From position of the uniform concept of the accident medicine the problems of toxicological supply of the ships of MNF are considered. Peculiarities of chemical accidents in the ship conditions are marked. The question about principles of harmful chemical substances regulating, forming air environment of ship living quarters is discussed. The prospects of practical use of antidotal means, intended for protection of personnel from toxic action of carbon dioxide and chemical combinations, causing development of toxic edema of lungs are given.  相似文献

In the adult lobster, Homarus gammarus, the stomatogastric ganglion (STG) contains two well-defined motor pattern generating networks that receive numerous modulatory peptidergic inputs from anterior ganglia. We are studying the appearance of extrinsic peptidergic inputs to these networks during ontogenesis. Neuron counts indicate that as early as 20% of development (E20) the STG neuronal population is quantitatively established. By using immunocytochemical detection of 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine incorporation, we found no immunopositive cells in the STG by E70. We concluded that the STG neuronal population remains quantitatively stable from mid-embryonic life until adulthood. We then investigated the ontogeny of FLRFamide- and proctolin-like peptides in the stomatogastric nervous system, from their first appearance until adulthood by using whole mount immunocytochemistry. Numerous FLRFamide-like-immunoreactive STG neuropilar ramifications were observable as early as E45 and remain thereafter. From E50 to the first larval stage, one to three STG somata stained, while somatic staining was not observed in larval stage II and subsequent stages. From E50 and thereafter, the STG neuropilar area was immunopositive for proctolin. One to two proctolinergic somata were detected in the STG of the three larval stages but were not seen in embryos, the post-larval stage or in adults. Thus, peptidergic inputs to the STG are present from mid-embryonic life. Moreover, whereas in the adult, STG neurons only contain glutamate or acetylcholine, some neurons transiently express peptidergic phenotypes during development. Although this system expresses an ontogenetic peptidergic plasticity, the STG neurons produce a single stable embryonic-larval motor output (Casasnovas and Meyrand [1995] J. A statistical analysis of generalized data of the pathoanatomical service on quality of clinical diagnosis in curative-prophylactic institutions in 54 administrative territories of the RSFSR was carried out. The structure (extensive indices) and frequency (intensive indices)of erroneous clinical diagnoses referring to the most important classes of diseases were identified. As to the structure of indices and frequency of clinico-anatomic disparities the first place was occupied by oncological diseases (20.1+/-0.11 and 14.2+/-0.22%), the second--by infectious diseases (16.5+/-0.1 and 13.0+/-0.34%), the third--by diseases of the digestive system (14.6+/-0.09 and 13.0+/-0.33%), the forth--by diseases of the urogenital system (14.0+/-0.09 and 12.2+/-0.49%), the fifth--by disease of the respiratory system (12.7+/-0.09 and 10.6+/-0.24%), the sixth--by diseases of the cardiovascular system (11.1+/-0.08 and 8.0+/-0.14%). The recommendation is put forward to carry on annually a complex satistical analysis of extensive and intensive indices of erroneous clinical diagnoses demonstrating the quality of clinical diagnosis in therapeutic institutions of a given administrative territory.  相似文献

The qualitative and quantitative histological and histochemical changes in the structure and macromolecular composition of lumbar intervertebral discs of rat during a 12.5-day space flight (Cosmos 1887 biosatellite) were determined using light and polarization microscopy. Semiquantitative histochemical, topo-optical reactions were measured and evaluated by retardation values of birefringence. (a) Lateral expansion and accumulation of the notochordal cells in the nucleus pulposus was observed in contrast with the vivarium control, where the chondroid cells dominated. (b) The cartilage and plate showed a swelling, which consisted mainly of hypertrophied cells sometimes with mild extracellular mineralization. (c) In the external zone of annulus fibrosus and cartilage end plate a mild decrease of orientation of collagen fibers was found. (d) A significant increase of orientation of hyase sensible glycosaminoglycans in the internal zone of annulus fibrosus and nucleus pulposus was observed. (e) In the external and internal zones of annulus fibrosus an increase of orientation of glycoproteids was revealed. The alterations of macromolecular components of intervertebral discs, cartilage end plates, and the osteoporotic changes of the lumbar vertebral bodies producing the looser structure of vertebral column after 12.5 day space flight suggest the necessity of the common evaluation of these structures, and may explain the heavy spinal pains of astronauts.  相似文献

The primary hypothesis of this paper is thatinternal and external changes in design andmanufacturing organizations affect theviability of boundary objects (representations,drawings, models – virtual and physical) andrequire changes in the underlying distributedcognitive models. Internal and external factorsinclude new advances in technologies, insightsinto organizational processes, organizationalrestructuring and change of market focus. Ifthe above hypothesis is true, then there areconsequences for the methodologies of designingcomputational support systems for co-operativeengineering work. We provide evidence bydescribing three empirical studies ofengineering design we have performed in largeorganizations. We investigate how changingtechnologies disrupt the common grounds amonginterfaces and how this opens debate onthe role of boundary objects, especially in theproduct visualization and analysis arena. Wethen argue that changes in market forces andother factors leading to changes inorganizational structures often lead to erosionof common understanding of representations andprototypes, above all at the interfaces. Weconclude by making the case that everystructural and information flow change inengineering organizations is accompanied by thepotential deterioration of the common ground.This requires the synthesis of new commongrounds to accommodate the needs of newinterfaces.  相似文献
