Differential K+ channel clustering activity of PSD-95 and SAP97, two related membrane-associated putative guanylate kinases

The molecular mechanisms underlying the clustering and localization of K+ channels in specific microdomains on the neuronal surface are largely unknown. The Shaker subclass of voltage-gated K+ channel alpha-subunits interact through their cytoplasmic C-terminus with a family of membrane-associated putative guanylate kinases, including PSD-95 and SAP97. We show here that heterologous coexpression of either sap97 or PSD-95 with various Shaker-type subunits results in the coclustering of these proteins with the K+ channels. Mutation of the C-terminal sequence (-ETDV) of the Shaker subunit Kv1.4 abolishes its binding to, and prevents its clustering with, SAP97 and PSD-95. Whereas PSD-95 induces plaque-like clusters of K+ channels at the cell surface; however, SAP97 coexpression results in the formation of large round intracellular aggregates into which both SAP97 and the K+ channel proteins are colocalized. The efficiency of surface clustering by PSD-95 varies with different Shaker subunits: striking Kv1.4 clustering occurs in > 60% of cotransfected cells, whereas Kv1.1 and Kv1.2 form convincing clusters with PSD-95 only in approximately 10% of cells.     

基于GIS技术的安徽省重大农业气象灾害测评系统总体设计

对《基于GIS技术的安徽省重大农业气象灾害测评系统》的总体设计方法作了概要介绍。该系统的建立主要是采用GIS技术，综合气候分析、遥感监测、地理环境影响评判等方法，提高对安徽省干旱、洪涝、低温冻害等重大农业气象灾害实时监测、趋势预测，以及对农业生产影响的分析评价结果的准确性。     

1477 nm LD泵浦掺铒光纤放大器的研究

报道了采用１４７７ｎｍ激光二极管（ＬＤ）泵浦的掺铒光纤放大器的实验结果。研究了放大器的增益和时域特性。对１５２０ｎｍ的信号光，获得了２３ｄＢ的增益，泵浦效率为２．２８ｄＢ／ｍＷ。低频脉冲信号经过放大器后未发生波形畸变。

迫零对Turbo码的性能影响

从距离谱的角度对迫零在Turbo码中的作用进行了理论分析。通过仿真，研究了迫零对Turbo码性能的影响。仿真结果表明，Turbo码编码器迫零处理有助于改善Turbo码的性能。     

A transmit/receive IF chip set for WCDMA mobiles in 0.35 /spl mu/m CMOS

An implementation of the IF section of WCDMA mobile transceivers with a set of two chips fabricated in an inexpensive 0.35-/spl mu/m two-poly three-metal CMOS process is presented. The transmit/receive chip set integrates quadrature modulators and demodulators, wide dynamic range automatic gain control (AGC) amplifiers, with linear-in-decibel gain control, and associated circuitry. This paper describes the problems encountered and the solutions envisaged to meet stringent specifications, with process and temperature variations, thus overcoming the limitations of CMOS devices, while operating at frequencies in the range of 100 MHz-1 GHz. Detailed measurement results corroborating successful application of the new techniques are reported. A receive AGC dynamic range of 73 dB with linearity error of less than /spl plusmn/2 dB and spread of less than 5 dB for a temperature range of -30/spl deg/C to +85/spl deg/C in the gain control characteristic has been measured. The modulator measurement shows a carrier suppression of 35 dB and sideband/third harmonic suppression of over 46 dB. The core die area of each chip is 1.5 mm/sup 2/.     

向家坝水电站施工组织设计简介

向家坝水电站为装机６０００ＭＷ的巨型电站，其施工组织设计，结合工程总体布置，选用两期导流，一期先围左岸，二期围右岸的施工程序。一期由右侧的主河床泄流、通航及漂木，二期由导流底孔和缺口泄流，临时船闸通航，散漂木材在坝址上游收漂后陆路转运。大坝混凝土采用塔带机配缆机浇筑。电站第一批机组发电工期为７年，总工期为９年６个月。     

GaAs亚微米自对准工艺技术研究

总结了在５０ｍｍＧａＡｓ圆片上实现自对准介质膜隔离等平面工艺技术的研究，着重描述了离子注入、自对准亚微米难熔栅制备、钝化介质膜生长、干法刻蚀、电阻和电容制备等关键工艺的研究结果。这套工艺的均匀性、重复性好，在５０ｍｍＧａＡｓ圆片上获得了满意的成品率。采用这套工艺已成功地研制出多种性能良好的ＧａＡｓＩＣ和ＧａＡｓ功率ＭＥＳＦＥＴ，证明国家自然科学基金委员会这一重大课题的选择对发展我国ＧａＡｓＩＣ确实具有重大意义。     

Finite element micromechanical modelling of unidirectional fibre-reinforced metal-matrix composites

Typical finite element formulations and models for unidirectional composite materials are reviewed. The application of micromechanical finite element analysis to the modelling of unidirectional fibre-reinforced metal-matrix composites is demonstrated by presenting some studies from recent publications. It is shown that while analytical models offer a simple tool for obtaining the overall response of composites, finite element analysis provides more accurate and detailed characterisation of composite properties for complicated geometries and constituent property variations. Various effects that influence the stress/strain response and fibre/matrix deformation of composites are studied through modelling. These effects include the fibre coating and reaction layer, fibre shape and distribution, metallurgical and environmental factors, stress distributions and damage. It is demonstrated that the properties and constituent phase interaction of metal-matrix composites are best modelled by finite element analysis. It is emphasized that in order to obtain good predictions, the models must be coupled with first-hand characterisations of the constituent phases and their interactions, including the thermal history of the specimens.
