基于公用无线网的短信息分发系统设计与实现

介绍了以GSM系统为平台的数据信息分发系统的设计与实现,并基于TC35模块,完成了计算机管理系统与GSM网络的互连,实现了对信息的分发、确认功能。     

Enhanced thermal stability of a sputtered titanium-nitride film as a diffusion barrier for capacitor-bottom electrodes

The effect of a thin RuO_x layer formed on the Ru/TiN/doped poly-Si/Si stack structure was compared with that on the RuO_x/TiN/doped poly-Si/Si stack structure over the post-deposition annealing temperature ranges of 450–600°C. The Ru/TiN/poly-Si/Si contact system exhibited linear behavior at forward bias with a small increase in the total resistance up to 600°C. The RuO_x/TiN/poly-Si/Si contact system exhibited nonlinear characteristics under forward bias at 450°C, which is attributed to no formation of a thin RuO_x layer at the RuO_x surface and porous-amorphous microstructure. In the former case, the addition of oxygen at the surface layer of the Ru film by pre-annealing leads to the formation of a thin RuO_x layer and chemically strong Ru-O bonds. This results from the retardation of oxygen diffusion caused by the discontinuity of diffusion paths. In particular, the RuO_x layer in a nonstoichiometric state is changed to the RuO₂-crystalline phase in a stoichiometric state after post-deposition annealing; this phase can act as an oxygen-capture layer. Therefore, it appears that the electrical properties of the Ru/TiN/poly-Si/Si contact system are better than those of the RuO_x/TiN/poly-Si/Si contact system.     

布帮鞋无浆贴合工艺技术

本工艺是对原有工艺的改进，突破了原有布帮鞋不能采用无浆贴合的局限性，对原有工艺中的不足有了很大的改进，提高了生产效率，改善了鞋子外观质量，增加了鞋子的美观性。     

防垢剂BZF－2的研制与应用

桩西油田产出原油综合含水已达６０％－７０％，原用防垢剂ＨＥＤＰ已失去有效抑制集输站结垢的性能。本工作针对结垢最严重的桩５２站的应用，研制了以有机膦化合物和聚氧乙烯醚为主成份的防垢剂ＢＺＦ－２，在室内考察了不同条件下的防垢率、腐蚀性、配伍性等性能，在桩５２站进行了为期４个月的现场试验，加量为１０．３ｍｌ／ｌ、防垢率≥９８．０％，加药设备管线的腐蚀率大大降低。     

激光抛光技术的发展与展望

介绍激光抛光技术的发展历史,阐明激光抛光的应用现状及未来的发展前景,论述了激光抛光的工艺特点和作用机理,将激光抛光技术与其它抛光技术进行了全面的对比,指出激光抛光的优势及其存在的问题。     

Suppression control method for torque vibration of three-phase HB-type stepping motor utilizing feedforward control

This paper proposes a method to reduce the vibration of the three-phase HB-type stepping motor with cogging torque by the feedforward compensation control. The compensation signal to suppress the vibration of the motor frame is obtained by the repetitive controller installing an online Fourier transformer and utilizing an acceleration sensor attached to the motor frame or an acoustic sensor such as a microphone placed close to the frame. The sensor is used only for the acquisition of the feedforward compensation data. The feedforward compensation signal at an arbitrary operating point is derived from the amplitude and phase data of the frequency components and the operating point data. Compensation data obtained by the repetitive controller is applied to the operating point changed by reference frequency and load condition in steady state. The compensation signal for the new operating point will be generated from compensation data utilizing polynomial equation approximation and linear interpolation method. The effectiveness of this proposed method is confirmed by the experimental results.     

射频板条CO_2激光器并联谐振技术的研究

本文利用周期性网络模型计算了射频板条CO2激光器电极的纵向电压分布．探讨了并联谐振技术在板条器件中获得成功运用的原因．提出了利用并联谐振技术进一步提高电压分布均匀性的两个途径．     

HDPE／PS／HDPE－g－PS合金的相容性和力学性能研究

用自制接枝共聚物ＧＲ－Ⅰ、ＧＲ－Ⅱ相容剂研究其对ＨＤＰＥ／ＰＳ共混物相容性和力学性能的影响。通过ＳＥＭ、ＤＭＡ、ＤＳＣ和力学性能测试表征，表明在ＨＤＰＥ／ＰＳ共混中加入这些相容剂其相容性和力学性能有一定提高     

A measurement-theoretic analysis of the fuzzy logic model of perception.

The fuzzy logic model of perception (FLMP) is analyzed from a measurement-theoretic perspective. FLMP has an impressive history of fitting factorial data, suggesting that its probabilistic form is valid. The authors raise questions about the underlying processing assumptions of FLMP. Although FLMP parameters are interpreted as fuzzy logic truth values, the authors demonstrate that for several factorial designs widely used in choice experiments, most desirable fuzzy truth value properties fail to hold under permissible rescalings, suggesting that the fuzzy logic interpretation may be unwarranted. The authors show that FLMP's choice rule is equivalent to a version of G. Rasch's (1960) item response theory model, and the nature of FLMP measurement scales is transparent when stated in this form. Statistical inference theory exists for the Rasch model and its equivalent forms. In fact, FLMP can be reparameterized as a simple 2-category logit model, thereby facilitating interpretation of its measurement scales and allowing access to commercially available software for performing statistical inference.
