In this study, DCPD (Brushite, CaHPO4.2H2O) coatings were prepared on the surface of a Mg–Ca–Zn alloy using different current density (0.15–1.2 mA/cm2) and deposition time (5–90 min). The results revealed that DCPD with needle‐like morphology was observed for the current density between 0.15 and 0.4 mA/cm2?, whereas ?plate‐like morphology was obtained at current density above 0.8 mA/cm2. The results showed that surface roughness increased with increasing current density. The lowest corrosion rate of 0.14 mm/year was obtained for the dense and uniform DCPD coating ?at 0.4 mA/cm2, while further increase has deleterious effect on the corrosion resistance.  相似文献

Social media networks are becoming essential to our daily activities, and many issues are due to this great involvement in our lives. Cyberbullying is a social media network issue, a global crisis affecting the victims and society as a whole. It results from a misunderstanding regarding freedom of speech. In this work, we proposed a methodology for detecting such behaviors (bullying, harassment, and hate-related texts) using supervised machine learning algorithms (SVM, Naïve Bayes, Logistic regression, and random forest) and for predicting a topic associated with these text data using unsupervised natural language processing, such as latent Dirichlet allocation. In addition, we used accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score to assess prior classifiers. Results show that the use of logistic regression, support vector machine, random forest model, and Naïve Bayes has 95%, 94.97%, 94.66%, and 93.1% accuracy, respectively.  相似文献

Cloud Computing (CC) is the most promising and advanced technology to store data and offer online services in an effective manner. When such fast evolving technologies are used in the protection of computer-based systems from cyberattacks, it brings several advantages compared to conventional data protection methods. Some of the computer-based systems that effectively protect the data include Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), Internet of Things (IoT), mobile devices, desktop and laptop computer, and critical systems. Malicious software (malware) is nothing but a type of software that targets the computer-based systems so as to launch cyber-attacks and threaten the integrity, secrecy, and accessibility of the information. The current study focuses on design of Optimal Bottleneck driven Deep Belief Network-enabled Cybersecurity Malware Classification (OBDDBN-CMC) model. The presented OBDDBN-CMC model intends to recognize and classify the malware that exists in IoT-based cloud platform. To attain this, Z-score data normalization is utilized to scale the data into a uniform format. In addition, BDDBN model is also exploited for recognition and categorization of malware. To effectually fine-tune the hyperparameters related to BDDBN model, Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm (GOA) is applied. This scenario enhances the classification results and also shows the novelty of current study. The experimental analysis was conducted upon OBDDBN-CMC model for validation and the results confirmed the enhanced performance of OBDDBN-CMC model over recent approaches.  相似文献

Object detection (OD) in remote sensing images (RSI) acts as a vital part in numerous civilian and military application areas, like urban planning, geographic information system (GIS), and search and rescue functions. Vehicle recognition from RSIs remained a challenging process because of the difficulty of background data and the redundancy of recognition regions. The latest advancements in deep learning (DL) approaches permit the design of effectual OD approaches. This study develops an Artificial Ecosystem Optimizer with Deep Convolutional Neural Network for Vehicle Detection (AEODCNN-VD) model on Remote Sensing Images. The proposed AEODCNN-VD model focuses on the identification of vehicles accurately and rapidly. To detect vehicles, the presented AEODCNN-VD model employs single shot detector (SSD) with Inception network as a baseline model. In addition, Multiway Feature Pyramid Network (MFPN) is used for handling objects of varying sizes in RSIs. The features from the Inception model are passed into the MFPN for multiway and multiscale feature fusion. Finally, the fused features are passed into bounding box and class prediction networks. For enhancing the detection efficiency of the AEODCNN-VD approach, AEO based hyperparameter optimizer is used, which is stimulated by the energy transfer strategies such as production, consumption, and decomposition in an ecosystem. The performance validation of the presented method on benchmark datasets showed promising performance over recent DL models.  相似文献

Sentiment analysis or opinion mining (OM) concepts become familiar due to advances in networking technologies and social media. Recently, massive amount of text has been generated over Internet daily which makes the pattern recognition and decision making process difficult. Since OM find useful in business sectors to improve the quality of the product as well as services, machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models can be considered into account. Besides, the hyperparameters involved in the DL models necessitate proper adjustment process to boost the classification process. Therefore, in this paper, a new Artificial Fish Swarm Optimization with Bidirectional Long Short Term Memory (AFSO-BLSTM) model has been developed for OM process. The major intention of the AFSO-BLSTM model is to effectively mine the opinions present in the textual data. In addition, the AFSO-BLSTM model undergoes pre-processing and TF-IFD based feature extraction process. Besides, BLSTM model is employed for the effectual detection and classification of opinions. Finally, the AFSO algorithm is utilized for effective hyperparameter adjustment process of the BLSTM model, shows the novelty of the work. A complete simulation study of the AFSO-BLSTM model is validated using benchmark dataset and the obtained experimental values revealed the high potential of the AFSO-BLSTM model on mining opinions.  相似文献

The text classification process has been extensively investigated in various languages, especially English. Text classification models are vital in several Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications. The Arabic language has a lot of significance. For instance, it is the fourth mostly-used language on the internet and the sixth official language of the United Nations. However, there are few studies on the text classification process in Arabic. A few text classification studies have been published earlier in the Arabic language. In general, researchers face two challenges in the Arabic text classification process: low accuracy and high dimensionality of the features. In this study, an Automated Arabic Text Classification using Hyperparameter Tuned Hybrid Deep Learning (AATC-HTHDL) model is proposed. The major goal of the proposed AATC-HTHDL method is to identify different class labels for the Arabic text. The first step in the proposed model is to pre-process the input data to transform it into a useful format. The Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) model is applied to extract the feature vectors. Next, the Convolutional Neural Network with Recurrent Neural Network (CRNN) model is utilized to classify the Arabic text. In the final stage, the Crow Search Algorithm (CSA) is applied to fine-tune the CRNN model’s hyperparameters, showing the work’s novelty. The proposed AATC-HTHDL model was experimentally validated under different parameters and the outcomes established the supremacy of the proposed AATC-HTHDL model over other approaches.  相似文献
