苯甲酸加氢催化剂Pd/C抗中毒方法研究及应用

研究了苯甲酸加氢过程中Pd/C催化剂的失活原因，针对CO引起Pd/C活性降低，开发了SRNA－5助催化剂，有效消除了反应中生成的CO对Pd/C催化剂活性的影响。并在石家庄化纤公司完成了工业试验，工业试验表明，在不改变原工业流程的基础上，通过向苯甲酸加氢工业装置中加入SRNA－5助剂，有效提高Pd/C催化剂活性，该厂每年减少催化剂直接费用1500万元。     

Influence of organophilic clay and preparation methods on EVA/montmorillonite nanocomposites

Ethylene‐vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA)/montmorillonite MMT nanocomposites have been prepared by using different methods: one is from the organophilic montmorillonite (OMT) and the other is from the pristine MMT and reactive compatibilizer hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (C16). In this study, different kneaders were used (twin‐screw extruder and twin‐roll mill) to prepare nanocomposites. The nanocomposite structures are evidenced by the X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and high‐resolution electronic microscope (HREM). The thermal properties of the nanocomposites were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Moreover, the tensile tests were carried out with a Universal testing machine DCS‐5000. 高速逆流色谱法分离β-谷甾醇和菜油甾醇的研究

利用高速逆流色谱法 ,并选用V(庚烷 )∶V(乙腈 )∶V(乙酸乙酯 ) =5∶5∶1溶剂体系 ,成功地分离了混合植物甾醇标准品中的 β 谷甾醇和菜油甾醇。经过HPLC检测 ,一次性分离可得到质量分数为 97%的 β 谷甾醇和质量分数为 91%的菜油甾醇产品 ,收率分别可达 5 6 %和 5 0 %。该方法简便、重现性好 ,可作为高纯度 β 谷甾醇和菜油甾醇标准品的制备分离方法     

固体硫在超临界/近临界酸性流体中的溶解度(Ⅰ)实验研究

建立了1套静态法测定难挥发物质(固体或液体)在超临界/近临界流体中溶解度的实验装置,并测定了固体硫在近临界硫化氢、超临界CO_2、CH_4及富硫化氢酸性气体混合物中的溶解度数据,取得了较好的结果.     

Bacillus subtilis NX-2合成g-聚谷氨酸的立体构型调控机理

探讨了在Bacillus subtilis NX-2发酵生产g-聚谷氨酸(g-PGA)过程中，Mn2+对g-PGA结构中D-和L-谷氨酸组成的影响及其与催化L-谷氨酸生成D-谷氨酸的两个相关酶?谷氨酸消旋酶和D-氨基酸转氨酶之间的关系. 当Mn2＋浓度由0增加到0.09 g/L时，D-谷氨酸比例从18%增加到77%；谷氨酸消旋酶活性从0.200 U/mg变为0.441 U/mg，提高了1倍多，D-氨基酸转氨酶活性则几乎没有变化. 说明谷氨酸消旋酶参与了L-到D-谷氨酸的转化过程，且Mn2+是通过改变谷氨酸消旋酶的活性来调节产物g-PGA的立体组成的，这与目前报道的枯草芽孢杆菌合成g-PGA过程中Mn2+浓度与g-PGA中D-, L-构型比无关的结果不同. 当Mn2＋浓度为0.03 g/L时，发酵过程中生成的g-PGA中D-谷氨酸比例不变，维持在75%左右.     

工业废渣在复合无光乳浊釉中的应用

以废瓷粉、废玻璃粉、粉煤灰等工业废渣为主要原料．添加其它常用的陶瓷原料，成功研制出乳白色、彩色(添加色料)、费色(以粉煤灰着色)三个系列无光乳浊釉。这些釉的烧成温度为1180℃左右，烧成气氛为氧化气氛．它们具有废渣用量大(废渣总用量40-50％)、熔块用量低(0～12％)、成本低等特点。     

Lower Bounds for Eigenvalues of Elliptic Operators: By Nonconforming Finite Element Methods

The paper is to introduce a new systematic method that can produce lower bounds for eigenvalues. The main idea is to use nonconforming finite element methods. The conclusion is that if local approximation properties of nonconforming finite element spaces are better than total errors (sums of global approximation errors and consistency errors) of nonconforming finite element methods, corresponding methods will produce lower bounds for eigenvalues. More precisely, under three conditions on continuity and approximation properties of nonconforming finite element spaces we analyze abstract error estimates of approximate eigenvalues and eigenfunctions. Subsequently, we propose one more condition and prove that it is sufficient to guarantee nonconforming finite element methods to produce lower bounds for eigenvalues of symmetric elliptic operators. We show that this condition hold for most low-order nonconforming finite elements in literature. In addition, this condition provides a guidance to modify known nonconforming elements in literature and to propose new nonconforming elements. In fact, we enrich locally the Crouzeix-Raviart element such that the new element satisfies the condition; we also propose a new nonconforming element for second order elliptic operators and prove that it will yield lower bounds for eigenvalues. Finally, we prove the saturation condition for most nonconforming elements.     

墙地砖边缘检测中的小波去噪

在墙地砖的边缘检测过程中,噪声的引入是不可避免的,有效地消除噪声而不影响检测结果是检测过程中需要解决的关键问题。本文采用了小波去噪方法—对图像进行去噪后再进行边缘检测的方法,其检测结果较好地满足了检测要求。
