The diffraction efficiency of the photocarrier grating (PCG) has been theoretically analyzed. Firstly, the model of the PCG has been set up, and the distribution of the carrier concentration has been studied. Secondly, the change in refractive index produced by the photocarriers has been estimated. Finally, a rigorous coupled-wave analysis has been employed to investigate the diffraction efficiency of the PCG. The results show that when the angle between the two excitation lasers increases, the change of the refractive index decreases, leading to a weak grating. The optimal incident angle of the probe laser is dependent on the angle between the two excitation lasers, and the relation between these two angles for the higher diffraction efficiency of the +1st forward-diffracted wave has been found. In terms of diffraction efficiency, the optimal parameters have been estimated, and the feasibility of the PCG to be a forward-diffracted component has been confirmed. 相似文献

A cyclic ultracapacitor is a promising energy storage device that can be used for grid energy storage. The cyclic ultracapacitor combines the advantages of both ultracapacitors and flow batteries, enabling rapid charging and large‐scale energy use. To improve the electrochemical performance under the flow condition, it is necessary to find a more electrical active material and design a flow cell that minimizes the resistance. In this study, we investigate the effects of changing the ratio of the active material in a slurry electrode under various operating conditions. Slurry electrodes were prepared with different ratios of active material and conductive additive but with a fixed electrolyte amount. Voltage–time curves of both a single and a stack‐flow cell in the constant‐current mode were obtained to analyze the relationship between the active materials ratio and the cell performance. Having more adsorption sites according to the active material amount is more important than increasing the electric conductivity by the conductive additive amount with regard to cell performance capabilities in a low resistance condition such as a non‐flow mode. However, higher electrical conductivity on a slurry electrode is more beneficial to improve the electrochemical performance in the stack‐flow mode, which has harsh resistance levels. This study explored the stability and degradation products of aloin A under varying pH, temperature and light conditions usually encountered in processing. The stability of aloin A was significantly affected by temperature and pH. The content of aloin A decreased by more than 90% within 12 h at 50 °C and within 6 h at 70 °C, respectively. A significant decrease in stability was also observed at higher pHs. At pH 8.0, less than 2% of aloin A remained within 12 h. However, aloin A exhibited good stability at acidic pH levels with 94% remaining at pH 2.0 for 14 days. Light exerted no influence on the stability during the experimental period (14 days). Aloe‐emodin, elgonica‐dimers A and B were characterised as major degradation products of aloin A at pH 5.0 or below, and elgonica‐dimers were mainly formed at 4 °C as well. 10‐hydroxyaloins A and B were found under any condition except at pH 2.0 and 3.0, and they were mainly formed under high temperature, neutral‐basic and any light conditions. 相似文献

A highly reliable conductive adhesive obtained by transient liquid‐phase sintering (TLPS) technologies is studied for use in high‐power device packaging. TLPS involves the low‐temperature reaction of a low‐melting metal or alloy with a high‐melting metal or alloy to form a reacted metal matrix. For a TLPS material (consisting of Ag‐coated Cu, a Sn96.5‐Ag3.0‐Cu0.5 solder, and a volatile fluxing resin) used herein, the melting temperature of the metal matrix exceeds the bonding temperature. After bonding of the TLPS material, a unique melting peak of TLPS is observed at 356 °C, consistent with the transient behavior of Ag3Sn + Cu6Sn5 → liquid + Cu3Sn reported by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The TLPS material shows superior thermal conductivity as compared with other commercially available Ag pastes under the same specimen preparation conditions. In conclusion, the TLPS material can be a promising candidate for a highly reliable conductive adhesive in power device packaging because remelting of the SAC305 solder, which is widely used in conventional power modules, is not observed. 相似文献

Cross-media retrieval returns heterogeneous multimedia data of the same semantics for a query object, and the key problem for cross-media retrieval is how to deal with the correlations of heterogeneous multimedia data. Many works focus on mapping different modal data into an isomorphic space, so the similarities between different modal data can be measured. Inspired by this idea, we propose a joint graph regularization based modality-dependent cross-media retrieval approach (JGRMDCR), which takes into account the one-to-one correspondence between different modal data pairs, the inter-modality similarities and the intra-modality similarities. Meanwhile, according to the modality of the query object, this method learns different projection matrices for different retrieval tasks. Experimental results on benchmark datasets show that the proposed approach outperforms the other state-of-the-art algorithms. 相似文献
