In this paper, the authors propose a method that incorporates mechanisms for handling ambiguity in speech and the ability of humans to create associations, and for formulating conversations based on rule base knowledge and common knowledge. Go beyond the level that can be achieved, using only conventional natural language processing and vast repositories of sample patterns. The possibility of an application of Er-doped fiber amplifiers to AM-FDM (frequency division multiplexing) or FM-FDM video distribution networks is discussed. The measured noise and modulation distortion properties of ER-doped fiber amplifiers are good enough to meet even the severe quality standards set for trunk lines. A carrier-to-noise ratio (CNR) of 57 dB for an AM-FDM transmission was measured. A second-order harmonic distortion (HD2) of less than -56 dB was measured by the monotone method (modulation depth m=50%), and a cross modulation distortion (XM) of less than -63 dB was measured by the two-tone method (m=25%×channel). On the basis of these values, composite second-order distortion (CSO) and XM in a 40-channel transmission were estimated as less than -57 dB and -73 dB, respectively. Significant reduction of noise and modulation distortion is made possible by optimizing the length of Er-doped fiber amplifiers and using input- and output-port isolators  相似文献

Black rice bran was treated by water and subcritical water at temperatures ranging from 20 to 260 °C for 5 min and at 200 and 260 °C for 5-120 min. The bran extracts were analyzed for their radical scavenging activity, protein and carbohydrate contents, molecular-mass distribution, antioxidation activity, emulsifying activity, and emulsion-stabilizing activity. The radical scavenging activity and the protein content of the extract were higher at higher treatment temperature. The carbohydrate content also increased with increasing temperature up to 200 °C, then steeply decreased at the temperatures higher than 200 °C. The bran extracts treated at 260 °C for 5 min exhibited a suppressive activity toward autoxidation of linoleic acid with the increasing the weight ratio of the bran extract to linoleic acid. The bran extracts prepared at 40-200 °C for 5 min showed the emulsifying- and emulsion-stabilizing activities, while the extracts prepared at 220-260 °C were low in the activities.  相似文献

Random mutation by error-prone PCR was introduced into kojibiose phosphorylase from Thermoanaerobacter brockii ATCC35047. One thermostable mutant enzyme, D513N, was isolated. The D513N mutant enzyme showed an optimum temperature of 67.5-70 degrees C (the wild type, 65 degrees C), and thermostability up to 67.5 degrees C (the wild type, up to 60 degrees C). The half-lives of D513N were estimated to be 135 h at 60 degrees C, 110 min at 70 degrees C and 6 min at 75 degrees C, respectively. They were about 1.6-fold, 7-fold and 6-fold longer than those of the wild-type enzyme, respectively.  相似文献

Acute pancreatitis was studied by electron microscopy after retrograde infusion of either trypsin, and/or beta-glucuronidase into the canine pancreatic duct. Marked changes were induced by the mixture of trypsin and beta-glucuronidase. (1) The acinar cells were initially excavated from the acinar lumen and formed cystic bodies in themselves. The cystic bodies were then disrupted at their marginal membranes, and the acinar cells were filled with a large amount of fibrillar materials which originated from the contents of the cystic bodies. At this time, the luminal margin of the acinar cells completely disappeared. (2) The cellular organellas and the intracellular fibrillar materials in the acinar cells were discharged into the interstitial space through the disrupted basal lamina. Infection in the pancreatic ductal system was considered to play an important role in the pathogenesis of acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis.  相似文献

With bolometer application in mind, we prepared VO2 films on TiO2 (001) substrates by an excimer-laser-assisted metal organic deposition process at 300 °C or less. A metal-to-insulator transition of VO2 is expected to induce high temperature coefficient of electrical resistance (TCR) useful for high-performance infrared sensors, but the practical use of crystalline VO2 films has been prevented due to the accompanied wide hysteresis. In this study, by forming the epitaxial phase only near the substrate interface, the transition of the film was successfully broadened and the hysteresis disappeared. The maximum TCR of the film was more than -10%/°C near room temperature, and the temperature range in which TCR was higher than -4%/°C was very wide (280-320 K).  相似文献

The effect of polymer chain structure on the optical and electrical properties are reported for poly(4-diphenylaminostyrene) (PDAS), which was prepared by the living anionic polymerization of 4-diphenylaminostyrene (DAS) with the benzyllithium (BzLi)/N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine (TMEDA) system. The optical properties of PDAS are strongly affected by the stereoregularity of the PDAS polymer chain; intramolecular excimer-forming fluorescence was observed from PDAS with a syndiotactic-rich configuration. The highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy levels of PDAS were approximately −5.4 and −2.0 eV, respectively, regardless of the polymer chain structure. The hole and electron drift mobilities for PDAS were in the order of 10−4 to 10−5 (cm2/V s) and 10−5 (cm2/V s), respectively, with negative slopes. The distance of each triphenylamino (TPA) group in the polymer chain was a major factor influencing the drift mobility of PDAS. The current-voltage (I-V) characteristics of PDAS were controllable according to the polymer chain structure of PDAS.  相似文献

Kawaguchi and Hatogaya City are located on the northern edge of Tokyo. We analysed between air pollution and prevalence rate of allergic diseases among elementary school children in this area. A prevalence rate of allergic diseases in 1996 May and June was as follows; bronchial asthma 13.5%, atopic dermatitis 24.5%, allergic rhinitis and/or conjunctivitis 22.8%, urticaria 12.4%, food allergy 7.8% and drug allergy 2.2%, respectively. Air pollution of this area was analysed to check the levels of nitrogen dioxide (NO2), sulfur dioxide (SO2) and suspended particulate matters (SPM). NO2 pollution was relatively high in urban area, and SPM pollution was especially high around the highways. SO2 pollution was lower than the environmental standard. No relationship was found between the prevalence rate of bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis and/or conjunctivitis and air pollution, but it was found that these diseases are slightly related to population density (p < 0.1, p < 0.01, p < 0.1, respectively).  相似文献
