Thermal conductivity of gallium arsenic nitride (GaAsN) epilayer on gallium arsenide (GaAs) substrate prepared by molecular beam epitaxy technique was measured using pulsed photothermal reflectance technique. Three-layer model incorporated thermal boundary resistance was applied to extract the thermal properties from the sample's photothermal response. Within the thickness ranging from 20 to 80 nm, no thickness dependent relationship with thermal conductivity of GaAsN epilayer was found, and the average thermal conductivity is approximately 27 W/mK at room temperature. The thermal boundary resistance at the Au/GaAsN interface is in the order of 10−8 m2K/W. 相似文献

Thermal lance is one of the methods for concrete cutting/piercing. The burning lance not only provides high temperature to melt the concrete target in the form of lava, but also has a eutectic effect changing the lava melting temperature. The eutectic effects by adding lance material such as FeO, Al2O3 and TiO2 to concrete (SiO2-CaO) system are discussed. The discussion and concrete piercing experiments both show that, due to eutectic generation effects, aluminum and titanium modified lances are not effective on concrete objects although these lances provide high lance temperature. Iron based lance is the most effective thermal lance due to its eutectic generation effect. Experimental results of cutting improvement by using chemically modified iron lance are presented and the eutectic generation effect in this process is discussed. 相似文献

Two series of perovskite-type oxides with composition La1-xSrxFeO3 (x≤0.8)and La1-xSrxFe1-yCoyO3( x = 0.2;y = 0.2, 0.4 ) powder productions were synthesized by EDTA complexing sol-gel method. The products were characterized by XRD, TEM, SEM, BET method (N2 adsorption)and laser granularity analysis for different synthesis conditions to obtain the optimum conditions for the preparation process. LiFePO4 cathode material was synthesized by a solid-state reaction using doping several elements (Nb5 ,Zr4 ). The starting materials were mixed with a high-efficient sander and treated thermally under flowing N2. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emission gun electron microscopy (FEG), and their electrochemical performance was investigated in the term of cycling behavior. In research of YBCO coated conductors, the development of a oxide template for epitaxial growth of YBCO is very important. Matsumoto et al have demonstrated the potential of the surface oxidation epitaxial (SOE) route for formation a cube textured NiO layer on nickel tapes. The epitaxial NiO functions as a buffer layer of chemical reaction between YBCO and nickel, and as a template for the epitaxial growth of YBCO. However, the surface quality of NiO is difficult to control and defects such as crack, spall and deep grooves exist in SOE NiO layer. A new approach combining sputtering and SOE method to obtain crack-free and cube textured NiO layer were reported. Ni tapes prepared by the combination of rolling and recrystallization were used for this work. A coating of Ni was first deposited on the tapes via magnetron sputtering. Then on the coating tapes, continuous and textured NiO layer were achieved by SOE technology. 相似文献
