Cu-NMR spectra and the nuclear spin-lattice relaxation rate T 1 -1 have been studied intensively on the bilayer type high-Tc cuprate La1.89Ca1.11Cu2O6+ (La2126). The resonance line shift showed a monotonic decrease with lowering temperature in the normal state, indicating that this compound belongs to the lightly-doped region. The Curie-Weiss temperature dependence of (T1T)–1 in the normal state shows that the pseudo spin-gap does not always exist in the light-doped bilayer systems.  相似文献

For sustainable manufacturing, manufacturers should construct and design inverse manufacturing systems consisting of assembly and disassembly systems. The sorting process in the disassembly system is the first process of the whole inverse manufacturing system. Therefore, it can become a bottleneck and decrease the productivity of the whole inverse manufacturing systems.This study focuses on a disassembly system with reverse blocking in a sorting process [Yamada, T., & Matsui, M. (2003). Disassembly production systems and its design issues. Reprints of Japan Industrial Management Association, Spring meeting, Chofu, Japan, May, 144–145 (in Japanese)]. It generalizes the queuing model and discusses the performance of the disassembly system by mathematical and numerical analysis. First, the sorting process with reverse blocking is generally modeled as a queuing system. Next, the stationary state equations of the system are formulated, and the objective function is set as the throughput. Finally, the system performance is discussed by mathematical and numerical analysis in cases of a different number of stations and buffers, and also an example of the system design is shown and discussed in view of the busy rate, blocking probability and throughput.  相似文献

A three‐dimensional flow simulation for epoxy casting has been developed. A control‐volume‐based finite‐element method is employed, containing a conservative upwind formulation for the advection terms and equal order interpolations for all variables. This simulation predicts the non‐isothermal and reactive flow behavior under the gravity. The viscosity and reaction‐rate parameters were estimated by using a dynamic rheometer and a differential scanning calorimeter. The predicted flow front advancement and temperature profiles in the calculation domain similar to the mold cavity were in close agreement with the corresponding experimental results. The variation of epoxy surface configuration with flow rate also showed the same tendency between the prediction and the experiment. This simulation seems to be applicable not only to the epoxy casting, but also to other molding processes of various thermoset resins. POLYM. ENG. The texture evolution during the hot-rolling and the recrystallization of B2-type Fe–48Al, Ni–50Al and Co–50Ti (expressed by at.%) intermetallic compounds were investigated. By hot-rolling at 973 K, Fe–48Al showed a microstructure with coarse grains elongated along rolling direction, while Ni–50Al and Co–50Ti showed a deformed microstructure featured by the heavily distorted (elongated) grains and/or the deformation bands. The hot-rolling texture of Fe–48Al was composed of {111}<uvw>, while those of Ni–50Al and Co–50Ti were composed of {111}<110> and {111}<112>, respectively. After annealing, the recrystallized grains were preferentially nucleated at the grain boundaries for Fe–48Al, and in the heavily distorted regions or the deformation bands for Ni–50Al and Co–50Ti. The orientations of the recrystallized grains were similar with those of the deformed matrix, especially for Ni–50Al and Co–50Ti. The recrystallization textures were generally more dispersive than the hot-rolling texture. Based on these results, the texture evolution during the hot rolling and the recrystallization of the B2-type intermetallic compounds were discussed.  相似文献

New biomarkers are needed to further stratify the risk of malignancy in intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN). Although microRNAs (miRNAs) are expected to be stable biomarkers, they can vary owing to a lack of definite internal controls. To identify universal biomarkers for invasive IPMN, we performed miRNA sequencing using tumor-normal paired samples. A total of 19 resected tissues and 13 pancreatic juice samples from 32 IPMN patients were analyzed for miRNA expression by next-generation sequencing with a two-step normalization of miRNA sequence data. The miRNAs involved in IPMN associated with invasive carcinoma were identified from this tissue analysis and further verified with the pancreatic juice samples. From the tumor-normal paired tissue analysis of the expression levels of 2792 miRNAs, 20 upregulated and 17 downregulated miRNAs were identified. In IPMN associated with invasive carcinoma (INV), miR-10a-5p and miR-221-3p were upregulated and miR-148a-3p was downregulated when compared with noninvasive IPMN. When these findings were further validated with pancreatic juice samples, miR-10a-5p was found to be elevated in INV (p = 0.002). Therefore, three differentially expressed miRNAs were identified in tissues with INV, and the expression of miR-10a-5p was also elevated in pancreatic juice samples with INV. MiR-10a-5p is a promising additional biomarker for invasive IPMN.  相似文献

We present a computing environment for origami on the web. The environment consists of the computational origami engine Eos for origami construction, visualization, and geometrical reasoning, WebEos for providing web interface to the functionalities of Eos, and web service system Scorum for symbolic computing web services. WebEos is developed using Web2.0 technologies, and provides a graphical interactive web interface for origami construction and proving. In Scorum, we are preparing web services for a wide range of symbolic computing systems, and are using these services in our origami environment. We explain the functionalities of this environment, and discuss its architectural and technological features.  相似文献

Amorphous carbon (a-C) is a potential material for the development of low-cost and high-efficiency solar cell. We report the study of the influence of light soaking up to 100 h on n-C/p-Si heterojunction solar cell. It is observed that the deterioration in the fill factor and the efficiency are significantly smaller as compared to that observed in a-Si:H solar cell. Variations in the temperature coefficients of the IV characteristics subjected to light degradation and recovery has also been investigated. A good correlation between change in the temperature coefficient and the degradation/recovery state of cell's conversion efficiency has been observed.  相似文献

Nitrogenated diamond-like (DLC:N) carbon thin films have been deposited by microwave surface wave plasma chemical vapor deposition on silicon and quartz substrates, using argon gas, camphor dissolved in ethyl alcohol composition and nitrogen as plasma source. The deposited DLC:N films were characterized for their chemical, optical, structural and electrical properties through X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, UV/VIS/NIR spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, atomic force microscope and current–voltage characteristics. Optical band gap decreased (2.7 to 2.4 eV) with increasing Ar gas flow rate. The photovoltaic measurements of DLC:N / p-Si structure show that the open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 168.8 mV and a short-circuit current density (Jsc) of 8.4 μA/cm2 under light illumination (AM 1.5 100 mW/cm2). The energy conversion efficiency and fill factor were found to be 3.4 × 10− 4% and 0.238 respectively.  相似文献

Theoretical investigation of the phase equilibria of the Fe-Ni alloy has been performed by combining the FLAPW total energy calculations and the Cluster Variation Method through the Cluster Expansion Method. The calculations have proved the stabilization of the LIE phase at 1:3 stoichiometry, which is in agreement with the experimental result, and predicted the existence of L1 0 as a stable phase below 550 K; this L1 0 phase has been missing in the conventional phase diagram. The calculations are extended to the Fe-rich region that is characterized by a wide range phase separation and has drawn considerable attention because of the intriguing Invar property associated with a Fe concentration of 65%. To reveal the origin of the phase separation, a P-V curve in an entire concentration range is derived by the second derivative of free energy functional of the disordered phase with respect to the volume. The calculation confirmed that the phase separation is caused by the breakdown of the mechanical-stability criterion. The newly calculated phase separation line combined with the L1 0 and L12Eorder-disordered phase boundaries provides phase equilibria in the wider concentration range of the system. Furthermore, a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) is attempted by incorporating the thermal vibration effect through harmonic approximation of the Debye-Gruneisen model. The Invar behavior has been reproduced, and the origin of this anomalous volume change has been discussed.  相似文献
