ATM局域网仿真体系结构的研究

本文在简要叙述了基于ＡＴＭ技术进行局域网仿真的原理后，对局域网仿真体系结构作了一些探讨。考虑的重点是无连接服务和群播功能的实现     

On the J-integral in periodically layered composites

When a heterogeneous elastic material is represented by an effective homogeneous elastic solid, average stress and strain fields are used. The meaning of the J-integral in the effective homogeneous solid is investigated. A periodically layered medium is considered. The relation between the J-integrals in the original layered medium and the effective medium is derived.     

An alternative gibbs-duhem method for the calculation of activities from the redox data for iron oxide in ternary oxide systems

An alternative approach is presented in this article for the calculation of the activity of FeO, Fe₂O₃, and the other component in ternary oxide slags when the redox behavior of iron oxides is known. The approach avoids the use of the “tangent intercepts” to the iso-oxygen activity curves as required in Schuhmann's method. Favorable comparisons were obtained for the systems of FeO-Fe₂O₃-CaO and FeO-Fe₂O₃-SiO₂ between the isoactivity curves derived using this method and those established in previous work using Schuhmann's method. Direct calculation of the free energy of mixing from the redox data is also possible. An example is given for the FeO-Fe₂O₂-CaO system.     

Modified atmosphere packaging of a mixed prepared vegetable salad dish

The aim of this study was to design a modified atmosphere package for a mixed vegetable salad consisting of 75 g of cut carrot, 55 g of cut cucumber, 20 g of sliced garlic and 50 g of whole green pepper. Respiration data of all the components were combined with film permeability data to predict package atmospheres and design optimal packages for experimental testing for improved shelf-life of the produce. The optimal package avoided minimum O₂ and maximum CO₂ tolerance limits, and chilling injury temperatures for any component. A pouch form package made of 27 mm low density polyethylene developed a modified atmosphere of 2.0–2.1% O₂ and 5.5–5.7% CO₂, which was beneficial for all components and provided better quality retention than other test packages.     

Characterization of ultrashort optical pulses with third-harmonic-generation based triple autocorrelation

We present a method to obtain complete information of femtosecond pulses. By measuring triple-optical autocorrelation directly with third-harmonic generation, without spectral information, a temporal pulse shape can be obtained by analytical calculation without direction-of-time ambiguity. Combining the resulting optical pulse shape with its corresponding optical spectrum, the exact phase and color variations in time can all be recovered with a Gerchberg-Saxton algorithm through an iterative calculation with an O(n) complexity.

ICA是一种含有中间件的网络软件体系结构,旨在以结构进化取得功能突破,据以全面支持来自用户的以及来自系统的各种应用需要。ICA的出台,表明国际上已建立起一种未来网定位新理念。ICA所代表的“信息通信”领域内的网络软件结构进化,立足于把未来网规范为三层结构,即“应用(Application)层”、“中间件(Middleware)层”和“基础(Baseware)层”。ICA的出现,对我国谋求新崛起是大好机遇,这不仅可以直接振兴我国网络软件产业,更可激励我国在新一轮的网络进化的进程中力争跻身“领潮国”的行列。“ICA融合了各种最新信息技术的长处”。ICA结构进化,标志着当今网络进化的时代特征。推进和实现基于ICA的未来网,有着较佳的可行性。     

人支气管上皮靶细胞形态学参数的测量

支气管上皮靶细胞形态学参数对计算受氡子体照射的支气管的剂量是很重要的。本文介绍利用奥尔新兰-PAS 染色的外科切除人肺组织切片,测量基底细胞粘液细胞和的胞核深度与数目。结果表明,叶、段和小支气管的粘液细胞核深度分别为相应节段基底细胞的61%、69%和73%;此三节段粘液细胞的数目分别为基底细胞的53%、29%和28%,平均为37%。     

A study on the degree of deliberation and meditation of cyber poll respondents for nuclear-related decision making

Public participation is essential in each step of the nuclear-related decision-making process. Recently, the electronic systems using the Internet have become quite popular, and have emerged as a good medium for communicating with the public. In this study, a comprehensive utilization of electronic public participation was used to analyze public opinion on a given nuclear-related decision-making process. The degree of deliberation and meditation of the public participating in an electronic poll survey was evaluated, and the decision-making factors representing the personal characteristics of the poll respondents such as age, income, education, residence, degree of knowledge and concern were carefully incorporated when preparing the poll-survey questionnaire for its evaluation. Fuzzy analysis was used to assess and aggregate the responses to each decision-making factor. As a case study, this procedure was used to analyzing public opinion on the location of a low-level radioactive waste disposal facility on the campus of Seoul National University. The results show that there is a tendency of respondents who are on the negative side of the argument to be more deliberate and meditative in their decision-making process than those on the positive side. Knowledge and residence were found to be important decision-making factors.     

Formation of C4 species in the deactivation of a Pd/SiO2 catalyst during the selective hydrogenation of acetylene

The deactivation characteristics of Pd/SiO₂ in the selective hydrogenation of acetylene were correlated with changes in the amount of the C4 species produced. The amounts of butenes produced changed in parallel with the catalyst activity, indicating that the rate limiting step for butene production was the same as that for acetylene hydrogenation. On the other hand, the amount of 1,3-butadiene produced changed, showing a maximum with catalyst deactivation because 1,3-butadiene is an intermediate in the sequential reaction process which involves both the production and consumption of 1,3-butadiene. This was verified by a simultaneous TG/reaction experiment showing that 1,3-butadiene was a precursor of green oil. The catalyst showed a self-regenerative behavior in its activity and the amounts of C4 species produced during the early stage of deactivation because two opposite factors, which contributed to either the lowering or the promotion of activity, were involved in the process. A specific type of polymer species, produced during the initial period of deactivation, is proposed to be responsible for the promotion of catalyst activity.
