Radiation synthesis of PVP/CMC hydrogels as wound dressing

Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and poly(N-vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) were blended to synthesize hydrogels by ⁶⁰Co γ-ray irradiation. A series of hydrogels were prepared with three compositions, i.e. PVP:CMC = 5:5, 6:4 and 7:3. The properties of the hydrogels such as gel fraction, gel strength, swelling behavior and moisture retention were investigated. Compared with pure PVP and CMC hydrogels, PVP/CMC blend hydrogels possessed improved gel strength, flexibility and transparency. As the content of PVP in PVP/CMC blend hydrogels increased, the gel fraction increased while the swelling rate decreased. The hydrogels with optimal properties were obtained in a composition of PVP/CMC = 6/4 with sterilization dose (25 kGy) and further characterized by FT-IR and SEM. Properties concerning the application of wound dressing were performed by comparison with a commercial hydrogel wound dressing to find a similar moisture retention capability and improved swelling rate. The improved properties as well as the cheapness of the materials suggest that PVP/CMC blend hydrogel can be good candidate as wound dressing.

多种金属氧化物混合物的固溶体的穆斯堡尔效应及XRD分析研究

在αFe_2O_3中依次累积加入K_2O、Cr_2O_3、CuO、MGO和SiO_2形成不同混合物,在空气中800℃活化焙烧5h后,发现αFe_2O_3和所加氧化物之间发生了不同的反应,生成不同的化合物。该结果有助于进一步理解这些氧化物作为助剂和载体的作用。     

Using Adaptive Discrete-Time Gas Supply Control for Long Pulse Arc Discharge of Ion Source on NBI

A control model of gas supply system is introduced for ion source and an adaptive discrete-time control algorithm to regulate the hydrogen injection. A real-time feedback control system （RFCS） is designed to control the gas supply for ion source based on the control model and the discrete-time control algorithm. The experimental results have proved that RFCS could regulate the gas supply smoothly, suppress the arc＇s abrupt over-current at the end of the ion source discharging, prolong the discharge pulse and stabilize the ion concentration. With RFCS, the ion source for neutral beam injection has reached its longest pulse with a length of 4.5 seconds in a stable status.     

Effect of H_2 dilution on the structure and properties of nc-CrC/a-C:H coatings deposited by a hybrid beams system

Nanocomposite Cr C/hydrogenated amorphous carbon(nc-CrC/a-C:H) coatings were deposited by a hybrid beams system comprised of a hollow cathode ion source and a cathodic arc ion-plating unit with varying H_2 flow rates. The influences of H_2 flow rates on the morphologies, microstructures, and properties of the coatings were systematically studied. The morphologies and microstructures of the coatings were characterized by SEM, AFM, XPS, Raman spectroscopy, GIXRD, and HRTEM. The mechanical and tribological properties were measured by a nano-indenter, scratch tester, and ball-ondisk tribometer. The wear tracks were evaluated using 3D profilometer, optical microscope, and EDS analysis. It has been found that a moderate H_2 flow rate can effectively smooth the surface, enlarge the fraction of a sp~3 bond, and improve the properties. The coating exhibits the highest hardness and elastic modulus at the H_2 flow rate of 40 sccm. A superior combination of adhesion strength,friction coefficient, and wear resistance can be achieved at the H_2 flow rate of 80 sccm.     

HTR-10全厂断电试验

激光荧光法测定尿和环境样品中的微量铀

本文描述了用 UA-3铀分析仪——激光荧光法测定尿和各类环境样品中的微量铀。实验证明,样品经处理后,能很好地适于用 UA-3对铀的测量。并对多种样品中的铀进行了测定与比对。     

CACPPA的99Tcm标记及其动物实验研究

在pH8.5～9.5的水溶液中,采用氯化亚锡还原法制备99Tcm-CACPPA,TLC和HPLC检测其标记率和放化纯均大于90%.小鼠体内分布表明,心肌最高摄取率为18.17±2.67%ID/g;小鼠血药动力学研究表明99Tcm-CACPPA的血液清除快,T1/2α为1.11min,T1/2β为20.08min,清除速率为0.407mL/min.99Tcm-CACPPA的体内外血浆蛋白结合率高,pH7.00和pH7.40时分配系数分别为10.98和11.45;代谢干预研究结果表明,葡萄糖胰岛素组心肌摄取升高,与对照组相比,差异具有显著性意义.     

用~(14)N(d,α_1)~(12)C核反应研究注入氮在纯铁和GCr15钢中的深度分布

本文描述了利用~(14)N(d,a_1)~(12)C核反应测量固体样品表面层内氮原子含量及深度分布的方法。在Si_3N_4标准样品中,所得到的表面处的深度分辨为48nm。利用该分析手段,研究了在不同注入温度条件下,氮离子注入纯铁和GCr15钢的保留量及深度分布的变化情况。     

空气污染排放视角下中国核电的健康效益

核电在改善空气质量方面具有重要的作用。本文对比了核电与煤电的空气污染物排放系数,根据空气污染物引起的死亡率与人均燃煤发电量的负指数幂关系,评估了中国通过发展核电在改善空气质量方面对居民的健康效益,并对未来的健康效益进行了分析。结果显示,发展核电能够避免的死亡人数在增加。据估算,1995—2018年,中国核电累计可避免约4.7万人因空气污染物死亡,可避免约22.6万人因空气污染物患病。2020—2030年,预计会避免8.3万~9.4万人死亡,避免39.7万~45.1万人患病。
