Single-wall carbon nanotubes were grown by thermal chemical vapor deposition using either boron- or nitrogen-containing feedstocks or both. Carrier doping was evidenced by hardenings of the G band in Raman spectra, and the estimated carrier concentration reached ∼0.4%. In the G′ and D band spectra, a doping-induced component was observed at the high- or low-energy side of the original one. However, the appearance of the new component did not always coincide with the carrier doping. The doped SWCNTs often show radial breathing mode peaks in the off-resonance region, indicating a defect-induced modification of absorption spectrum.  相似文献

This paper describes a simulation model for a spray flash desalination system which makes fresh water from sea water by using the temperature difference between warm surface sea water and cool deep sea water. The spray flash desalination system can be modeled by using the energy conservation law and the mass conservation law. The Film Dryout Analysis Code in Subchannels, FIDAS, has been developed with the main objective of predicting dryout and post-dryout heat transfer in a channel and in rod bundles. In FIDAS, two-phase flow consisting of continuous liquid film, continuous vapor and entrained droplets is modeled by a three-fluid, three-field representation of 12 field equations, i.e. three continuity, three energy and six momentum equations. FIDAS can predict dryout without any empirical CHF correlations by introducing annular flow modeling and the ‘film dryout criterion’. Experiments on film flow characteristics, subchannel flow and enthalpy distributions, dryout and post-dryout heat transfer in tubes and rod bundles were analyzed to demonstrate the performance of FIDAS. The predictions of FIDAS are in close agreement with the experiments.  相似文献

Arterial thrombi are primarily composed of platelets. Platelets are bound to injured endothelial cells, sub-endothelial matrices, and other platelets by a range of adhesive proteins. Some of these reactions are governed by shear forces. The role of adhesive proteins in the pathogenesis of arterial thrombosis is not fully understood. The aim of this study was to examine the involvement of von Willebrand factor (vWF), fibrinogen (Fg), and fibronectin (FN) in the formation of microvascular thrombi in vivo using a helium-neon laser-induced thrombosis method. Transmission electron microscopy demonstrated that laser irradiation resulted in platelet-rich thrombosis in arterioles and venules, and revealed that this occurred in the absence of endothelial denudation. The mean wall shear rates in mesenteric arterioles and venules were 641 +/- 40 and 280 +/- 20 s-1, respectively. Shear rates increased approximately fivefold in arterioles and tenfold in venules during the formation of occlusive thrombi. Antibody to vWF inhibited thrombosis in arterioles and venules. Antibodies to Fg and FN inhibited thrombosis in venules but not in arterioles. These results confirm that vWF, Fg and FN were involved in thrombogenesis in vivo and demonstrated that significantly higher shear rates were required for the reactions involving vWF than those involving either Fg or FN.  相似文献

随着区块链技术在各行各业的广泛应用,区块链系统的架构变得越来越复杂,这也增加了安全问题的数量.目前,在区块链系统中采用了模糊测试、符号执行等传统的漏洞检测方法,但这些技术无法有效检测出未知的漏洞.为了提高区块链系统的安全性,本文提出了基于形式化理论的区块链系统漏洞检测模型VDMBS (Vulnerability Detection Model for Blockchain Systems),该模型综合了系统迁移状态、安全规约和节点间信任关系等多种安全因素,同时提供了基于业务流程执行语言BPEL (Business Process Execution Language)流程的漏洞模型构建方法.最后,本文用NuSMV在基于区块链的电子投票选举系统上验证了所提出的漏洞检测模型的有效性,实验结果表明,与现有的五种形式化测试工具相比,所提出的VDMBS模型能够检测出更多的区块链系统业务逻辑漏洞和智能合约漏洞.  相似文献

The Radio on Fiber (ROF) technique has great potential in wireless communication systems. In this paper, we report on a fundamental examination of microwave wireless access systems based on Radio on Fiber. First, we designed and constructed examination systems by applying dual band (2.4 and 5 GHz) multiservice transmission systems and confirmed that there was sufficient performance through a transmission experiment. Then, application of FP‐LD (Fabry Perot Laser Diode) was considered in order to reduce the system cost, and for the most part degradation of the transmission characteristics was not observed when FP‐LD was used. Finally, a BIDI (bidirectional) module which integrated LD and PD within one package was made to further reduce costs. By measuring the transmission performance, applying the BIDI module to ROF systems was shown to be effective. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper proposes a new filter approach to gene subset selection for kernel-based classifiers. We derive kernel forms of several well-known class separability criteria, and gene subset selection based on the kernelized criteria is applied to microarray cancer classification problems. The performance of our proposed strategy is compared in experiments with those of the conventional filter approach as well as gene ranking methods.  相似文献

We propose a new 2-port SRAM with a single read bit line (SRBL) eight transistors (8 T) memory cell for a 45 nm system-on-a-chip (SoC). Access time tends to be slower as a fabrication is scaled down because of threshold voltage (Vt) random variations. A divided read bit line scheme with shared local amplifier (DBSA) realizes fast access time without increasing area penalty. We also show an additional important issue of a simultaneous read and write (R/W) access at the same row by using DBSA with the SRBL-8T cell. A rise of the storage node causes misreading. A read end detecting replica circuit (RER) and a local read bit line dummy capacitance (LDC) are introduced to solve this issue. A 128 bit lines - 512 word lines 64 kb 2-port SRAM macro using these schemes was fabricated by a 45 nm bulk CMOS low-standby-power (LSTP) CMOS process technology [1]. The memory cell size is 0.597 mum2. This 2-port SRAM macro achieves 7 times faster access time without misreading.  相似文献
