The purpose of this paper is to investigate neural network capability systematically. The main results are: 1) every Tauber-Wiener function is qualified as an activation function in the hidden layer of a three-layered neural network; 2) for a continuous function in S'(R(1 )) to be a Tauber-Wiener function, the necessary and sufficient condition is that it is not a polynomial; 3) the capability of approximating nonlinear functionals defined on some compact set of a Banach space and nonlinear operators has been shown; and 4) the possibility by neural computation to approximate the output as a whole (not at a fixed point) of a dynamical system, thus identifying the system. 相似文献

A rigid formation control problem of n agents described by double integrators is proposed in this paper. At the same time, the arbitrary switching topology with no dwell time between consecutive switches is considered. Then the nonsmooth analysis, the backstepping technique and the adaptive perturbation method are employed to design the globally stable rigid formation control strategy. The main result is that regardless of the topology switching, the global stabilization of the rigid formation, the convergence to a common velocity vector and the collision avoidance between communicating agents are still guaranteed as long as the graph topology remains rigid all the time. 以光伏水泵为研究对象,基于试验测试和理论分析建立光伏水泵出水量计算预测方法。采用正交试验设计优化方案,选取泵叶轮结构参数为优化变量,通过数值模拟和试验研究的方法,对该光伏水泵的性能进行优化和试验验证。结果表明:经优化后,光伏水泵系统的最低出水值下降至330 W/m2,水泵每日工作时长提升;光照辐射强度稳态时的泵出口压力脉动相较优化前有小幅提升,光照辐射强度瞬态变化时泵出口压力脉动波动幅度更平稳;优化后的模型泵叶轮进口低压区面积明显减小,叶轮出口压力显著增加,同时叶轮流道内速度分布更为均匀。 相似文献

Stochastic adaptive dynamic surface control is presented for a class of uncertain multiple‐input–multiple‐output (MIMO) nonlinear systems with unmodeled dynamics and full state constraints in this paper. The controller is constructed by combining the dynamic surface control with radial basis function neural networks for the MIMO stochastic nonlinear systems. The nonlinear mapping is applied to guarantee the state constraints being not violated. The unmodeled dynamics is disposed through introducing an available dynamic signal. It is proved that all signals in the closed‐loop system are bounded in probability and the error signals are semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded in mean square or the sense of four‐moment and the state constraints are confirmed in probability. In this brief, dynamical systems with unbounded time-varying delays are investigated. Two approaches are developed to derive sufficient conditions ensuring the existence, uniqueness of the equilibrium and its global stability. Moreover, different from globally asymptotical stability and globally exponential stability, a new concept of stability, global power stability, is proposed.
