Low-Temperature Annealing Effect of RF Inductor With FeNi-SiO2 Granular Film

A low-temperature annealing process in vacuum is proposed to enhance the inductance of RF inductors with FeNi-SiO₂ magnetic granular films. Due to the great improvement of soft magnetic property in the 200degC and 350degC annealed film, the inductance is enhanced by 9.6% (200degC) and 8.3% (350degC), respectively, compared with the case of as-deposited film inductor. The peak value of quality factor, which is 9.18 for the as-deposited film inductor, is also increased to 9.27 (200degC ) and 12.27 (350degC), respectively.

Does social dominance generate prejudice? Integrating individual and contextual determinants of intergroup cognitions.

Social dominance orientation (SDO) has been proposed as an important variable in the explanation of prejudice. We distinguish between three conceptualizations of SDO: SDO as a personality trait (personality model), SDO as a moderator of the effects of situational variables (Person X Situation model), and SDO as a mediator of the effect of social position on prejudice (group socialization model [GSM]). Four studies (N = 1,657) looking at the relations between social positions, SDO, and prejudice in a natural setting and in a laboratory setting provide strong support for the GSM. In contrast to previous correlational findings, there is evidence of a cause (dominant social position), an effect (prejudice increases), and a mediator (SDO). Prenatal androgens and gender-typed behavior: A study of girls with mild and severe forms of congenital adrenal hyperplasia.

Gender-typed behaviors and interests were investigated in 26 girls, aged 2-10 years, affected with congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) and in 26 unaffected girls matched for age. Girls with CAH were more interested in masculine toys and less interested in feminine toys and were more likely to report having male playmates and to wish for masculine careers. Parents of girls with CAH rated their daughters' behaviors as more boylike than did parents of unaffected girls. A relation was found between disease severity and behavior indicating that more severely affected CAH girls were more interested in masculine toys and careers. No parental influence could be demonstrated on play behavior, nor did the comparison of parents' ratings of wished for behavior versus perceived behavior in their daughters indicate an effect of parental expectations. The results are interpreted as supporting a biological contribution to differences in play behavior between girls with and without CAH. Bile acids as constituents for dental composites: in vitro cytotoxicity of (meth)acrylate and other ester derivatives of bile acids.

Methacrylic derivatives of bile acids have been synthesized for use as monomers in dental composites. Polymeric dental materials are known to leach cytotoxic unreacted monomers and degradation products. In this study, the in vitro cytotoxicity of bile acids and their derivatives towards 3T3 fibroblasts has been evaluated by colorimetric MTT assay and compared with that of the common dental monomers BisGMA, UDMA and TEGDMA. In general, the bile acids and their derivatives induced mitochondrial dysfunction at similar or higher concentrations than the commercial dental monomers. Certain monomers did not influence MTT response over their entire range of solubility.     

真空蒸发沉积VOPc薄膜及磁场对薄膜结构与性能的影响

用真空蒸发制备了酞菁氧钒 (VOPc)薄膜 ,并在磁场中进行了热处理。用X光电子能谱、X射线衍射、紫外 可见吸收光谱、原子力显微镜等手段对制备的薄膜进行了表征。结果表明沉积的酞菁氧钒薄膜为α 型 ,成分接近酞菁氧钒的分子式。制备的薄膜在磁场中进行了热处理 ,发现磁场使酞菁氧钒薄膜性质发生改变 :UV VIS吸收谱Q带发生红移 ;XRD谱图衍射峰强度明显增强 ,峰位略有变化 ;原子力显微镜 (AFM)分析发现晶粒大小无明显变化。以上结果说明磁场的存在使得VOPc分子在热处理过程中发生了定向的排列     

一种基于FBG和LPG的温控报警模型

文章依据FBG温度传感的原理以及LPG滤波技术,提出了一种新的光纤光栅温度报警模型.用MATLAB对系统所采用的方法进行了模拟,结果表明该系统能满足温度报警的要求.     

焦化全馏分油加氢精制装置的技术改造

介绍了中国石化扬子石油化工股份有限公司炼油厂焦化全馏分油加氢精制装置高压分离系统、分馏塔系统等改造情况。实际运转表明 ,改造后装置处理能力由 0 .5Mt/a提高到 0 .6Mt/a ,液体收率由 96.5 0 %提高到96.99% ,能耗降至 15 38.1MJ/t ,每年可多创经济效益 70 0× 10 4RMB $。
