A measure of the “goodness” or efficiency of the test suite is used to determine the proficiency of a test suite. The appropriateness of the test suite is determined through mutation analysis. Several Finite State Machine (FSM) mutants are produced in mutation analysis by injecting errors against hypotheses. These mutants serve as test subjects for the test suite (TS). The effectiveness of the test suite is proportional to the number of eliminated mutants. The most effective test suite is the one that removes the most significant number of mutants at the optimal time. It is difficult to determine the fault detection ratio of the system. Because it is difficult to identify the system’s potential flaws precisely. In mutation testing, the Fault Detection Ratio (FDR) metric is currently used to express the adequacy of a test suite. However, there are some issues with this metric. If both test suites have the same defect detection rate, the smaller of the two tests is preferred. The test case (TC) is affected by the same issue. The smaller two test cases with identical performance are assumed to have superior performance. Another difficulty involves time. The performance of numerous vehicles claiming to have a perfect mutant capture time is problematic. Our study developed three metrics to address these issues: , , and In this context, most used test generation tools were examined and tested using the developed metrics. Thanks to the metrics we have developed, the research contributes to eliminating the problems related to performance measurement by integrating the missing parameters into the system. 相似文献
Green fluorescent protein (GFP) molecules are attached to titanium dioxide and cadmium oxide nanoparticles via sol–gel method and fluorescence dynamics of such a protein–metal oxide assembly is investigated with a conventional time correlated single photon counting technique. As compared to free fluorescent protein molecules, time-resolved experiments show that the fluorescence lifetime of GFP molecules bound to these metal oxide nanoparticles gets shortened dramatically. Such a decrease in the lifetime is measured to be 22 and 43 percent for cadmium oxide and titanium dioxide respectively, which is due to photoinduced electron transfer mechanism caused by the interaction of GFP molecules (donor) and metal oxide nanoparticles (acceptor). Our results yield electron transfer rates of 3.139×108 s−1 and 1.182×108 s−1 from the GFP molecules to titanium dioxide and cadmium oxide nanoparticles, respectively. The electron transfer rates show a marked decrease with increasing driving force energy. This effect represents a clear example of the Marcus inverted region electron transfer process. 相似文献
Gangliosides constitute a subgroup of glycosphingolipids characterized by the presence of sialic acid residues in their structure. As constituents of cellular membranes, in particular of raft microdomains, they exert multiple functions, some of them capital in cell homeostasis. Their presence in cells is tightly regulated by a balanced expression and function of the enzymes responsible for their biosynthesis, ganglioside synthases, and their degradation, glycosidases. The dysregulation of their abundance results in rare and common diseases. In this review, we make a point on the relevance of gangliosides and some of their metabolic precursors, such as ceramides, in the function of podocytes, the main cellular component of the glomerular filtration barrier, as well as their implications in podocytopathies. The results presented in this review suggest the pertinence of clinical lipidomic studies targeting these metabolites. 相似文献
In composite production, the shortest route is via an in situ composite in which a melt dissociates simultaneously into two rather different solid phases. The monotectic alloys can be
included in this group. The present work was aimed at extending our recent squeeze casting experience on the Zn-Bi monotectic
alloy in order to increase its cast quality and mechanical properties. A squeeze casting unit was built, and its die and punch
were machined. The molten monotectic alloy was squeezed in this unit under pressures up to 120 MPa in its freezing range until
it solidified completely. It was found that an increase in squeeze casting pressure provided increases in density, tensile
strength, and Vickers hardness, which resulted in decreases in chip length and electrical resistivity. Before the squeeze
casting practice, the freezing characteristics of this monotectic were estimated using basic solidification principles. 相似文献
In this simulation work, we use COSMOS logic devices—a novel single gate CMOS architecture recently announced [1]—in multi-input
logic gates, assessing its performance in terms of power·delay product. We consider three different multi-input logic circuits:
a two-input NOR gate, a three-input NOR gate, and a three-input composite NOR/NAND (NORAND) gate. For this power·delay analysis,
the transient TCAD simulations are employed in a mixed-mode approach where circuit and device simulations are coupled together,
culminating in the delay response of the circuits as well as the static/dynamic current components. The analysis shows that
all circuits, except the 3-input NOR gate, has acceptable characteristics at low-power applications and static leakage limits
all COSMOS circuits at high-bias conditions. 相似文献
The aim of this in vitro study was to evaluate the effects of chlorhexidine gluconate (2%), sodium hypochloride (2.5%), ozone gas, and boric acid at different concentrations (1%, 3%, 5%, and 7%) on microleakage from composite restorations.
In a total of 80 extracted human canine teeth, a class V cavity was opened on the buccal surface and the samples were separated into eight groups. In the control group, no procedure was applied for cavity disinfection, then composite restoration (Z250, 3M) was made using single-stage, self-etch adhesive (Single Bond 3M). In the other groups, seven different disinfectants were used, then the cavity was restored. The teeth were split into two in the buccolingual direction, parallel to the long axes. Stain penetration was examined under stereomicroscope and scored. Examination with SEM was made on one sample from each group, selected at random. Statistical evaluations were made using Dunnett C Post Hoc Comparison and Kruskal–Wallis H tests.
In the occlusal region evaluation, the groups with the lowest level of leakage were the 3% and 5% boric acid groups, and the highest levels of microleakage were determined in the chlorhexidine group and the 1% boric acid group. In the gingival region, the lowest level of microleakage was in the 5% boric acid group and the highest levels were determined in the 1% and 7% boric acid groups.
Boric acid disinfectants used at suitable concentrations were not seen to create a risk in respect of microleakage. 相似文献
