论高职院校计算机课程考试与评价制度的改革与实践

为了更好地为市场和行业培养人才,高职院校按照"以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,全面跨进素质教育"的方针对计算机课程考试与评价制度的进行改革并注重实践教学.本文就学校的考试与评价制度中计算机发挥的重大作用,对计算机实践教学的考核方式现状进行分析,从而达到提高实践教学质量和学生技能的培养目的.     

创新服务方式推行"三网"合一全面提升纳税服务信息化建设水平

江苏省盐城地税局全面实现12366纳税热线系统与"盐城地税"门户网站的互联互通.该局按照标准统一、效率优先的要求,建立统一的纳税服务平台,竭力为纳税人提供规范高效的纳税服务.一方面实现了信息共享.网站上所有的政策法规、热点问题及其他业务资料全部从12366热线系统业务库中快速读取.另一方面实现了功能整合.以12366热线为主体,将热线、网站、短信平台中的咨询建议等互动功能进行整合,提供多渠道咨询和一员化处理的服务.     

网络机房制冷效率研究

根据相关的调查显示,在传统观念和设计标准的影响下,网络机房存在各种各样的设计缺陷,其中的一些缺陷会导致网络机房内部空间形成热点、降低制冷容错能力、制冷效率和制冷量,从而提高运行成本。网络机房的制冷效率和运行成本的大幅提高成为制约发展的重要因素。文章从网络机房面临的实际问题出发,有针对性地分析了机房设计的典型错误,阐述了其原理和影响,并根据实践经验,介绍了一些简单可行的解决方案。     

高职院校计算机教育探索

计算机技能型劳动人员是近阶段社会需求量非常大的实用型人才,社会各个行业都需要既懂得技术又能具体操作的高素质计算机专业劳动者.本文对如何改变部分高中生进入用人单位后,"不能干、干不了、干不好、不会干、干不长"的现象在职业高中教育需要解决的问题进行了探讨.     

A Local Semi-Implicit Level-Set Method for Interface Motion

This paper proposes and implements a novel hybrid level set method which combines the numerical efficiency of the local level set approach with the temporal stability afforded by a semi-implicit technique. By introducing an extraction/insertion algorithm into the local level set approach, we can accurately capture complicated behaviors such as interface separation and coalescence. This technique solves a well known problem when treating a semi-implicit system with spectral methods, where spurious interface movements emerge when two interfaces are close to each other. Numerical experiments show that the proposed method is stable, efficient and scales up well into three dimensional problems.     

Perceptual image preview

Image preview is a convenient way to browse large or multiple images on small displays. However, current signal-level image resampling algorithms may remove many features of interest in the preview image. In this paper, we propose perceptual image preview which retains more perceptual features such that users can inspect features of interest by viewing the preview image only and without zooming in. This technology has two components, structure enhancement and perceptual feature visualization. Structure enhancement enhances the image structure while suppressing subtle details using a gradient modulation method, thus making the succedent perceptual features more apparent. For perceptual feature visualization, features of interest detected in the picture is visualized on the structure enhanced preview image. We demonstrate with two examples of most commonly used image quality features, image blur and noise. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by experimental results.     

Learning in an Ambient Intelligent World: Enabling Technologies and Practices

The rapid evolution of information and communication technology opens a wide spectrum of opportunities to change our surroundings into an Ambient Intelligent (AmI) world. AmI is a vision of future information society, where people are surrounded by a digital environment that is sensitive to their needs, personalized to their requirements, anticipatory of their behavior, and responsive to their presence. It emphasizes on greater user friendliness, user empowerment, and more effective service support, with an aim to bring information and communication technology to everyone, every home, every business, and every school, thus improving the quality of human life. AmI unprecedentedly enhances learning experiences by endowing the users with the opportunities of learning in context, a breakthrough from the traditional education settings. In this survey paper, we examine some major characteristics of an AmI learning environment. To deliver a feasible and effective solution to ambient learning, we overview a few latest developed enabling technologies in context awareness and interactive learning. Associated practices are meanwhile reported. We also describe our experience in designing and implementing a smart class prototype, which allows teachers to simultaneously instruct both local and remote students in a context-aware and natural way.     

民俗文化语境下的高校艺术设计教育

尽管当下中国高等艺术设计教育呈现出前所未有的迅猛发展态势,但在学科建设和教育实施方面也显示出一定的不足和问题,在诸多直接的原因之外,本文立足于深层文化思考,对中国视觉民俗文化主体之一的民间美术所蕴涵的文化意义作了进一步的透析,以期寻绎出在宏阔的民俗文化生态中我国高校艺术设计教学改革的策略与教育发展取向。
