This paper presents a disturbance observer and adaptive controller design for a direct drive motion control system. An indirect adaptive controller is implemented to achieve desired tracking performance as well as deal with system parameters variation. To reduce tracking errors, a newly designed adaptive feed-forward controller is proposed based on an on-line estimated inverse model of the linear motor drive system. A digital disturbance observer is implemented to be included in the proposed feedback-feed-forward control structure to compensate for the undesired nonlinearity and external load disturbance of the direct drive system. Experimental results show that this control scheme can achieve superior contouring accuracy, disturbance rejection and robustness under the influence of friction and cogging force.  相似文献

Abstract— An autostereoscopic display based on dual‐directional light guides with a fast‐switching liquid‐crystal panel was designed and fabricated to provide better 3‐D perception with image qualities comparable to that of 2‐D displays. With two identical micro‐grooved light guides, each with a light‐controlled ability in one direction, two restricted viewing cones are formed to project pairs of parallax images to the viewer's respective eyes sequentially. Crosstalk of less than 10% located within ±8°–±30° and an LC response time of 7.1 msec for a 1.8‐in. LCD panel can yield acceptable 3‐D perceptions at viewing distance of 5.6–23 cm. Moreover, 2‐D/3‐D compatibility is provided in this module.  相似文献

Toric dynamical systems are known as complex balancing mass action systems in the mathematical chemistry literature, where many of their remarkable properties have been established. They include as special cases all deficiency zero systems and all detailed balancing systems. One feature is that the steady state locus of a toric dynamical system is a toric variety, which has a unique point within each invariant polyhedron. We develop the basic theory of toric dynamical systems in the context of computational algebraic geometry and show that the associated moduli space is also a toric variety. It is conjectured that the complex balancing state is a global attractor. We prove this for detailed balancing systems whose invariant polyhedron is two-dimensional and bounded.  相似文献

A dynamic tri‐threshold call admission control scheme has been developed. This scheme supports voice, data, and multimedia services and it complies with the universal mobile telecommunications system. The performance of the proposed scheme is evaluated under varying handover rates. The QoS performance–including channel utilization, call dropping probability, and blocking probability–is investigated. The performance of the developed scheme is found to be encouraging.  相似文献

A majority decoding algorithm for a class of real-number codes is presented. Majority decoding has been a relatively simple and fast decoding technique for codes over finite fields. When applied to decode real-number codes, the robustness of the majority decoding to the presence of background noise, which is usually an annoying problem for existing decoding algorithms for real-number codes, is its most prominent property. The presented class of real-number codes has generator matrices similar to those of the binary Reed-Muller codes and is decoded by similar majority logic  相似文献

The proper electrode placement in applying cepstral coefficients for electromyogram (EMG) signature discrimination was investigated. The authors measured EMG signals of different motions with two electrode arrangements simultaneously. Electrode pairs were located separately on dominant muscles (S-type arrangement) and closely in the region between muscles (C-type arrangement). The application of the cepstral method to signals derived from a C-type arrangement did not achieve the same discrimination as with a S-type arrangement. The authors used a simplified model to elucidate the poor performance in C-type signals. The bandwidth of signals obtained from S-type placement is wider than that from C-type. Narrower bandwidth decreases the importance of the more discriminative parts for both autoregressive (AR) and cepstral methods. The cepstral method is more sensitive to such variation, so the degradation in performance is more serious for the cepstral method. Second, the amplitude of C-type signal is lower than the S-type; therefore, the C-type signal is more sensitive to the disturbance of noise, especially in the high-frequency band. As high-frequency noise increases, the spectral difference between different EMG signals is gradually dominated by the low-frequency part, which is more informative. Thus, the performances of both methods are improved with increasing high-frequency noise. The improving rate of the AR method is faster than the cepstral method; therefore, its discriminative efficiency may exceed the cepstral method with C-type arrangement  相似文献

