The \(\mathsf {ASASA}\) construction is a new design scheme introduced at Asiacrypt 2014 by Biryukov, Bouillaguet and Khovratovich. Its versatility was illustrated by building two public-key encryption schemes, a secret-key scheme, as well as super S-box subcomponents of a white-box scheme. However, one of the two public-key cryptosystems was recently broken at Crypto 2015 by Gilbert, Plût and Treger. As our main contribution, we propose a new algebraic key-recovery attack able to break at once the secret-key scheme as well as the remaining public-key scheme, in time complexity \(2^{63}\) and \(2^{39}\), respectively (the security parameter is 128 bits in both cases). Furthermore, we present a second attack of independent interest on the same public-key scheme, which heuristically reduces the problem of breaking the scheme to an \(\mathsf {LPN}\) instance with tractable parameters. This allows key recovery in time complexity \(2^{56}\). Finally, as a side result, we outline a very efficient heuristic attack on the white-box scheme, which breaks instances claiming 64 bits of security under one minute on a laptop computer. 相似文献

The thermal deposition of hydroxyapatite (HA) on titanium alloy substrate (Ti-6A1-4V) leads to a structure that has very good osseointegration properties. However, clinical failures have been occasionally reported at the interface between substrate and coating. Lifetime is the main parameter in such prostheses; therefore, in order to improve their quality, it is necessary to evaluate the level of stresses near the interface. The high-energy synchrotron radiation combines the advantages of a bulk analysis and reduced volume of the gauge. The objective of our study was to calculate the residual stress using a nonlinear finite-element model and to measure residual stress level near the interface, in the hydroxyapatite coating and in titanium alloy substrate with a nondestructive and high-resolution experiment. The high-energy synchrotron radiation of the BM16 beam-line at ESRF (Grenoble-France) was used with a resolution of down to 10 micrometers. The experimental measurements validate the results found by means of nonlinear finite-element analysis of the plasma spraying induced stress. 相似文献

A framework and an algorithm are presented in order to remove stationary noise from images. This algorithm is called variational stationary noise remover. It can be interpreted both as a restoration method in a Bayesian framework and as a cartoon+texture decomposition method. In numerous denoising applications, the white noise assumption fails. For example, structured patterns such as stripes appear in the images. The model described here addresses these cases. Metal nanoinclusions in bulk thermoelectric matrix create metal?Csemiconductor interfaces, which can result in improvement in the thermoelectric power factor due to low-energy electron filtering and a simultaneous reduction in lattice thermal conductivity due to increased phonon scattering at grain boundaries. The combined effect results in enhancement of the thermoelectric figure of merit. We report the effect of NiTe nanoinclusions in a Bi2Te3 matrix. The Bi2Te3/NiTe nanocomposite was synthesized by planetary ball milling. Different volume fractions of NiTe nanoinclusions were incorporated into the bulk (Bi2Te3) matrix and uniaxially hot pressed at 100?MPa and 500°C. The presence of nanoinclusions was confirmed by x-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The Seebeck coefficient, electrical conductivity, and thermal diffusivity were measured from room temperature to 150°C. The carrier concentration of the matrix (Bi2Te3) and the nanocomposites (NiTe/Bi2Te3) at room temperature were deduced from Hall-effect measurements. Addition of NiTe decreased the carrier concentration, and the power factor increased in the 1?vol.% NiTe/Bi2Te3 compared with inclusion-free Bi2Te3 matrix due to an increase in mobility. 相似文献
