The kaolin-phosphoric acid mixtures with various percentages of phosphoric acid (5 wt%; 10 wt% and 15 wt%) have been investigated at room temperature. During the maturation and the sintering processes, acid reacts with aluminium of kaolin to give a new phase of aluminophosphate. This new phase's appearance has been confirmed by the thermal analysis, infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy measurements before and after the sintering processes at different temperatures (800 °C, 1100 °C and 1250 °C). The rupture strength of the body-shaped samples made with the kaolin-phosphoric acid mixtures is higher than that of those made with only kaolin. The porosity decreases with both the sintering temperature rise and the addition of phosphoric acid in the mixture. The addition of 10 wt% of phosphoric acid to the kaolin decreases its calcined temperature by 200 °C. 相似文献

High Mn steels demonstrate an exceptional combination of high strength and ductility owing to their sustained high work hardening rate during deformation. In the present work, the microstructural evolution and work hardening of Fe–30Mn and Fe–24Mn alloys during uniaxial tensile testing at 293 K and 77 K were investigated. The Fe–30Mn alloy did not undergo significant strain-induced phase transformations or twinning during deformation at 293 K, whereas these transformations were observed during deformation at 77 K. A modified Kocks–Mecking model was successfully applied to describe the strain hardening behavior of Fe–30Mn at both temperatures, and quantitatively identified the influence of stacking fault energy and strain-induced phase transformations on dynamic recovery. The Fe–24Mn alloy underwent extensive ε martensite transformation during deformation at both test temperatures. An analytical micromechanical model was successfully used to describe the work hardening of Fe–24Mn and permitted the calculation of the ε martensite stress–strain curve and tensile properties. 相似文献

The present work extends a recent model for plastic deformation of polycrystalline metals based on irreversible thermodynamics. A general dislocation evolution equation is derived for a wide range of strain rates. It is found that there is a transitional strain rate (103 s−1) over which the phonon drag effects play a dominant role in dislocation generation resulting in a significant raise in the dislocation density and flow stress. Cold rolled 0.1C-4.7Mn (wt-%) steel was submitted to double annealing. The holding time of second intercritical annealing at 650°C was varied between 3 min and 30?h. Tensile behavior after each treatment was measured and analysed. Microstructure characterisation was performed using field emission gun scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and saturation magnetisation method. Moreover, interrupted tensile tests were done to obtain the kinetics of austenite destabilisation during straining. An important effect of soaking time on the microstructure and associate mechanical properties was revealed and analysed. Considering thermal and mechanical stability of retained austenite, the optimum combination of phases, providing the best strength-ductility balance, was found after 2?h holding.This paper is part of a Thematic Issue on Medium Manganese Steels. 相似文献

We have applied NMR and molecular dynamics computations including intensity based refinement to define the structure of the d(G-G-G-C-T4-G-G-G-C) dodecanucleotide in 100 mM NaCl solution. The G-G-G-C sequence is of interest since it has been found as tandem repeats in the DNA sequence of human chromosome 19. The same G-G-G-C sequence is also seen as islands in adeno-associated virus, a human parvovirus, which is unique amongst eukaryotic DNA viruses in its ability to integrate site-specifically into a defined region of human chromosome 19. The d(G-G-G-C-T4-G-G-G-C) sequence forms a quadruplex in Na cation containing solution through head-to-tail dimerization of two symmetry-related stem-hairpin loops with adjacent strands antiparallel to each other around the quadruplex. The connecting T4 loops are of the lateral type, resulting in a quadruplex structure containing two internal G.G.G.G tetrads flanked by G.C.G.C tetrads. The G(anti).G(syn).G(anti).G(syn) tetrads are formed through dimerization associated hydrogen bonding alignments of a pair of Hoogsteen G(anti).G(syn) mismatch pairs, while the G(anti).C(anti).G(anti).C(anti) tetrads are formed through dimerization associated bifurcated hydrogen bonding alignments involving the major groove edges of a pair of Watson-Crick G.C base-pairs. The quadruplex contains two distinct narrow and two symmetric wide grooves with extensive stacking between adjacent tetrad planes. The structure of the quadruplex contains internal cavities that can potentially accommodate Na cations positioned between adjacent tetrad planes. Three such Na cations have been modeled into the structure of the d(G-G-G-C-T4-G-G-G-C) quadruplex. Finally, we speculate on the potential role of quadruplex formation involving G.G.G.G and G.C.G.C tetrads during the integration of the adeno-associated parvovirus into its target on human chromosome 19, both of which involve stretches of G-G-G-C sequence elements. 相似文献

We present a robust method for capturing articulated hand motions in realtime using a single depth camera. Our system is based on a realtime registration process that accurately reconstructs hand poses by fitting a 3D articulated hand model to depth images. We register the hand model using depth, silhouette, and temporal information. To effectively map low‐quality depth maps to realistic hand poses, we regularize the registration with kinematic and temporal priors, as well as a data‐driven prior built from a database of realistic hand poses. We present a principled way of integrating such priors into our registration optimization to enable robust tracking without severely restricting the freedom of motion. A core technical contribution is a new method for computing tracking correspondences that directly models occlusions typical of single‐camera setups. To ensure reproducibility of our results and facilitate future research, we fully disclose the source code of our implementation. 相似文献

Ashby's performance indexes are a fundamental tool for material selection especially for structures lightening.
