高校师德建设机制探究

机制是组织取得成效的制度保障.师德作为一种职业道德,具有鲜明模范意义的道德特征.目前,高校教师在理想信念、治学态度、育人意识等方面存在一些亟待解决的问题.因此,探索建立健全高校师德的建设机制,对营造高校良好的师德氛围,提升高等教育的发展,具有强有力的制度保证和有效的实践推动作用.     

Application of Abrasive Water Jet Perforation Assisting Fracturing

This article presents a new technology of abrasive water jet perforation assisting fracturing on Well Zheng 408-8, Bin Nan Production Plant, Shengli Oilfield. First, the balsting tool, with 9 nozzles, was lowered down to the payzone and perforated 90 tunnels with abrasive water jet after being moved upward 9 times. Then the fracture work was conducted and 18 m³ sands were squeezed into the formations. After that the well production reached 11.6 t/d liquid and 8.7 t/d oil, respectively, and this continued for 9 months. But before the job, nothing was produced from this well.     

大学生选课态度的现状与对策

以某高校学生为研究对象,运用问卷和访谈相结合的方式进行调查,分析了大学生选课态度的现状,发现其存在的问题,并从师资队伍、选修课开设、教学管理水平、考核方式等方面提出相应对策.     

滚柱轴承离合器的运动及受力分析

对滚柱轴承离合器进行了运动及受力的分析，推导了滚柱轴承离合器轴向位移量ΔＬ与工作扭矩Ｍ之间的关系，并讨论了载荷与应力分布和预紧弹簧的预紧力，为我国开发设计同类产品提供了理论依据。     

GRAIN BOUNDARY CHARACTER DISTRIBUTION, TEXTURE AND SUPERPLASTIC DEFORMATION BEHAVIOR OF AN AI-Li ALLOY

The grain boundary character distribution and thetexture of 2091 Al-Li alloy recrystallized at different temperatures were measured by TEM and X-ray techniques respectively. The occurrence frequency of low-energy boundaries decreases with increasing recrystallization temperature, while the frequency of highenergy boundaries increases. The strongest component of recrystallization texture in the test temperature range is {011} <111>. The relative intensity of the texture tends to decrease with increasing recrystallization temperature. The material which contains a high frequency of low-energy boundaries exhibits lower deforming stress and high elongation.     

关于茧层透气抵抗测定方法的探讨

本文主要通过对茧层在回潮率较大变化范围内的透气抵抗的测定，分析探讨了能较好反映茧层透气抵抗的测定方法。认为当茧层回潮率较高，大于１１０％时，用空气透过茧层所需的压力差的方法不能真实反映茧层透气抵抗的大小，用一定体积的空气通过的时间来测定茧层透气抵抗的方法较好。     

HDγ-125型场效应管逆变式恒电位仪的研制

HDY- 12 5型恒电位仪利用逆变技术研制而成。主电路采用半桥式结构 ,场效应管作为功率开关元件 ,集成芯片 TL 494作为其控制电路的核心。该仪器质量小、效率高、噪音低 ,在外加电流的阴极保护领域具有良好的应用前景     

不同渣油体系液相炭化过程的相态行为

采用热台们光显微镜观察了大庆、胜利、孤岛三种减压渣油热过程体系液相炭化的相分离行为。结果表明渣油在液相炭化过程中的相态转化经历物理相变和化学相交两个阶段。同时考察了热处理温度和芳香性掺兑物对渣油相态行为的影响。     

Sialon工程陶瓷抗摩擦磨损性能的研究

本文采用实验的方法，分析了工程陶瓷的摩擦磨损机理，并以此对陶瓷材料在不同载荷及滑动速度下的磨损特性进行了分析和研究。
