus the brake actuated pressure selected by a driver, the current vehicle speed, load conditions, the brake interface temperature and the current value of the wheel slip. The dynamic neural network has been used for modeling of a nonlinear functional relationship between the brake actuation pressure and the longitudinal wheel slip during a braking cycle. It provided preconditions for control of the brake actuation pressure based on the wheel slip change. 相似文献

Crude oil samples from the Sharara-C oil field (Concession NC-115, Murzuq Basin, SW Libya) were analysed by organic geochemical methods in order to infer the geochemical characteristics of their respective source rocks. Aromatic hydrocarbons were analysed by gas chromatography – mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and gas chromatography – tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS-MS) was used to analyse saturated biomarkers. The Sharara-C oils are interpreted to have been generated by marine shales containing mixed terrigenous and marine organic materials deposited in an intermediate (suboxic) environment. Age-specific biomarker ratios indicated that the oils are older than Cretaceous, and maturation-related parameters pointed to their high thermal maturity. Consistent with previous studies, source rocks are inferred to be “hot” shales in the Lower Silurian Tanezzuft Formation. Almost all the parameter ratios calculated varied over a very narrow range, indicating that the investigated oils were compositionally similar. The only significant difference that was noted concerned the sterane/hopane ratios whose variation suggested that there was some variability in the composition of the source organic material. The organic geochemical parameters determined for the Sharara-C crude oils were compared with published data on other crude oils from Concession NC-115. Almost all the parameters agreed well with previously published data on oils from this part of the Murzuq Basin. The greatest deviation concerned the values of some of the maturity parameters. This tended to confirm the conclusions of previous studies concerning the presence of a number of distinct oil families and sub-families in the Sharara oil field area which are genetically related but which have different maturities. 相似文献

Abstract When we speak about early photography in Yugoslavia, we must bear in mind the geographical and political situation of the country at the time when photography appeared. In the 19th century, Croatia, today one of the six Yugoslav federal republics, was a part of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy. So was Slovenia and, in the latter part of the century, Bosnia and Hercegovina, while Serbia and Montenegro had emerged from the disintegration of the Ottoman empire as small independent states. In this survey we shall consider the beginnings of photography in Croatia, not just because that aspect has been studied the most, but because Croatia's special position within the boundaries of Austria-Hungary led to a correspondingly rapid development of photography in this area, as compared with other Slav lands in the south. 相似文献

Abstract At the onset of the industrial revolution, at the end of the 18th and beginning of the 19th centuries, while all civilized nations of the world were building up their tcchnological resources, Serbia was making its first attempts to free itself from Turkish occupation. When photography was announced in 1839, Serbia was a small country, still partly governed by Turkey. A newly formed class of city dwellers tried eagerly to make up, at an accelerated pace, for all that it had missed in culture and civilization while dominated by the Turks. In their efforts they were aided by numerous émigré Serbs from Vojvodina1 who were invited and offered positions in government by Duke Milo: ObrenoviC (1780–1860). Many foreign craftsmen, skilled in newly developed techniques, arrived from Western Europe in search of higher earnings, and likewise participated in this cultural awakening. 相似文献
