Electroless copper grains were deposited on a Pd seed layer under varying bath conditions. The seed layer was determined to
have a (111) texture using grazing incident x-ray (GIX) diffraction. Multiple nucleation sites in the grain boundaries were
imaged using a scanning tunneling microscope. Continual copper growth produced row-like structures. The texture of the electrolessly
deposited copper (ED-Cu) grains were determined to be (111). No radial grain orientation for the Pd seed layer or the ED-Cu
thin film was detected using GIX diffraction. Atomic force microscope images indicated continual Cu nucleation throughout
the deposition process. PdH was formed as a by-product of the electroless deposition process, and detected by x-ray diffraction. 相似文献
In this paper design rules for a circuit topology in which there is an inseparable combination of an amplifier and a filter characteristic, are presented. By intentionally using the capacitance of an already present input sensor for the filtering, the total required integrated capacitance is much less than that in circuits, which have a separately designed amplifier and filter function. Consequently, it is possible to have the advantage of a better integratability. Moreover, less complexity in the design is achieved. The presented circuit shows a current-to-voltage conversion and an inherently controllable second-order low-pass filter characteristic. A discrete realization has been designed to test the circuit. This circuit operates down to a 1 V supply voltage and the transfer shows a 1.8 M currentto-voltage conversion with a bandwidth of 6 kHz. Measurement results of this circuit show that a 63 dB dynamic range can be achieved with a total required integrated capacitance of only 31 pF. 相似文献
Signcryption is an asymmetric cryptographic method that provides simultaneously both message confidentiality and unforgeability
at a low computational and communication overhead. In this paper we propose realistic security models for signcryption, which
give the attacker power to choose both messages/signcryptexts as well as recipient/sender public keys when accessing the signcryption/unsigncryption
oracles of attacked entities. We then show that Zheng's original signcryption scheme is secure in our confidentiality model
relative to the Gap Diffie-Hellman problem and is secure in our unforgeability model relative to a Gap version of the discrete

Multimedia content currently accounts for over three quarters of all Internet traffic. This increase in traffic volume and content availability derives from a paradigm shift from the traditional text and picture based Web, to more resource demanding audio and video content. A controversial driver for this development is content distribution systems based on peer-to-peer overlay networks. Flooding the Internet with often illegal content, these networks now pose challenges to all actors in the value chain. However, if viewed as surmountable challenges in an evolutionary path, peer-to-peer technology has the potential of increasing efficiency in content distribution and unleashing resources to form scalable and resilient overlay networks of unprecedented dimensions.
In this paper we examine the potentials and challenges of peer-to-peer technology in content distribution, and analyse how, and under which circumstances, peer-to-peer technology can be used to increase the efficiency of multimedia services. The paper provides an up-to-date overview of the development of peer-to-peer networks as well as describing the economics laws governing their use. To conclude the study, the paper analyses Skype, a well known telecommunications service utilising the peer-to-peer technology, as well as demonstrating the benefits of peer-to-peer based content distribution using empirical data from the Danish Broadcasting Corporation. 相似文献
Gamut mapping deals with the need to adjust a color image to fit into the constrained color gamut of a given rendering medium. A typical use for this tool is the reproduction of a color image prior to its printing, such that it exploits best the given printer/medium color gamut, namely the colors the printer can produce on the given medium. Most of the classical gamut mapping methods involve a pixel-by-pixel mapping and ignore the spatial color configuration. Recently proposed spatial-dependent approaches for gamut mapping are either based on heuristic assumptions or involve a high computational cost. In this paper, we present a new variational approach for space-dependent gamut mapping. Our treatment starts with the presentation of a new measure for the problem, closely related to a recent measure proposed for Retinex. We also link our method to recent measures that attempt to couple spectral and spatial perceptual measures. It is shown that the gamut mapping problem leads to a quadratic programming formulation, guaranteed to have a unique solution if the gamut of the target device is convex. An efficient numerical solution is proposed with promising results. 相似文献
Studies of parental mediation of children's television viewing have included samples of mostly middle- and upper-class Caucasian parents. These studies have only begun to examine mediation in the context of parent-child relationships. This study of 306 low-income, predominately African American mothers assesses macro- and microlevel influences on viewing mediation using Bronfenbrenner's ecological theory of child development. It was hypothesized that factors outside the home (e.g., work hours) influence parents' involvement with children, which, in turn, was predicted to influence viewing mediation. Results supported this model for coviewing and instructive mediation, but not for viewing restrictions. 相似文献
Thermal diffusivity and conductivity values for several Al2O3-SiC whisker composites were determined. The thermal diffusivity values spanned the range from 373 to 1473 K, and thermal conductivity data wre obtained between 305 and 365 K. The thermal diffusivity decreased with increasing temperature and increased with SiC-whisker content. An estimate of the thermal conductivity of the whiskers was obtained from the direct thermal conductivity measurements, but attempts to derive whisker conductivity values from the thermal diffusivity data were not successful because the laser flash method lacks the required accuracy and precision. Specimens were subjected to two different thermal quench experiments to investigate the effect of thermal history on diffusivity. In the most severe case, multiple 1073- to 373-K quenches, radial cracks were observed in the test specimens; however, there was no change in diffusivity. The lack of sensitivity to thermal cycling appears to be related to the sample size. 相似文献
We describe double-lap shear experiments on Sn3.0Ag0.5Cu solder alloy, from which fits to Anand's viscoplastic constitutive model, power-law creep model, and to time-hardening primary-secondary creep model are derived. Results of monotonic tests for strain rates ranging from 4.02E-6 to 2.40E-3 s-1, and creep response at stress levels ranging from 19.5 to 45.6 MPa are reported. Both types of tests were conducted at temperatures of 25degC, 75degC , and 125degC. Following an earlier study where Anand model and time hardening creep parameters for Sn3.8Ag0.7Cu and Sn1.0Ag0.5Cu solder alloys were reported, here we report power law model parameters so as to enable a comparison between all three alloys. Primary creep in Sn3.0Ag0.5Cu solder alloy is shown to be significant and are considered in addition to secondary creep and monotonic behavior. Aging influence on behavior is also shown to be significant. On the basis of experimental data, the following four aspects are discussed: 1) difference between testing on bulk versus joint specimen; 2) consistency between the creep and monotonic behaviors; 3) comparison against behaviors of Sn1.0Ag0.5Cu and Sn3.8Ag0.7Cu alloys as well as aganist Sn40Pb, 62Sn36Pb2Ag and 96.5Sn3.5Ag alloys; and 4) comparison of Sn3.0Ag0.5Cu and Sn3.8Ag0.7Cu relative to their aging response. 相似文献
