The fetal magnetoencephalogram (fMEG) is measured in the presence of large interference from the maternal and fetal magnetocardiograms. This interference can be efficiently attenuated by orthogonal projection of the corresponding spatial vectors. However, the projection operators redistribute the fMEG signal among sensors. Although redistribution can be readily accounted for in the forward solution, visual interpretation of the fMEG signal topography is made difficult. We have devised a general, model-independent method for correction of the redistribution effect that utilizes the assumption that we know in which channels the fMEG should be negligible (such channels are distant from the known fetal head position). In a simplified case where the fMEG can be explained by equivalent current dipoles, the correction can also be obtained from fitting the dipoles to the fMEG signal. The corrected fMEG signal topography then corresponds to the dipole forward solution, but without orthogonal projection. We illustrate the redistribution correction on an example of experimentally measured flash evoked fMEG.  相似文献

Characteristics of ohmic InGaAs contacts in planar diodes based on semiconductor superlattices with a small-area active region (1–10 μm2) are studied. The diodes were formed on the basis of short (18 or 30 periods) heavily doped (1018 cm−3) GaAs/AlAs superlattices with a miniband width of 24.4 meV. The reduced resistance of the ohmic contact was equal to 2×10−7 Ω cm2 at room temperature. It is shown that the properties of fabricated planar diodes make it possible to use these diodes later on in semiconductor devices that operate in the terahertz frequency region in a wide temperature range (4–300 K). __________ Translated from Fizika i Tekhnika Poluprovodnikov, Vol. 38, No. 9, 2004, pp. 1141–1146. This article presents a new realisation of active RC sinusoidal oscillator with electronically tunable condition and frequency of oscillation (FO). As compared to the class of three resistors, two capacitors (3R-2C)-based canonic oscillators, the circuit proposed here uses only two resistors and two capacitors as the passive components and still provides non-interactive tuning laws for the condition of oscillation and the FO. The proposed circuit employs new bipolar programmable current amplifier as the active building block and is capable of simultaneously providing two explicit quadrature current outputs. SPICE simulation results have been included to verify the workability of the circuit as an oscillator and the tuning range of the FO.  相似文献

Whereas the logical apparatus used for formulation and solution of problems connected with the data base systems is mostly a 1st order logic, here a modified version (“T-system”) of Church's simple theory of types is used. It is shown that the T-system
1. (a) is a more adequate tool for analyzing natural language, which may be important when one builds up an abstract model of a fragment of reality and when one creates a suitable philosophy of data base systems;
2. (b) has greater expressive power than the 1st order systems, which enables, e.g. to distinguish between queries according to what is the structure of the required answer, and moreover, not to be restricted by the well-known limitations of the 1st order logics;
3. (c) is based on the notion of function as on the most fundamental notion, which makes it possible to deal more directly with functional dependencies and to exploit more universally the key importance of the attribute concept;
4. (d) by using the concept of construction offers a good tool for E-C mapping and for forming query languages that are more universal than the current ones.

The analysis of these properties of the T-system is accompanied by examples from the area of the data base systems theories; especially, a comparison with Codd's domain relational calculus and with Chen's and Pirotte's approaches is made. No problem of implementation is touched in this paper.  相似文献

Possible adulteration of canned products containing spirit vinegar pickle by adding synthetic acetic acid is a significant problem of the food industry. Isotope analyses, which determine botanical origin of acetic acid and also can detect synthetic acid, were applied to detect undeclared addition of synthetic acetic acid to canned products. The aim of the study was to improve the extraction technique for the SNIF-NMR (2H/1H; site-specific natural isotopic fractionation-nuclear magnetic resonance) and IRMS (13C/12C; isotope ratio mass spectrometry) isotope methods and for an atypical matrix and to determine isotope ratios in canned vegetables pickle to prove their adulteration or authenticity. The following set of canned products was analysed: pickled cucumbers (n = 16) and one vinegar pickle purchased in the Czech market and six model (cucumber) pickles. The determined ratios of 2H/1H and 13C/12C for the pickled cucumbers proved to be authentic ranged from 89.4 to 107.0 ppm and from ?28.7 to ?15.6 ‰, respectively; for the synthetic acetic acids diluted with water they ranged from 114.2 to 129.0 ppm and from ?44.9 to ?33.4 ‰, respectively. Isotope analyses were confirmed as a reliable tool for assessing authenticity of canned products. The method enables detection of synthetic acetic acid addition into vinegars and canned vegetables containing vinegar pickle up from 20 % (of total acidity).  相似文献

Beside ethanol, carbohydrates are the main source of total energy in beer. While analyses of fermentable carbohydrates are important from the technological point of view, the total content of carbohydrates is relevant in terms of nutrition. A high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method with refractometric (RI) detection was developed for determination of total carbohydrate content in beer. Using enzymatic reaction with amyloglucosidase, the carbohydrates were cleaved to yield glucose and short glucose oligomers of less than 10 units, and separated on HPLC ion exchanger Rezex RSO-Oligosaccharide column in Ag+ mode. Optimum parameters were established for the enzymatic sample treatment and for the HPLC separation of reaction products. Calibration curves of glucose, fructose, maltose and simultaneously analyzed glycerol ranged from 0.001 to 0.5 g/100 ml, correlation coefficients of all calibration curves were 0.9999. The instrumental limits of quantification were 0.001 g/100 ml and they were verified using repetitive injections, with coefficient of variation (CV) less than 10 % in five replicates. The method limit of quantification was 0.01 g/100 ml since it was necessary to dilute the beer samples before chromatographic analysis. Recovery of the method in non-alcoholic and alcoholic beer was 98.5 %, and 92.3 %, respectively. Finally, ten non-alcoholic and 15 alcoholic beers from Czech market were analyzed using the method, the average content of total carbohydrates in non-alcoholic and alcoholic beers being 4.21 and 3.70 g/100 ml, respectively. These results are in a good correlation with the real extract of beer, which is on average 4.58 and 4.27 g/100 ml.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Isoflavones and coumestrol from dietary legumes are plant constituents showing multiple beneficial effects on humans. Owing to their ability to bind with mammalian estrogenic receptors and thereby intervention in several kinds of hormone‐related cancers, they have received much attention. Soybean (Glycine max) is currently the major source of isoflavonoids in human diet. However, dozens of tropical and subtropical leguminous species remain unexplored for their isoflavonoids content. RESULTS: We have analyzed 55 extracts from 41 tropical and subtropical legume species used either in human or animal diet by high‐performance liquid chromatography for the content of soy isoflavones, biochanin A, daidzein, daidzin, formononetin, genistein, genistin, sissotrin, ononin and the coumestan coumestrol. Genistein and biochanin A were the most abundant compounds. The highest content of genistein was found in aerial parts of Andira macrothyrsa, seeds of Pachyrhizus tuberosus and aerial parts of Calopogonium mucunoides (598, 250 and 184 µg g?1, respectively) and biochanin A in aerial parts of Cratylia argentea, C. mucunoides and flowers of A. macrothyrsa (76, 53 and 40 µg g?1, respectively). CONCLUSION: None of the samples tested was richer overall source of soy isoflavones and coumestrol than soybean; nevertheless several species (C. mucunoides or A. macrothyrsa) may serve as a promising source of individual compounds. © 2012 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献
