多波束合成孔径声呐(Multibeam Synthetic Aperture Sonar)是一种新型的图像声呐,具有独特的阵列结构,兼具合成孔径声呐与多波束测深声呐的优点。本文为了满足多波束合成孔径声呐仿真的需求,提出了一种基于延时表和阴影区的多波束合成孔径声呐的三维场景构建仿真模型。此仿真模型在点目标的基础上,根据延时表算法的基础上构建三维数据仿真模型,并通过阴影区算法模型添加不同波束照射下目标区域的阴影区域。点目标和体目标的仿真数据结构表明了此仿真模型的可行,可以为多波束都合成孔径声呐的信号处理、目标识别、测深成像绘图提供有力的支持。 相似文献

This study observed the activities of bromelain in the presence of various cationic surfactants at different temperatures and the conformational changes in bromelain by 1H NMR spectroscopy. We found that the bromelain activity was enhanced by tens to hundreds of micromoles per liter of the surfactant. In the presence of the surfactants, bromelain exhibited good tolerance to a range of substrate temperatures and its thermal stability was also increased. The 1H NMR experiments indicated that when the temperature was increased from 25.0 to 45.0 °C, the protons of bromelain having chemical shifts (δ) between 3.7 and 5.2 ppm moved upfield, while those having δ values between 3.2 and 3.7 ppm moved downfield. In the bromelain/cationic surfactant mixture, the values of δ for the protons in both bromelain and the cationic surfactants decreased, accompanied by the broadening of the half-peak width of the surfactant protons. These results indicated that both increasing temperature and adding a cationic surfactant made the bromelain chain more flexible and hence, increased the bromelain activity. To the best of our knowledge, this was the first time that the relationship between the protein activity and the 1H NMR data was expounded. 相似文献

直流硅橡胶绝缘子积污后对其绝缘性能和使用寿命有重要影响,一般通过带电清洗剂进行清洗,而在带电清洗剂下的溶胀效应带来的不利影响是有待解决的关键问题.对1、2号两种带电清洗剂挥发速率、硅橡胶在不同带电清洗剂清洗前后的溶胀性以及憎水性的变化进行了试验研究,并探讨了相应的机制.结果表明:1、2号带电清洗剂在25℃时的挥发速率分别为1095.78 g/(h·m2)和108.01 g/(h·m2);硅橡胶溶胀度随时间的增加而增大,溶胀10 h后达到饱和,饱和后的硅橡胶溶胀指数分别为55%和130%;1号带电清洗剂会削弱硅橡胶的憎水性,经过10 min浸泡,接触角下降了14%,2号带电清洗剂能增强硅橡胶的憎水性,经相同时间浸泡,接触角上升了6%,因而挥发性优良的带电清洗剂可以降低溶胀对硅橡胶绝缘子的不利影响. 相似文献

By the virtue of their olfactory, physicochemical, and biological characteristics, essential oils (EOs) have drawn wide attention as additives in daily chemicals like perfume or personal care products. Nevertheless, they are physicochemically unstable and susceptible to degradation or loss. Microencapsulation offers a feasible strategy to stabilize and prolong release of EO. This review summarizes the recognized benefits and functional properties of various preparation and characterization methods, wherein innovative fabrication strategies and their formation mechanisms are especially emphasized. Progress in combining detecting/measuring technologies with kinetic modelling are discussed, to give an integral approach of controlling the dynamic release of encapsulated EOs. RNA-seq has been a powerful method to detect the differentially expressed genes/long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in schizophrenia (SCZ) patients; however, due to overfitting problems differentially expressed targets (DETs) cannot be used properly as biomarkers. This study used machine learning to reduce gene/non-coding RNA features. Dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (dlpfc) RNA-seq data from 254 individuals was obtained from the CommonMind consortium. The average predictive accuracy for SCZ patients was 67% based on coding genes, and 96% based on long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs). Machine learning is a powerful algorithm to reduce functional biomarkers in SCZ patients. The lncRNAs capture the characteristics of SCZ tissue more accurately than mRNA as the former regulate every level of gene expression, not limited to mRNA levels. 相似文献

Crude oil spill accidents pose a worldwide environmental threat. Oleophilic and hydrophobic absorbents that can selectively absorb oil from water have shown promising application potential in oil spill remediation. Simultaneous optimization of the absorption and desorption speed of absorbents towards oil is highly desirable for their recyclable usage, but remains a great challenge, because these two properties are generally conflicting. Here, a facile and ingenious strategy is proposed to tackle the above challenge via surface modification of porous sponges with highly flexible linear polydimethylsiloxane (LPDMS) brushes. The LPDMS brushes feature liquid-like properties at room temperature owing to its extremely low glass transition temperature, and act as a covalently-grafted lubrication layer throughout the 3D network channels of the sponge, which can minimize contact angle hysteresis and reduce friction between oil and sponge channel. Compared to the prevalent cross-linked polydimethylsiloxane (CPDMS) modification strategy, sponges modified with LPDMS brushes not only shows significantly enhanced absorption speed, but also exhibits superior desorption dynamics towards viscous crude oils. The design strategy of slippery sponges with liquid-like molecules may open a new avenue for developing advanced absorbents with simultaneously enhanced absorption and desorption performances for liquid separation and purification applications. 相似文献
