Supported Co3O4 catalysts were prepared via the calcination of Co-containing hydrogarnet, (Ca3-x Co x )Al2(SiO4)3- y (OH)4y , at 400 °C. Such precursors with various extents of substitution were synthesized from the hydrothermal reaction of a stoichiometric mixture of calcium oxide, amorphous silica, alumina sol, and cobalt hydroxide at 200 °C. It was found that the catalyst consisted of Co3O4, CaO, and mayenite and exhibited a high activity for the combustion of propylene, benzene, and toluene at temperatures below 300 °C.  相似文献

This article reports the effect of cell structure on oil absorption of highly oil-absorptive polyurethane foam (ON-PUR), which is suitable for on-site foaming. We have developed ON-PUR as an oil absorbing polyurethane foam using a very reactive recipe. ON-PUR was synthesized by mixing polyol, water, additives, and polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate (P-MDI) using a high-pressure foaming machine. Density, airflow, oil absorption of this foam, and cell structure by microscopy were measured. From these results, it was found that the airflow of this foam increased by crushing, and the oil absorption of this foam increased sharply in a narrow airflow range (from 0.1 to 0.8 scfm). This increase is estimated to be due to the decrease of closed cell structures by crushing treatment. Furthermore, we constituted on-site foaming system in bench scale, which was expected to be applicable to on-site preparation of ON-PUR. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. High-density nickel–dispersed-alumina (Al2O3/nickel) composites with superior mechanical properties were obtained by the hydrogen reduction and the hot pressing of alumina–nickel oxide (Al2O3/NiO) mixed powders. The mixtures were prepared by using NiO or nickel nitrate (Ni(NO3)2· n H2O) as a dispersion source of nickel metal. Microstructural investigations of the composite fabricated using nitrate powder revealed that fine nickel particles, } 100 nm in diameter, dispersed homogeneously at the matrix grain boundaries, forming the intergranular nanocomposite. High strength (.1 GPa) and high-temperature hardness were registered for the composite that contained a small amount of nickel dispersion. The ferromagnetic properties of nickel, such as high coercive force, were observed, because of the fine magnetic dispersions, which indicates a functional value of structural composites.  相似文献

The precipitation of droplets was directly observed on a BaO–B2O3 melt in a drop shaft experiment. This is the first time that precipitation of droplets has been observed in a 4.5 s drop test. The melt film of 4BaOz96B2O3 (mol%) held on a platinum wire loop was heated above the critical tem-perature to produce uniformity and was cooled down to the phase separation temperature range. Phase separation of the melt was observed directly with a video camera. The IR image of the melt was simultaneously detected with a CCD array and was converted into a two-dimensional thermograph.  相似文献

The decomposition of chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) in the presence of water was examined over a variety of solid acid catalysts. The TiO2ZrO2 catalyst was found to have the highest activity and longest life among the catalysts examined. The activity of the TiO2ZrO2 catalysts depended upon the content of TiO2. At the contents of TiO2 from 58 to 90 mole%, the TiO2ZrO2 catalysts exhibited high activity, and these catalysts were proven to contain TiZrO4 crystal. From the study of the XRD peak intensity of the TiZrO4 crystal, it was highest on the TZ-58 which contained 58 mole% of TiO2, and decreased with increasing the content of TiO2. Furthermore, the conversion of CFC113 measured at 673 K was highest at TZ-58, and decreased gradually with increasing TiO2 content. Therefore, the TiZrO4 crystal influences the activity of decomposition of CFC113. However, the TiO2ZrO2 catalyst was gradually deactivated during the reaction due to the elimination of titanium atoms. A good relationship was found between the activity on TiO2ZrO2 catalyst and bond energy of CCl in the compounds of chlorofluorocarbons and hydrochlorocarbons, suggesting that the rate controlling step was the cleavage of CCl bond.  相似文献

Interleukin (IL) 23 (p19/p40) plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis and is upregulated in psoriasis skin lesions. In clinical practice, anti-IL-23Ap19 antibodies are highly effective against psoriasis. IL-39 (p19/ Epstein-Barr virus-induced (EBI) 3), a newly discovered cytokine in 2015, shares the p19 subunit with IL-23. Anti-IL-23Ap19 antibodies may bind to IL-39; also, the cytokine may contribute to the pathogenesis of psoriasis. To investigate IL23Ap19- and/or EBI3-including cytokines in psoriatic keratinocytes, we analyzed IL-23Ap19 and EBI3 expressions in psoriasis skin lesions, using immunohistochemistry and normal human epidermal keratinocytes (NHEKs) stimulated with inflammatory cytokines, using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and liquid chromatography-electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (LC-Ms/Ms). Immunohistochemical analysis showed that IL-23Ap19 and EBI3 expressions were upregulated in the psoriasis skin lesions. In vitro, these expressions were synergistically induced by the triple combination of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, IL-17A, and interferon (IFN)-γ, and suppressed by dexamethasone, vitamin D3, and acitretin. In ELISA and LC-Ms/Ms analyses, keratinocyte-derived IL-23Ap19 and EBI3, but not heterodimeric forms, were detected with humanized anti-IL-23Ap19 monoclonal antibodies, tildrakizumab, and anti-EBI3 antibodies, respectively. Psoriatic keratinocytes may express IL-23Ap19 and EBI3 proteins in a monomer or homopolymer, such as homodimer or homotrimer.  相似文献