We have prepared organic photovoltaic (OPV) cells possessing an ideal bulk heterojunction (BHJ) structure using the self-assembly of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) as the donor material and fullerene (C(60)) as the acceptor. The variable self-assembly behavior of CuPc on a diverse range of substrates (surface energies) allowed us to control the morphology of the interface and the degree of carrier transportation within the active layer. We observed rod-like CuPc structures on indium-tin oxide (ITO), poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(4-styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) and Au substrates. Accordingly, the interfaces and continuing transport path between CuPc and fullerene domains could be greatly improved due to the ideal BHJ structure. In this paper, we discuss the mechanisms of producing CuPc rod-like films on ITO, PEDOT:PSS and Au. The OPV cell performance was greatly enhanced when a mixture of horizontal and vertical CuPc rods was present on the PEDOT:PSS surfaces, i.e.?the power conversion efficiency was 50 times greater than that of the corresponding device featuring a planar CuPc structure.  相似文献

The combination of rigid acridine donor and 1,8‐naphthalimide acceptor has afforded two orange–red emitters of NAI‐DMAC and NAI‐DPAC with high rigidity in molecular structure and strongly pretwisted charge transfer state. Endowed with high photoluminescence quantum yields (ΦPL), distinct thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) characteristics, and preferentially horizontal emitting dipole orientations, these emitters afford record‐high orange–red TADF organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) with external quantum efficiencies of up to 21–29.2%, significantly surpassing all previously reported orange‐to‐red TADF OLEDs. Notably, the influence of microcavity effect is verified to support the record‐high efficiency. This finding relaxes the usually stringent material requirements for effective TADF emitters by comprising smaller radiative transition rates and less than ideal ΦPLs.  相似文献

The fabrication of multidimensional organometallic halide perovskite via a low‐pressure vapor‐assisted solution process is demonstrated for the first time. Phenyl ethyl‐ammonium iodide (PEAI)‐doped lead iodide (PbI2) is first spin‐coated onto the substrate and subsequently reacts with methyl‐ammonium iodide (MAI) vapor in a low‐pressure heating oven. The doping ratio of PEAI in MAI‐vapor‐treated perovskite has significant impact on the crystalline structure, surface morphology, grain size, UV–vis absorption and photoluminescence spectra, and the resultant device performance. Multiple photoluminescence spectra are observed in the perovskite film starting with high PEAI/PbI2 ratio, which suggests the coexistence of low‐dimensional perovskite (PEA2MAn?1PbnI3n+1) with various values of n after vapor reaction. The dimensionality of the as‐fabricated perovskite film reveals an evolution from 2D, hybrid 2D/3D to 3D structure when the doping level of PEAI/PbI2 ratio varies from 2 to 0. Scanning electron microscopy images and Kelvin probe force microscopy mapping show that the PEAI‐containing perovskite grain is presumably formed around the MAPbI3 perovskite grain to benefit MAPbI3 grain growth. The device employing perovskite with PEAI/PbI2 = 0.05 achieves a champion power conversion efficiency of 19.10% with an open‐circuit voltage of 1.08 V, a current density of 21.91 mA cm?2, and a remarkable fill factor of 80.36%.  相似文献

In view of a previous report on significant antigenic and biophysical differences between the purified soluble complement-fixing antigens of dengue-1 virus strains Hawaii and TH-Sman, the NS 1 genes of both virus isolates were cloned, sequenced, and compared in an attempt to define the genetic basis for the observed differences. Sequence comparison revealed ten encoded amino acid differences between the NS 1 genes of both viruses. Three of these amino acid differences, which are associated with a change in charge distribution, are clustered within the major antigenic region previously defined by studies of recombinant dengue-1 NS 1 protein expressed in E. coli. In parallel, the NS 1 sequences of both Hawaii and TH-Sman isolates were also aligned and compared with two other published dengue-1 NS 1 protein sequences to determine the intratypic variation of dengue-1 NS 1 antigen. Pairwise comparisons between the encoded amino acid sequences revealed a variability of 1.1% to 3.1% difference in the NS 1 protein among dengue-1 strains, which is comparable to that reported for dengue-1 envelope protein (0.2% to 3.6% difference) but less than that of dengue-2 NS 1 protein (0.6% to 7.4% difference).  相似文献
