Subsidence wear is inevitable in a reciprocating compressor system, but how to induce body vibration is not clear. We investigated the dynamic behavior of a reciprocating compressor system with subsidence fault considering a flexible piston rod. The flexible piston rod was modeled as a cantilever beam. The dynamic model, in which the influence of the subsidence size, variational cylinder pressure, impact effects and piston rod flexibility are taken into account, was established. Influences of the four parameters including subsidence size, vertical force of flexible piston rod, cylinder pressure and crankshaft speed were analyzed in the dynamic response. Numerical results reveal that with the change of the four parameters, the existence of subsidence fault has a significant effect on the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the crosshead in the transverse direction, but only conspicuously affects the acceleration in the longitudinal direction. In addition to cylinder pressure, the larger the values of the other three parameters, the greater the influences. The cylinder pressure is a time-varying working load. Not only the cylinder pressure but also the open/close time of the valves and change rate of the pressure all affect the dynamic behavior of the system with subsidence. Meanwhile, the change in the vertical force of the flexible piston rod has a remarkable effect on the jump position of the crosshead, but the effect of other parameters is not obvious. In addition, the changes of parameters produce obvious influences on the impact force and the impact range of the crosshead. The stability of the reciprocating compressor system was studied using Poincaré portraits method. The result shows that the system with subsidence fault has chaotic behavior. 相似文献

通过建立介质层的运动方程和仿真试验,研究振动磨碎机磨腔内介质群的运动规律.考虑弹性力和阻尼力的影响,建立振动磨碎机的微分方程,描述机体的动态特性.分析系统在简谐激励力作用下,机体结构产生的应力和变形.研究结果表明,在适当的振动强度下,介质群以一定的频率做相对于筒体中心的回转运动,介质在一定的区域形成稳定的圆弧状运动轨迹,在其他区域形成一种级联式的抛射运动,物料流动方向和离心力方向一致,从而减小传统振动磨磨腔心部乏能区的范围.机体在持续的激励力作用下产生圆周运动轨迹,改善介质群的运动状态,获得高效的研磨效果和狭窄的粒度分布.当激振频率与系统的固有频率接近时,受迫振动的动荷系数骤然增加,系统的振幅将达到最大值,结构设计时应予以注意. 相似文献

设计合成了双功能共聚单体3-酰胺基-3-丁烯酸甲酯(MMPA),以二元共聚合代替传统的三元共聚合,采用水相悬浮聚合的方法制备超高分子量丙烯腈二元共聚物作为碳纤维前驱体。采用傅里叶红外变换光谱仪、差示扫描量热分析仪和热失重分析仪详细研究了单体配比对聚合物相对分子质量、结构及预氧化性能的影响,结果表明,共聚单体MMPA的加入使预氧化温度由240℃降低至213℃,且投料中随着MMPA含量的增加预氧化温度降低,预氧化程度加深,合成的共聚单体MMPA能够有效改善丙烯腈聚合物的预氧化性能,宽化放热峰,避免放热集中;水相悬浮制备得到的丙烯腈聚合物相对分子质量高达106.7×10~4,有利于提高碳纤维的力学性能。 相似文献

Topological insulators (TIs) are a new state of quantum matter with a band gap in bulk and conducting surface states. In this work, the Raman spectra of topological insulator Bi2Te3 films prepared by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) have been measured by an in situ ultrahigh vacuum (UHV)-MBE-Raman spectroscopy system. When the thickness of Bi2Te3 films decreases from 40 quintuple-layers (QL) to 1 QL, the spectral characteristics of some Raman modes appearing in bulk Bi2Te3 vary and a new vibrational mode appears, which has not been reported in previous studies and might be related to quantum size effects and symmetry breaking. In addition, an obvious change was observed at 3 QL when a Dirac cone formed. These results offer some new information about the novel quantum states of TIs. 相似文献

Carbon fibers (CFs) have been innovated in the application of fiber-shaped and wearable energy storage devices recently. However, time- and energy-consuming activation process under harsh conditions is generally required to modify the surface structure of the CF. Herein, a fast and effective Joule heating activation method is proposed with the nickel–cobalt layered double hydroxide-derived nanometal particles as the template. The resultant Joule heating-activated CF (JACF) demonstrates excellent capacitive performance with an electrode capacitance of 268 F g−1. After assembling into a solid-state fiber-shaped supercapacitor (FSC), the device shows both enhanced specific capacitance and energy/power densities, as well as the long cycling stability of over 5000 cycles. The Joule heating method reported in this work is time and energy saving for CF activation compared with the traditional chemical etching or high-temperature annealing processes, and it is promising for the large-scale production of high-performance fiber-shaped and wearable energy devices. 相似文献

DNA cleavage by endonucleases plays an important role in many biological events such as DNA replication, recombination, and repair and is used as a powerful tool in medicinal chemistry. However, conventional methods for assaying endonuclease activity and inhibition by gel electrophoresis and chromatography techniques are time-consuming, laborious, not sensitive, or costly. Herein, we combine the high specificity of DNA cleavage reactions with the benefits of quantum dots (QDs) and ultrahigh quenching abilities of inter- and intramolecular quenchers to develop highly sensitive and specific nanoprobes for multiplexed detection of endonucleases. The nanoprobe was prepared by conjugating two sets of DNA substrates carrying quenchers onto the surface of aminated QDs through direct assembly and DNA hybridization. With this new design, the background fluorescence was significantly suppressed by introducing inter- and intramolecular quenchers. When these nanoprobes are exposed to the targeted endonucleases, specific DNA cleavages occur and pieces of DNA fragments are released from the QD surface along with the quenchers, resulting in fluorescence recovery. The endonuclease activity was quantified by monitoring the change in the fluorescence intensity. The detection was accomplished with a single excitation light. Multiplexed detection was demonstrated by simultaneously assaying EcoRI and BamHI (as model analytes) using two different emissions of QDs. The limits of detection were 4.0 × 10(-4) U/mL for EcoRI and 8.0 × 10(-4) U/mL for BamHI, which were at least 100 times more sensitive than traditional gel electrophoresis and chromatography assays. Moreover, the potential application of the proposed method for screening endonuclease inhibitors has also been demonstrated.
