The exciting current characteristic is suggested as a new method of evaluating the core characteristic. The phase shifting characteristic and the difference between a positive and negative waveform of a balanced half-wave type magnetic phase shifter are calculated by using the exciting current characteristics of cores employed in it. From these theoretical analyses, it can be determined that the difference of a positive and negative waveform is caused by a difference of exciting current characteristics of two cores used in it, and it becomes larger in proportion to larger control-circuit resistance. An experiment was performed using two pairs of cores, in which one pair of exciting currents are identical and the other pair differ. Theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

Water-repellent surfaces were fabricated on blend sheets of poly(l-lactic acid)/poly(butylene succinate) with various blending ratios by the successive processing; (1) plasma etching, followed by (2) the hydrophobic plasma polymer coating. Rough morphology was formed effectively on the mosaic structured surface of blend sheets via the oxidative etching, and advanced water repellency was achieved after the thin membrane coating was synthesized with a hydrophobic plasma polymer coating by use of hexamethyldisiloxane or hexamethyldisilazane. High water repellency is expressed through the columnar hair-like structured model, where the air-water surface interaction in the voids is taken into account.  相似文献

Pulsation in a coupled-cavity structure (CCS) semiconductor laser, in which laser cavities are placed parallel with optical coupling between them, has been observed. The mechanism is simulated by solving rate equations for a model with two stripes of different emission energies. The pulsation in the simulation is based on the resonant oscillation, which originates in the nonlinear interaction between the electromagnetic field in the laser cavity and the population inversion, in cooperation with the perturbations caused by repetitively occurring optical pumping and quenching. Important parameters to define the properties of the pulsation are emission-energy difference, coupling coefficient, and excitation levels.  相似文献

The microstructure development during plastic deformation was reviewed for iron and steel which were subjected to cold rolling or mechanical milling (MM) treatment, and the change in strengthening mechanism caused by the severe plastic deformation (SPD) was also discussed in terms of ultra grain refinement behavior. The microstructure of cold-rolled iron is characterized by a typical dislocation cell structure, where the strength can be explained by dislocation strengthening. It was confirmed that the increase in dislocation density by cold working is limited at 1016m−2, which means the maximum hardness obtained by dislocation strengthening is HV3.7 GPa. However, the iron is abnormally work-hardened over the maximum dislocation strengthening by SPD of MM because of the ultra grain refinement caused by the SPD. In addition, impurity of carbon plays an important role in such grain refinement: the carbon addition leads to the formation of nano-crystallized structure in iron.  相似文献

Copper plates were exposed under sheltered outdoor conditions for up to one year, starting in September 2001 in Musashino City, Tokyo, a suburban area. Following various periods of exposure, the patinas on the plates were characterized to investigate their evolution by using X-ray fluorescence analysis, X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, and glow discharge optical emission spectroscopy. The difference in the roles of sulfur and chlorine in the early stages of copper patination were identified by analyzing the depth profiles of these two elements. Sulfur was found on top of the patina as cupric sulfates such as posnjakite (Cu4SO4(OH)6 · H2O) or brochantite (Cu4SO4(OH)6). Brochantite appeared only after 12 months of exposure. In contrast, chlorine was found on the surface after only one month of exposure. It gradually penetrated the patina as the exposure period lengthened, forming copper chloride complexes. Chloride ions accumulated at the patina/copper interface, forming nantokite (CuCl), which promoted corrosion.  相似文献

Three lipases, isolated previously in our laboratory, and a known lipase fromCandida cylindracea were screened for the enrichment of arachidonic acid (AA). The enzyme fromC. cylindracea was the most effective for the production of oil with high concentration of AA. When a single-cell oil fromMortierella alpina, containing 25% AA, was hydrolyzed with this lipase for 16 h at 35°C, the resulting glycerides contained 50% AA at 52% hydrolysis. After this, no further hydrolysis occurred, even with additional lipase. However, when the glycerides were extracted from the hydrolyzate and were hydrolyzed again with new lipase, the resulting oil contained 60% AA, with a recovery of 75% of its initial AA content. Triglycerides were the main components of the resulting oil. The release of each fatty acid from the oil depended on the hydrolysis rate of its ester. The fatty acid, whose ester is the poorest substrate for the enzyme, is concentrated in the glycerides.  相似文献

A simple synthetic method for preparing aragonite whiskers has been developed. A suspension of CaCl2-MgCl2-Mg(OH)2 with pH ∼9 has been prepared by adding Ca(OH)2 to MgCl2 aqueous solution. CaCO3 whiskers (aragonite phase) have been prepared easily by blowing CO2-containing gas into the suspension. The whiskers have high aspect ratios ranging from 20 to 80 with diameters of 0.5–1 μm .  相似文献

Uranium-plutonium nitride is a candidate fuel for fast reactors, but its major drawback is 14C formation from natural nitrogen. One would probably have to use highly 15N-enriched nitrogen. A pyrochemical process with molten-salt electroreflning has been proposed as a means to increase the nuclear proliferation resistance of the fuel cycle. Molten-salt electroreflning could also be applied to nitride fuels to make possible the recycling of 15N. The anodic dissolution behavior of UN in LiCI-KCI melt was studied to provide the basis for a feasibility study of electroreflning of irradiated nitride fuels.  相似文献

Three kinds of aramid fabrics, Technora (modified p-aramid), Conex (m-aramid) and Kevlar (p-aramid), were subjected to sputter etching and argon low-temperature plasma treatments after dyeing in black with disperse dyes. The depth of shade increased considerably on Technora and Kevlar with the sputter etching treatment, but not on Conex fabrics. Argon low-temperature plasma treatment had virtually no effect on the depth of shade on the aramid fabrics.  相似文献
