摩托车大梁冲压模具逆向设计与制造

以摩托车大梁冲压模具为例，阐述了模具CAD／CAM逆向工程的流程和关键技术，总结了逆向工程CAD／CAM数字化和数据处理系统的方法，从而说明了该技术是CAD／CAM重要组成部分。     

高锰钢的泡沫陶瓷过滤净化

采用泡沫陶瓷过滤片对高锰钢进行过滤处理，对其进行金相分析和测试密度，冲击韧性和耐磨性能，并与未过滤的高锰钢进行对比，实验结果表明，在过滤的高锰钢中，金属夹杂物明显减小，密度提高0．53％，冲击韧性39．5％，耐磨性能提高1．04倍，批量生产结果表明，过滤的高锰钢球磨机衬板的使用寿命提高0．6－0．7倍。     

飞剪机定尺控制系统的PID调节

介绍了飞剪机的定尺控制系统,给出了定尺控制系统的结构框图,对控制系统的PID调节器运用试凑法进行了参数整定。     

Structure, magnetization, and magnetostriction of Sm-R-Fe （R = Pr, Nd） thin films

The structure, magnetization, and magnetostriction of Sm0.9Pr0.1Fex and Sm1-xNdxFel.9 thin films have been investigated using X-ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometer, and optical cantilever method. It is found that the structure of Sm0.9Pr0.1Fex thin films consists of an Sm-Pr-Fe amorphous phase when x≤2.69 and that of Sm1-xNdxFel.9 thin films consists of an Sm-Nd-Fe amorphous phase. The in-plane magnetization of Sm0.91Pr0.1Fex thin films increases with increase in the Fe content, and low values of the in-plane coercivity occur in the range of 1.62≤ x≤ 2.28. The magnetostriction value of Sm0.91Pr0.1Fex thin films increases with increasing the Fe content when x ≤ 1.94 and decreases when x 〉 1.94. The in-plane magnetostriction of Sm1-xNdxFe1.9 thin films under low magnetic fields has been improved by the substitution of Nd for Sm when x = 0.2.     

Effect of oxygen precipitates in solar grade silicon on minority carrier lifetime and efficiency of solar cells

The effect of oxygen precipitates on minority carrier lifetime and performance of solar cell was studied by means of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), quasi-steady state photoconductance (QSSPCD), optical microscope, spectrumresponse and solar cell efficiency test. The minority carrier lifetime and performance of solar cell reduced depend on oxygen precipitates. A few of oxygen precipitates have formed after single-step annealing; and they do not impact the efficiency dramatically. Pre-annealing at 650 ℃ for 4 h enhances the oxygen precipitation when it is subjected to middle temperature annealing. The solar cells performance decayed sharply. Especially annealing at 950 ℃ for 3 h, the V os and I sc of cells decrease 12% and 25% respectively. Few oxygen precipitates have formed in silicon after high temperature annealing at about 1050 ℃ whether pre-annealing is used or not, and the performance of cells is notbe affected.     

CSP技术连铸薄板坯气瓶钢中夹杂物研究

系统研究了珠钢电炉炼钢－钢包炉－CSP薄板坯连铸工艺生产气瓶钢的薄板坯中夹杂物在厚度方向分布规律以及夹杂物的种类，这些分析结果为进一步提高薄板坯的洁净度提供理论依据。     

THEORETICAL CALCULATION OF POINT DEFECTS IN Ni_3Al

Equilibrium equation of point defects in Ll_2 type intermetallic compounds was established tocalculate the relations of the concentration of antisite defects and vacancies and bulk composi-tion in Ni_3Al.The examination of temperature effects on the point defects cleared up the mis.understanding of the properties of the“constitutional point defects”in Ni_3Al.     

基于网络文本的山地景观游客行为与形象感知研究——以重庆市长嘉汇弹子石老街为例

剖析网络评价文本能为景观规划设计提供科学的依据支撑,弥补因快速城镇化建设发展而导致的公众参与不足,对于景观设计而言是非常重要的。以重庆市弹子石老街为例,基于网络文本内容分析法,利用rostcm6、excel及python等分析和数据抓取软件,采集大众点评的相关评论数据,以山地景观设计视角结合相关数据分析软件进行定性定量分析并制作可视化分析图,最终从多维度分析游客评论得出结果及改进建议,总结针对重庆弹子石老街及山地景观设计的6条设计策略:(1)交通可达的组织方式;(2)垂直上下的衔接转换;(3)对景远眺的外向空间;(4)本土文化的特色彰显;(5)城市事件的策划安排;(6)游览夜景的慢行系统,期望对今后的类似山地景观空间规划设计提供一定参考和借鉴价值。     

高频焊管用464-H14铝复合带材力学性能的研究

结合工业生产研究了高频焊管用464－H14铝合金复合带材的退火工艺和加工工艺对材料力学性能的影响。结果表明：成品材料冷轧前的软化退火温度应选择在既能使材料完全软化而又不发生Si原子扩散的350－400℃之间，冷加工率应控制在20％－40％，这样可使材料获得较好的力学性能，能够满足产品的技术标准和使用要求。     

液压夹轨装置夹不紧原因分析及夹轨装置的改造

本文通过对液压夹轨装置结构和机理分析，指出原设计夹轨装置预留压紧量(Smax-S)不足是导致夹轨装置锁不紧的主要原因，并对相应间隙和零件进行了调整和改造，解决了拖车的锁紧问题。
