Luminescent Efficiency in Single-layer Organic Electrophosphorescent Devices

Based on the charge injection and recombination processes and the triplet-triplet annihilation process, a model to calculate the electro.luminescent（EL） efficiency is presented. The influences of the applied electric field on the injection efficiency, recombination efficiency and electroluminescent efficiency are discussed. It is found that： （1） The injection efficiency is increasing while the recombination efficiency is decreasing with the applied electric field increasing. （2） The EL efficiency is enhanced at low electric field slowly but is decreasing at high electric field with the increase of applied voltage. （3） The EL efficiency is decreasing with the increase of the host-guest molecular distance （R）. So, it is concluded that the EL efficiency in single-layer organic electrophosphorescent devices is dominated by injection efficiency at lower electric field and recombination efficiency at higher electric field.

Recognition and management of catheter-induced pulmonary artery rupture

The use of PCR to amplify a specific virA gene fragment serves as a highly specific and sensitive method to detect virulent bacteria of the genus Shigella and enteroinvasive Escherichia coli. Amplification of a 215-bp DNA band was obtained by using isolated genomic DNA of Shigella, individual cells of Shigella dysenteriae, and mayonnaise contaminated with S. dysenteriae. Moreover, a multiplex PCR with specific (virA) and bacterium-restricted (16S ribosomal DNA) primers generated an amplification product of approximately 755 bp for all bacteria tested and an additional 215-bp product for Shigella and enteroinvasive E. coli.     

Software structure evaluation based on the interaction and encapsulation of methods

Software structure is the most important factor affecting the quality of a program.The evaluation of software structure is a foundational technique for software development.However,the traditional evaluation criteria,such as "high cohesion and low coupling",are no longer appropriate for the new web applications,which are designed with a hierarchical framework.A novel approach is proposed in this paper to evaluate software quality based on the interaction and encapsulation of methods.In particular,two criteria for high quality software,the functional and hierarchical structure,are proposed to support widely used web applications.The cohesion and coupling and layer matching ratios between methods within a software package are calculated to determine whether the package is well implemented in terms of functional or hierarchical structure.This approach enables us to quantify the quality of a software system according to the structural types of its packages.Experiments were carried out on 18 versions of Struts and six open-source software packages.Our evaluation concurs with the intuition that minor upgrades,aimed at fixing bugs and adding minor functionality quickly,reduce software quality,whereas major upgrades,which normally clean up messy code and re-construct the software,improve software quality.     

医用药剂中可见异物自动化检测研究

针对国内人工药品检测的低效率、低准确率的不足,文章介绍了一套根据国家行业标准设计的基于智能机器视觉的可见异物自动化检测系统。该系统主要包括机械传动模块、电气控制模块、图像识别与处理模块。根据异物运动连续性和噪声运动无序性等特点,提出了改进的三次差分和能量累积算法来提取运动杂质,然后采用基于基于SIFT特征匹配和最邻近匹配的目标跟踪算法对杂质进行跟踪,获取杂质的大小和数目并分析出杂质总类,最后检测出杂质情况。最后把检测结果与国家标准进行比对,判断出该药剂是否合格。测试表明,系统的检测准确率达90%以上,满足企业要求,基本能替代人工检测。     

电子邮件目录收割攻击的防御

为了更好地解决垃圾邮件的问题,提高对垃圾邮件的防御效果,本文从造成垃圾邮件的其中一个原因———子邮件目录收割攻击(DHA)入手,通过对DHA攻击原理的分析,提出基于黑名单同时以邮件地址阈值和IP地址阈值为锁定条件的防御策略,并在攻击资源有限的条件下对防御策略进行模拟测试。分析结果表明该防御策略能对DHA进行有效的防御,同时得出防御策略中的过滤阈值和锁定时间的设置是防御DHA的关键点。
