Two kinds of fly ash, discharged in the combustion of either refused derived fuel (RDF) or car shredder dust (SD), were examined for the emission of heavy metals in melting process under oxidizing and reducing conditions. The residual fractions of heavy metal in slag were experimentally estimated. As a result, it was confirmed that several volatile heavy metals were readily emitted during melting process. The type of atmosphere provided for the melting process was found to affect the emission of some volatile metals in RDF ash, but not in SD ash. The emission of volatile heavy metals in RDF ash under oxidizing conditions was lower than under any other conditions in this study. The emission behavior of iron and heavy metals in RDF ash under reducing conditions was similar to that in SD ash. These facts indicated that phosphorous in RDF ash had the property of fixing the volatile metals in the slag only under oxidizing conditions. Then the mixture of SD ash with phosphorous oxide powder was also tested in a melting process, and the result was consistent with the above inference of the effect of phosphorous.  相似文献

Sci. 88(2):191–229, 1991) showed that every m-multiple context-free language L is weakly 2m-iterative in the sense that either L is finite or L contains a subset of the form \(\{ u_{0} w_{1}^{i} u_{1} \cdots w_{2m}^{i} u_{2m} \mid i \in \mathbb {N}\}\) , where w 1?w 2n ε. Whether every m-multiple context-free language L is 2m-iterative, that is to say, whether all but finitely many elements z of L can be written as z=u 0 w 1 u 1?w 2m u 2m with w 1?w 2m ε and \(\{ u_{0} w_{1}^{i} u_{1} \cdots w_{2m}^{i} u_{2m} \mid i \in \mathbb {N}\} \subseteq L\) , has been open. The polymerization of methyl methacrylate by tri-n-butylborane in the presence of amino acid esters was investigated. The binary systems of tri-n-butylborane and amino esters were found to be more effective for initiating the polymerization than tri-n-butylborane alone. Co-catalytic effects of amino acid esters were in the order: tyrosinate > glutamate > aspartate ? phenyl alaninate > serinate > glycinate. The rate of polymerization in a mixture of dimethylsulphoxide and toluene was proportional to the square root of the concentration of the initiator system, to the monomer concentration, and to the concentration of dimethylsulphoxide in the solvent. The overall energy of activation was estimated to be 4.6 kcal/mol for the tri-n-butylborane/methyl tyrosinate system. Copolymerization curves gave a typical free-radical character.  相似文献

A new manufacturing process for high performance, waterborne coatings for can coating application was developed, which includes emulsification of an epoxy resin with or without a hardener by incorporation of an acrylic resin. It is possible by this new process to emulsify a variety of resins with minimum effects of the surfactant. (acrylic resin). The effects of surfactant and neutralizer on adhesion performance were studied. It was found that the effects of the acrylic resin amount were relatively small, and that the effects of the neutralizer were significant. It was confirmed that the usage of ammonia or amines with a branched alkyl group is required to achieve balanced dry and wet adhesion.  相似文献

The distribution of HAF carbon black in SBR was studied with the electron microscope and Fraunhofer diffraction. The interparticle distance between black aggregates is 8000 Å at 20 phr and 7000 Å at 40 phr, but above 60 phr it spreads broadly in the vicinity of 4000 Å. The size of black aggregates at 20 phr extends from 300 Å to 3000 Å, and the average diameter is 1200 Å. At 40 phr and 60 phr, black trends to aggregate more than at 20 phr and the average diameter is about 1500–1600 Å; the maximum diameter exceeds 5000 Å. In a black aggregate, there are about 40 spherical particles independently of filler concentration. From the relation between the size and interparticle distance, the connection of black aggregates initiates at 40 phr level and affects the physical properties of filled rubber.  相似文献

