A_1-A_2-O-M工艺处理焦化废水的实验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用厌氧-缺氧-好氧-复合(A1-A2-O-M)工艺处理焦化废水,考察了外加碳源和碱源对焦化废水COD和NH4+-N脱除效果的影响。试验结果表明:外加甲醇和碳酸氢钠对焦化废水的硝化和反硝化效果影响很小;不外加碳源和碱源时,焦化废水经处理后出水的COD和NH4+-N平均质量浓度分别为125.0mg/L和1.12mg/L,分别达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的二级标准和一级标准。  相似文献

以鸡蛋、奶粉、碳黑为主要成分制备了蛋白污布(JB-02),并将其应用于加酶洗涤剂的去污力测定中。实验证明JB-02与瑞士EMPA116、EMPA117类污布在洗涤剂去污力的表现上有相同的效果,通过对所制备的同批闪或不同批次JB-02污布的对照测定,得出此种污布的去污力测定结果实验误于10%,且常规保存下的保质期为2个月。  相似文献

对不同种类及掺量的混合材对低碱水泥流动洼能进行试验研究,结果为:低碱硅酸盐水泥中掺入矿渣粉、粉煤灰、石灰石等混合材有利于改善浆体流动性能,目双掺效果较单掺好;外加剂掺入量对流动性能的改善随着掺量的增加而增加,但掺入量应适宜、经济;石灰石为非活洼混合材,本试验研究结果表明它能显著增大水泥流动性且保持较小的经时损失,但其掺量不宜过大。  相似文献

8-Hydroxyqunioline end-capped polystyrene was prepared through atom transfer free radical polymerization (ATRP) with 8-(5-chloromethyl) quinolyl acetate as initiator. The results indicated that this polymerization is a first order reaction with respect to monomer conversion. The molecular weight increased linearly with monomer consumption and very narrow distribution of molecular weight was obtained (polydispersity index less than 1.2). The FT-IR and NMR results show that the 8-hydroxyquinloine group was chemically bonded to the polymer end and there is nearly one 8-hydroxyquinoline group in per polymer chain. All those data show that polymerization of styrene at such conditions displayed living characters. The polymer with 8-hydroxyqquinoline end group reacted with triethylaluminum to form polymeric light-emitting complex and single layer LED was prepared by common spin-coating method. The peak wavelength of LED based on synthesized polymeric complex was around 570 nm.  相似文献

Most existing image classification algorithms mainly focus on dealing with images with only “object” concepts. However, in real-world cases, a great variety of images contain “verb–object” concepts, rather than only “object” ones. The hierarchical structure embedded in these “verb–object” concepts can help to enhance classification. However, traditional feature representation methods cannot utilize it. To tackle this problem, we present in this paper a novel approach, called inductive hierarchical nonnegative graph embedding. By assuming that those “verb–object” concept images which share the same “object” part but different “verb” part have a specific hierarchical structure, we integrate this hierarchical structure into the nonnegative graph embedding technique, together with the definition of inductive matrix, to (1) conduct effective feature extraction from hierarchical structure, (2) easily transfer each new testing sample into its low-dimensional nonnegative representation, and (3) perform image classification of “verb–object” concept images. Extensive experiments compared with the state-of-the-art algorithms on nonnegative data factorization demonstrate the classification power of proposed approach on “verb–object” concept images classification.  相似文献

In this article, the polycondensation of terephthaloyl chloride and p-phenylenediamine was systematically studied, including the liquid–crystalline state of the solution and the spinning of poly(1,4-phenyleneterephthalamide) (PPTA). High-molecular-weight PPTA with εinh = 5–7 was prepared and the main factors influencing the solution polycondensation of 1,4-phenylenediamine with terephthaloyl chloride were studied in detail. Experimental results showed that the water content of the reaction system, reactant concentration, and volume ratio of mix solvents have a great influence on the inherent viscosity of the poly(1,4-phenyleneterephthalamide) obtained. The highest εinh was obtained at 0.3M/liter reactant concentration in a mixed solvent ratio HMPA/DMAC of 4/1 (by volume), at 0.35M/liter reactant concentration in a mixed solvent of HMPA/NMP = 7/3, and at 0.5M/liter of reactant concentration in a mixed solvent of HMPA/THF = 9/1. The water content must be controlled to less than 100 ppm in the polymerization system. In the early stage of the polycondensation process, the εinh of the polymer obtained increased rapidly with time. The system gelled within 2 or 3 min, while the monomer conversion reached about 100%. However, the reaction of polycondensation continued after gelation and the εinh of the polymer increased appreciably. We have studied the viscosity behavior at 20–155°C for the anisotropic solution of PPTA in 100% sulfuric acid (εinh of PPTA 2.5–4.9). Experimental results showed that, at low concentrations the viscosity of isotropic solution increases with the increase of polymer concentration to reach a maxium near the critical polymer concentration, beyond which the solution changes to an anisotropic liquid–crystalline solution. The appropriate spinning region was obtained as shown in the phase diagram determined by viscosity, degree of depolarization anisotropy, and region of thermal depolymerization. Fibers of PPTA with high modulus and high tenacity were obtained by dry-jet wet spinning. The fibers obtained have a tenacity of ~22 g/denier, a modulus of ~600 g/denier, and elongation at break ~3.5%.  相似文献

The crystal size distribution (CSD) measured by laser diffraction technique is obtained by assuming spherical crystals. If crystals are non-spheres, calibration is responsible for the true crystal size, particle number concentration and population density. In this paper, CSD calibration equations have been deduced. It was shown that when shape factors are size-independent, the weight percent of particles is not affected by crystal shape and calibration is just a horizontal shift of measured CSD. Calibration was taken for plate-like crystals of cefazolin sodium and rod-like crystals of l-threonine. The effect of CSD calibration on crystal growth kinetics has been investigated in l-threonine-water evaporation crystallization system.  相似文献

通过氯乙烯/邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯(VC/DAP)悬浮共聚,合成了含部分凝胶结构的化学微交联PVC树脂,对微交联PVC的玻璃化转变行为、加工性能、消光性能、加热-形变行为和力学性能进行了研究。当DAP用量在0.25%mol以下时,PVC的玻璃化温度变动不大。凝胶含量的增加将导致交联PVC_d~T的光泽度下降,消光性能提高;塑化时间和加工扭矩均增加,加工性能急剧变差;加热变形值下降,最高使用温度提高。凝胶对PVC拉伸性能的影响较为复杂,但压缩永久变形则随凝胶含量的增加而下降,材料的弹性性能逐渐提高。  相似文献
