The quality control of sub-assemble products (SAP) in a distributed manufacturing shop (DMS) becomes crucial and complicated
when the production of SAPs involves a variety of production technology. In this case, traditional statistical process control
methods are not sufficient to control such manufacturing system. Here, we design an intelligent web information system, where
quality data are collected from DMS and stored in the central database. The processes of manufacturing SAPs in DMS are then
controlled by clustering homogenous SAPs using the quality control of SAP in DMS (QCSD) and process smoothness factor based
SAP predefined clustering (PSFSPC) algorithms, respectively. A prototype system called an intelligent web information system
quality control (IWIS-QC) has been developed to trace the quality profiles of SAPs. Finally, a case study has been presented

Detection of external defects on potatoes is the most important technology in the realization of automatic potato sorting stations. This paper presents a hierarchical grading method applied to the potatoes. In this work a potato defect detection combining with size sorting system using the machine vision will be proposed. This work also will focus on the mathematics methods used in automation with a particular emphasis on the issues associated with designing, implementing and using classification algorithms to solve equations. In the first step, a simple size sorting based on mathematical binarization is described, and the second step is to segment the defects; to do this, color based classifiers are used. All the detection standards for this work are referenced from the United States Agriculture Department, and Canadian Food Industries. Results show that we have a high accuracy in both size sorting and classification. Experimental results show that support vector machines have very high accuracy and speed between classifiers for defect detection. 相似文献

Oxidative damage and infection can prevent or delay tissue repair. Moreover, infection reinforces reactive oxygen species (ROS) formation, which makes the wound's condition even worse. Therefore, the need for antioxidant and antibacterial agents is felt for tissue regeneration. There are emerging up-and-coming biomaterials that recapitulate both properties into a package, offering an effective solution to turn the wound back into a healing state. In this article, the principles of antioxidant and antibacterial activity are summarized. The review starts with biological aspects, getting the readers to familiarize themselves with tissue barriers against infection. This is followed by the chemistry and mechanism of action of antioxidant and antibacterial materials (dual function). Eventually, the outlook and challenges are underlined to provide where the dual-function biomaterials are and where they are going in the future. It is expected that the present article inspires the designing of dual-function biomaterials to more advanced levels by providing the fundamentals and comparative points of view and paving the clinical way for these materials. 相似文献

Soluble N‐functionalized basic and cationic polysaccharides have been synthesized using polysaccharide phenyl carbonate as a precursor. The products and intermediates were thoroughly characterized by conventional methods. The quaternization of amino intermediates in various conditions was studied.