We have previously shown that replacing the P1-site residue(Ala) of chicken ovomucoid domain 3 (OMCHI3) with a Met or Lysresults in the acquisition of inhibitory activity toward chymotrypsinor trypsin, respectively. However, the inhibitory activitiesthus induced are not strong. In the present study, we introducedadditional amino acid replacements around the reactive siteto try to make the P1-site mutants more effective inhibitorsof chymotrypsin or trypsin. The amino acid replacement AspTyrat the P2' site of OMCHI3(P1Met) resulted in conversion to a35000-fold more effective inhibitor of chymotrypsin with aninhibitor constant (Ki) of 1.17x10–11 M. The Ki valueof OMCHI3(P1Met, P2'Ala) indicated that the effect on the interactionwith chymotrypsin of removing a negative charge from the P2'site was greater than that of introducing an aromatic ring.Similarly, enhanced inhibition of trypsin was observed whenthe AspTyr replacement was introduced into the P2' site of OMCHI3(P1Lys).Two additional replacements, AspAla at the P4 site and ArgAlaat the P3' site, made the mutant a more effective inhibitorof trypsin with a Ki value of 1.44x10–9 M. By contrast,ArgAla replacement at the P3' site of OMCHI3(P1Met, P2'Tyr)resulted in a greatly reduced inhibition of chymotrypsin, andAspAla replacement at the P4 site produced only a small changewhen compared with a natural variant of OMCHI3. These resultsclearly indicate that not only the P1-site residue but alsothe characteristics, particularly the electrostatic properties,of the amino acid residues around the reactive site of the proteaseinhibitor determine the strength of its interactions with proteases.Furthermore, amino acids with different characteristics arerequired around the reactive site for strong inhibition of chymotrypsinand trypsin.  相似文献

Five different types of three-phase reactors are compared with each other by using oxidation of sulfur dioxide on activated carbon. The kinetic measurements were carried out by changing concentrations of sulfur dioxide from 0.04 to 0.17% (volume) and those of oxygen from 2 to 21%. The reaction rate was 0.2 order with respect to sulfur dioxide and 0.5 order with respect to oxygen. The catalytic effectiveness factor and intraparticle diffusivity were evaluated by changing particle sizes of activated carbon from 0.03 to 1.6 mm. Resistances of gas-liquid, liquid-solid mass transfer and intraparticle diffusion were estimated for individual reactors. The optimum reactor was dependent on operating conditions such as gas flow rates, rotating speeds and particle sizes.  相似文献

An in situ composite composed of ceria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystals (Ce-TZP) and La{Co0.5Fe0.5(Fe0.9Al0.1)11}O19 was synthesized from a powder mixture of Ce-TZP, La(Fe0.9Al0.1)O3, Fe2O3, Al2O3, and CoO. The dense Ce-TZP dispersed with platelike La{Co0.5Fe0.5(Fe0.9Al0.1)11}O19 crystals as a second phase were formed after sintering from 1250° to 1350°C. The saturation magnetization of the in situ composite Ce-TZP/La{Co0.5Fe0.5(Fe0.9Al0.1)11}O19 was proportional to the mass fraction of the hexaferrite second phase in Ce-TZP. The coercivity of the composite with a 20 mass% of second phase decreased from 9.14 to 2.52 kOe (from 728 to 201 kA/m) after the pulverization of the composite. The susceptibility (χ) increased by 15%–25% under uniaxial stress on the composite. The change of the susceptibility (Δχ/χ) value increased with decreasing the mass fraction of the second phase in the composite. The Δχ was found to increase linearly with applied stress and abruptly change on cracking, which is expected for the application in fracture sensing of the composite.  相似文献

α-Tocopherol was reacted with methyl linoleateperoxyl radicals at 37°C. The peroxyl radicals were generated by the reaction of methyl linoleate with a free radical initiator, 2,2′-azobis(2,4-dimethylvaleronitrile). The primary products of α-tocopherol with methyl linoleate-peroxyl radicals were isolated by reversephase and normal-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and their structures were characterized by ultraviolet (UV), infrared (IR),1H and13C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and mass spectrometry (MS). There were four stereoisomers of methyl 13-(8a-peroxy-α-tocopherone)-9(Z),11(E)-octadecadienoate and four stereoisomers of methyl9-(8a-peroxy-α-tocopherone)-10(E),12(Z)-octadecadienoate.  相似文献

A pre-heating vaporization technology of coal water slurry, CWS, was developed to increase the efficiency of coal gasification with the reduction of oxygen consumption. A CWS pre-heating experimental unit having a capacity of 2.0 tons-coal/day was manufactured. After the CWS was heated to 573 K at about 10 MPa, water in CWS was continuously vaporized in a tube of which the diameter increased gradually (2–10 mm I.D.), and dry coal particles with steam were atomized and fed to a vessel. No aggregation of coal particles was observed in the atomized samples. The temperature and the pressure distributions of the fluid were calculated with empirical heat transfer and pressure drop correlations. The calculated results well corresponded to the experimental data measured in some test points. Using the calculation model, a large scale apparatus of 100 tons-coal/day was designed using KNO3 + NaNO2 + NaNO3 molten salt as a heating medium.  相似文献