Si-doped β-Ga2O3 was generally activated by high-temperature annealing (over 600?°C) due to its strong bonding energy. Considering the electronic applications using β-Ga2O3 such as various power devices with low power consumption, it is strongly required to decrease the device process temperature including the impurity activation process. In this article, in order to decrease the impurity activation process temperature, we proposed the rapid thermal annealing (RTA) treatment to activate the Si atoms in the β-Ga2O3 films since RTA treatment can give the high thermal energy to specimen in a short time and investigated the influence of RTA treatment with various temperatures on conductivity activation energy, and structural properties of Si-doped β-Ga2O3 film. Si-doped β-Ga2O3 films were hetero-epitaxially grown on c-plane sapphire substrate by pulsed laser deposition method. Crystallinity, surface roughness, and electrical properties of specimens were investigated by changing the RTA temperatures. Crystallinity and surface roughness of Si-doped β-Ga2O3 films were not significantly influenced by RTA treatment at temperatures range of 100–700?°C. Conductivity activation energy of specimens with RTA treatment was about 50–100?meV and did not depend on RTA temperatures. As a result, even Si-doped β-Ga2O3 film with RTA treatment at 100?°C showed a relatively good conductivity. Based on the experimental results in this study, it can be said that RTA treatment is useful method to decrease the temperature of activation process for Si-doped β-Ga2O3 thin films without serious structural degradations.  相似文献

We evaluated the abscopal effect of re-implantation of liquid nitrogen-treated tumor-bearing bone grafts and the synergistic effect of anti-PD-1 (programmed death-1) therapy using a bone metastasis model, created by injecting MMT-060562 cells into the bilateral tibiae of 6–8-week-old female C3H mice. After 2 weeks, the lateral tumors were treated by excision, cryotreatment using liquid nitrogen, excision with anti-PD-1 treatment, and cryotreatment with anti-PD-1 treatment. Anti-mouse PD-1 4H2 was injected on days 1, 6, 12, and 18 post-treatment. The mice were euthanized after 3 weeks; the abscopal effect was evaluated by focusing on growth inhibition of the abscopal tumor. The re-implantation of frozen autografts significantly inhibited the growth of the remaining abscopal tumors. However, a more potent abscopal effect was observed in the anti-PD-1 antibody group. The number of CD8+ T cells infiltrating the abscopal tumor and tumor-specific interferon-γ (IFN-γ)-producing spleen cells increased in the liquid nitrogen-treated group compared with those in the excision group, with no significant difference. The number was significantly higher in the anti-PD-1 antibody-treated group than in the non-treated group. Overall, re-implantation of tumor-bearing frozen autograft has an abscopal effect on abscopal tumor growth, although re-implantation of liquid nitrogen-treated bone grafts did not induce a strong T-cell response or tumor-suppressive effect.  相似文献

We have developed a public key certificate validation system considering the restrictions peculiar to the mobile environment, such as processing the speed and memory capacity of a cellular‐phone terminal, and the network transmission speed. In this paper we derive a theoretical formula showing the performance of a validity check of the public key certificate of the conventional system and of the proposed system, and compare and examine a theoretical value in a mobile environment. Moreover, we evaluate the actual measurement that uses the server and cellular‐phone terminal that we developed. We show that our proposed system based on the certificate validation server (CVS) system is better than the conventional system from the viewpoint of processing speed and transmission speed. Epoxy/zirconia hybrid materials were synthesized from a bisphenol-A type epoxy resin, zirconium-tetra-n-propoxide and acetic acid via in situ polymerization. Acetic acid was used to control the hydrolysis and condensation reaction of the zirconium-tetra-n-propoxide. As a result, the zirconia produced by the in situ polymerization was uniformly dispersed into the epoxy matrix on a nano scale or less, and the hybrid materials exhibited an excellent optical transparency. With the increasing zirconia contents, the storage modulus in the rubbery region increased and the peak area of tanδ in the glass transition temperature region decreased. These results indicate that their heat resistance of the hybrid materials could be improved by hybridization with zirconia. Furthermore, the refractive indices of the hybrid materials were significantly improved with the increasing zirconia contents.  相似文献
