Full-field optical coherence tomography by achromatic phase shifting with a rotating polarizer 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
We demonstrate two-dimensional detection optical coherence tomography (OCT) using achromatic phase shifting with a rotating polarizer. This phase shifting, which experiences a light beam with a cyclic change in its polarization state, is, in principle, independent of wavelength. We simulated the wavelength dependence of an achromatic phase shifter using Jones calculus and found that the achromatic region exceeded 145 nm when the deviation of the phase retardation was less than +/- 0.5 degrees. Using the achromatic phase shifter and a conventional phase-shift calculation method, we obtained en face OCT images of an onion at different depths. This method is effective to enhance the quality of OCT with an ultrabroad-spectrum light source. 相似文献

The 'colloidal platinum' stabilized with polyvinylpyrrolidone (Pt/PVP-colloid) was dispersed in hydrogen-rich water (HW; hydrogen concentration, 0.82 ppm; oxidation-reduction potential, -583 mV) or regular water (RW; <0.01 ppm, +218 mV). And we evaluated the antioxidant activity of Pt/PVP-colloid in HW or RW on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging and improvement of blood fluidity under 2,2'-azobis (2-amidinopropane) dihydrochloride (AAPH)-induced oxidative stress. When applied with the 0.25-0.5 ppm Pt/PVP-colloid in RW or HW, the level of DPPH radicals decreased to 77.5-59.6% or 16.1-5.6%, in contrast to the level as high as 81.3% for HW alone, respectively, as measured by an electron spin resonance method. The horse blood, which was subjected to AAPH-induced oxidative stress, was incubated for 24 hr with RW or HW, and thereafter required 13.7 sec (100%) or 5.7 sec (42.3%) for passing through the micro-channels in a rheology equipment. When treated with 0.5-1.0 ppm Pt/PVP-colloid in RW or HW, the blood passage time in the micro-channels decreased dose-dependently to 9.7-7.3 sec (71.6-53.8%) or 4.3-1.3 sec (32.8-10.3%), and the rate of micro-channels clogged with erythrocyte aggregates decreased to 23.8-21.0% or 15.8-9.8%, respectively, from 42.8% for no addition of Pt/PVP. By scanning electron microscopy, AAPH-treated erythrocytes lost intact surface morphology on the membrane together with protrusions and without hollows, being indicative of impaired transforming ability, and the rate of erythrocyte agglutination was increased to 46.2%. When treated the horse blood with HW alone significantly decreased the rate of erythrocyte agglutination to 29.6%, whereas 1.0 ppm Pt/PVP-colloid in RW or HW decreased it to 24.1% or 21.1%, respectively. Thus, DPPH-radical-scavenging and erythrocyte-protecting effects of Pt/PVP-colloid in HW were superior to those of Pt/PVP-colloid in RW or Pt/PVP-free HW. The results could be mainly attributed to the enhanced antioxidant activity of Pt/PVP in HW, which may be due to captured-hydrogen on platinum. 相似文献

We propose the inclusion of a novel In(OH)3:Zn2+ buffer layer for fabricating high-efficiency CIGS solar cells. This buffer layer was deposited using a solution consisting of ZnCl2, InCl3·4H2O, and thiourea. The In(OH)3:Zn2+ films showed high resistivities of 2.1×108 Ω cm and transmittance of above 95% in the visible range. We expected two effects due to this new buffer layer: first is the formation of a passivation layer on the CIGS surface and the second is Zn-doping into CIGS layer, resulting in the formation of a buried junction. A cell efficiency of 14.0% (Voc: 0.575 V, Jsc: 32.1 mA/cm2, FF: 0.758) was achieved by using an In(OH)3:Zn2+ buffer layer, without the light soaking effect. 相似文献

Determination of optimal sending voltage profile in distribution systems with distributed generators

Sending voltage profile of distribution feeder is controlled by changing a tap of distribution transformer. In a distribution network with distributed generators, for reasons of effect of reversed flows from them and existence of a great number of sending voltage profile candidates, it is not easy to control sending voltage profile within the acceptable voltage limit. In this paper, in order to determine the optical sending voltage profile of distribution transformer in a distribution network with distributed generators, the authors propose a new method to determine the optimal sending voltage profile so as to minimize the total number of tap position's change per day under constraints of acceptable voltage limit. In the proposed method, after calculating acceptable range of three‐phase voltage of distribution feeder, the optimal profile of tap position within the calculated acceptable voltage range is determined among these candidates by using reduced ordered binary decision diagram (ROBDD) which is an efficient enumeration algorithm. An elastic–plastic FEM is developed to study the fundamental features of rubber isostatic pressing of powder with a view to performing a net-shape process. Experiments are also performed. It is thus shown that the properties of the rubber, in particular Poisson's ratio, give a great influence on the shape of compact and density distribution. The thickness of the rubber mold is also influential; the thicker the mold, the closer is the shape of compact to the cavity shape. The novel N-terminal labeling method using a ruthenium(II) complex derivative characteristically indicated a(n) and d(n) (N-terminal) fragment ions in high sensitivity by MS/MS analysis (MALDI-LIFT or ESI-CID). Although these fragment ions depended on a fragmentation process by MS/MS analytical methods to some degree, each case indicated similar side-chain cleavage patterns. The labeling method allows accurate distinction of amino acid residues by MS/MS analysis even if the residues are structural isomers such as leucine and isoleucine. We describe the fundamental characteristics of a synthesized light source (SLS) consisting of two low-coherence light sources to enhance the spatial resolution for optical coherence tomography (OCT). The axial resolution of OCT is given by half the coherence length of the light source. We fabricated a SLS with a coherence length of 2.3 microm and a side-lobe intensity of 45% with an intensity ratio of LED1:LED2 = 1:0.5 by combining two light sources, LED1, with a central wavelength of 691 nm and a spectral bandwidth of 99 nm, and LED2, with a central wavelength of 882 nm and a spectral bandwidth of 76 nm. The coherence length of 2.3 microm was 56% of the shorter coherence length in the two LEDs, which indicates that the axial resolution is 1.2 microm. The lateral resolution was measured at less than 4.4 microm by use of the phase-shift method and with a test pattern as a sample. The measured rough surfaces of a coin are illustrated and discussed. 相似文献

Chiral diphosphine/1,2-diamine-Ru(II) complexes catalyse the rapid, productive and enantioselective hydrogenation of simple ketones. The carbonyl-selective hydrogenation takes place via a non-classical metal-ligand bifunctional mechanism. The reduction of the C=O function occurs in the outer coordination sphere of an 18e trans-RuH2(diphosphine)(diamine) complex without interaction between the unsaturated moiety and the metallic centre. The Ru atom donates a hydride and the NH2 ligand delivers a proton through a pericyclic six-membered transition state, directly giving an alcoholic product without metal alkoxide formation. The enantiofaces of prochiral ketones are differentiated on the chiral molecular surface of the saturated RuH2 species. This asymmetric catalysis manifests the significance of 'kinetic' supramolecular chemistry. 相似文献
