Continuous cleaning of A356 alloy melt using high frequency electromagnetic field

A set of device for electromagnetic separation (EMS) was designed and applied to process the continuous flowing melt. Tensile test was employed to compare effect of electromagnetic separation with that of the traditional processes. Compared with filtration by ceramic foam filter and process without filtration, multiple process combined with filtration and electromagnetic separation can effectively remove most of inclusions with diameter finer than 10μm in A356 alloy casting, hence improve its tensile properties. After being processed by electromagnetic filtration,the tensile strength of A356 scrap is enhanced by 8.27%, approaching the level of fresh A356 alloy.     

Influence of expandable graphite on fire resistance and water resistance of flame-retardant coatings

Expandable graphite (EG) coating and ammonium polyphosphate-pentaerythritol-melamine (APP-PER-MEL) coating were prepared. Thermal degradation and char formation of the coatings were investigated by differential thermal analysis (DTA), thermogravimetry (TG), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results have shown that the anti-oxidation and fire-resistant properties of expandable graphite coating containing EG with size of 74 μm are better than those of APP-PER-MEL coating. The static immersion test was applied to study water resistance of the coatings, and the fire protection test and mechanical test were used to analyse heat insulation and mechanical properties of coatings before and after water immersion. The fire-resistant and mechanical properties of APP-PER-MEL coating were severely damaged by water immersion, whereas EG coating containing 8.5% EG with size of 74 μm could retain the good fire resistance even after 500 h water immersion.     

CNG储气瓶的金属磁记忆检测

使用金属磁记忆检测方法和超声方法对在役的七组公交车CNG高压储气瓶组进行了检测,并对比分析了两种方法的检测结果。结果表明,金属磁记忆方法检测到的可疑区域涵盖了超声检测到的缺陷区域,因此用磁记忆方法检测高压储气瓶,有较高的可靠性和高效性。     

大中型连杆锻件的切边、冲孔、校正工艺

在分析大中型连杆类锻件生产难点的基础上，提出了通过优化锻造工艺方案，设计了切边冲孔校正复合模。提高了带大孔的连杆类锻件的产品质量和生产效率。     

几种重氮氨基类新显色剂的合成及其与镉（Ⅱ）显色反应的研究

3种重氮氨基类新显色剂的合成及其与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在表面活性剂 Triton X-100存在下,3种试剂均与镉(Ⅱ)生成络合比为3:1的红色络合物。其表观摩尔吸光系数在1.80×10~5以上。镉量在0～12μg/25mL 符合比尔定律。并对3种试剂的性能与结构的关系作了比较。将其中一种试剂(BPDAA)用于废水中痕量镉的测定,结果满意。     

Acrylonitrile-based copolymer membranes containing reactive groups: Surface modification by the immobilization of biomacromolecules

Asymmetric membranes fabricated from poly(acrylonitrile-co-maleic acid) (PANCMA) were immobilized with heparin and/or insulin to improve their surface properties. These biomacromolecule-immobilized PANCMA membranes were prepared by the amination of the membrane surface with ethylenediamine, followed by the reaction of the amino groups with heparin and/or insulin in the presence of 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethyl amidopropyl) carbodiimide. The surface-modified membranes were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy to confirm the immobilization of the biomacromolecules. Morphological changes on the membrane surface and in the cross section were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The surface hydrophilicity and hemocompatibility of the studied membranes were evaluated on the basis of water contact angle, platelets adhesion and cell attachment measurements. It was found that, after the immobilization of the biomacromolecules, the water contact angle and the amount of adhered platelets and macrophages on the membrane decreased significantly when compared with the nascent ones, indicating the improvement of surface hydrophilicity. Furthermore, the heparin immobilized membrane showed the best hemocompatibility among the corresponding membranes studied.     

ZrSiO4/Al2O3烧结氧化铝-莫来石复相陶瓷微观结构的研究

将氧化铝和锆英石混合物试样分别在1350℃、1550℃下烧成，结果发现在1350℃烧成、保温3h的样品中有莫来石生成，而在1550℃烧成、保温3h的情况下却未发现莫来石生成，本文对此作了分析和探讨。关键词：氧化铝一莫来石，复相陶瓷，微观结构。     

回转窑传热模型与数值模拟

对回转窑内传热过程进行了分析 ,在已有研究基础上归纳了各项换热系数的关联式 ,尤其结合热渗透模型完善了回转壁面与料床之间传热机制的研究 ,并提出通用的计算关联式。进而提出了内热式炉型的一维轴向传热模型 ,并根据已发表的试验数据验证了该模型和各换热系数的适用性。计算表明在窑内低温段 ,物料的受热主要来自其覆盖的回转壁面对其加热 ;而在高温段 ,气体的辐射热量成为加热料床的主要热源。此外 ,由物料进口端沿轴向窑壁散热增大 ,在窑内高温段窑壁的散热甚至高于物料吸热量 ,因此在回转反应器的设计中应充分考虑窑壁散热造成的热效率降低并采取相应措施。     

实施认可新准则加强实验室规范化管理

乳氟禾草灵的气相色谱分析

本文采用气相色谱法分析乳氟禾草灵的含量，选用ＯＶ－１７固定液，Ｇａｓ－ＣｈｒｏｍＱ为担体制备色谱柱，以苯二甲酸二正戊酯为内标物。方法的标准偏差为０．３１，变异系数为０．３４％，乳氟禾草灵的回收率在９９．２１－１００．７０％之间。
