深亚微米MOSFET衬底电流的模拟与分析

利用器件模拟手段对深亚微米ＭＯＳＦＥＴ的衬底电流进行了研究和分析，给出了有效的道长度，栅氧厚度，源漏结深，衬底掺杂浓度以及电源电压对深亚微米ＭＯＳＦＥＴ衬底电流的影响，发现电源电压对深亚微米ＭＯＳＦＥＴ的衬底电流有着强烈的影响，热载流子效应随电源电压的降低而迅速减小，当电源电压降低到一定程度时，热载流子效应不再成为影响深亚微米ＭＯＳ电路可靠性的主要问题。     

Measurements and correlation of effect of cosolvents on the solubilities of complex molecules in supercritical carbon dioxide

A new transparent microscale circulation-type high pressure equilibrium cell with on-line sampling was devised. With this apparatus, experimental solubility of molecularly complex species such as steroids (cholesterol, stigmasterol and ergosterol) and fatty acids (palmitic acid and stearic acid) in supercritical carbon dioxide(sc-C0₂) were measured. Also, to find an appropriate substance for enhancing both the polarity and the solubility power of the SC-CO₂ solvent, we arbitrarily selected three polar substances such as acetone, methanol and water and the effect of these cosolvents on the solubility of solutes in SC-CO₂ are examined. The supercritical phase equilibrium data of solute-cosolvent-sc-CO₂ systems were quantitatively correlated using a new equation of state based on the lattice fluid theory incorporated with the concept of multibody interaction. We found that the addition of tracer amount of acetone or methanol to SC-CO₂ enhances the solubility of all solutes about thirty to sixty times when compared with the case of pure sc-CO₂ However, for the case of cosolvent water, no further enhancement of the solubility of solutes was realized. Also, the versatile fittability of the equation of state proposed in this work was demonstrated with the newly measured ternary supercritical equilibrium data.

水溶性的防氧化剂是一种有机可焊性保护剂。其方法是在印制板完全阻焊、字符层的印刷，并经电检之后，通过表面浸渍在裸铜的贴片位或通孔内形成一种耐热性的有机可焊性膜层。这种有机、可焊、耐热的膜层，膜厚可达0.3-0.5mm，其分解的温度可达约300℃，传统的印制板的热风整平法亦无法满足QFP愈来愈密集的需求，同时也无法满足SMD表面平整度的要求，更无法适应PCB薄型化生产。烷基苯并咪唑的OSP法能弥补这项缺陷，因而在PCB业乃至SMT产业中得到了广泛的应用。     

Delay-dependent state estimation for delayed neural networks

In this letter, the delay-dependent state estimation problem for neural networks with time-varying delay is investigated. A delay-dependent criterion is established to estimate the neuron states through available output measurements such that the dynamics of the estimation error is globally exponentially stable. The proposed method is based on the free-weighting matrix approach and is applicable to the case that the derivative of a time-varying delay takes any value. An algorithm is presented to compute the state estimator. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach and the improvement over existing ones.

 通过CFD技术在超声波流量计设计过程中的引入,为流量系数的获取提供了新的途径.通过对特定管道的理论计算表明,采用CFD技术获取的管道内部流型完全可以与试验数据吻合,有助于超声波流量计应用场合流量系数曲线的获取及其精度的保证.     

一个可切实服务于运营商的移动无线因特网

本文在简单介绍了移动IP及其路由优化，无线局域网（WLAN）和GPRS的基础上，提出了一个新的利用移动IP来融合WLAN和GPRS的移动无线因特网的网络结构，详细论述了其多连接的路由过程，平滑垂直切换，AAA，并做了简要的性能分析。     

电子束和接触式曝光机的混合曝光技术

Ⅰ线光致抗蚀剂可以同时实用电子束和光学系统曝光，在50kV加速电压下，其曝光剂量为50-100μC/cm^2，曝光后在0.7%NaOH溶液内显影1分钟。其灵敏度比PMMA快5倍，分辩率为0.5μm。采用两方法制备CaAsPHEMT：一种用Ⅰ线光致抗蚀剂，对源、漏及栅全部都采用电子束曝光，制备了0.5μm栅长的GaAs PHEMT；另一种将源、漏及栅分割成两部分，其中精细部分由电子束曝光，其余部分由光学系统曝光，用这种方法制备了0.25μm栅长的GaAs PHEMT。Ⅰ     

基于POSC的测井曲线数据存储管理系统

在基于POSC标准的基础上，分析了POSC EPICENTER数据模型，对油田中普遍使用的LS716测井大块数据在磁盘和远程自动磁带库之间实现了一体化的数据管理，开发了数据加载，数据删除，头信息浏览线回施行能模块。该系统特点是，管理信息加载到POSC数据仓中，而真正的数据体以外部数据文件的形式存放，使得大块数据的加载和提取速度大大提高，同时，在数据仓库和远程带库之间实现了一体化的数据管理。
