To investigate the variation in the fine structure of polyamide thin-film composite (TFC) membranes prepared via two different interfacial polymerization conditions (IP-I and IP-II), experiments on Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), water contact angle, and positron annihilation spectroscopy (PAS) coupled to a slow positron beam were conducted. Polyamide TFC membranes were prepared via the interfacial polymerization reaction between triethylenetetramine (TETA) and trimesoyl chloride (TMC) on the surface of a modified polyacrylonitrile (mPAN) membrane. Compared with the polyamide TFC membrane prepared via IP-I, the polyamide layer prepared via IP-II showed a shorter S plateau length (thinner thickness), a higher o-Ps intensity I3 value (higher free-volume concentration), and a smaller o-Ps lifetime τ3 value (smaller free-volume size), resulting in higher permeation rate and separation factor obtained from the pervaporative separation of a 70 wt% isopropanol aqueous solution at 25 °C.  相似文献

A novel polymer poly(4,4′-biphenylene sulfonyl succinamide) (PBSS) was synthesized via polycondensation reaction. Succinyl chloride and 4-aminophenyl sulfone were used as reactive monomers and anhydrous AlCl3 was used as a catalyst. Both polysulfone (PSf) and PBSS were dissolved in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) at different compositions to obtain a homogeneous solution to fabricate PSf-PBSS blend membranes. The structure of PBSS was characterized by ATR-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. Thermal properties of PBSS were analyzed by TGA-DTA. Mechanical properties and morphology of blend membranes were analyzed by universal testing machines and field emission scanning electron microscope, respectively. The hydrophilicity of blend membranes with respect to the concentration of PBSS was studied by contact angle and water uptake studies. Upon blending, the hydrophilicity of PSf-PBSS membranes drastically increased due to the presence of large number of amide and sulfonyl groups in the matrix. The blend membranes exhibited significant increase in water flux from 100 L m−2 h to 650 L m−2 h−1, and rejection of 100% for Pb(II) and 80% for both Cd(II) and As(III) toxic heavy metal ions. The hydrophilic nature of  CO NH and inter and intramolecular hydrogen bonding among PBSS polymer chains dispersed within rigid PSf matrix imparts softness, amide and sulfonyl groups enhance interconnected porosity and hydrophilicity of blend membranes. Hence, PBSS may serve as a low-cost novel polymeric additive for water purification and separation membrane applications. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. This paper proposes a new closed-form solution for identifying the kinematic parameters of an active binocular head having four revolute joints and two prismatic joints by using three-dimensional (3-D) point (position) measurements of a calibration point. Since this binocular head is composed of off-the-shelf components, its kinematic parameters are unknown. Therefore, we can not directly apply those existing nonlinear optimization methods. Even if we want to use the nonlinear optimization methods, a closed-form solution can be first applied to obtain accurate enough initial values. Hence, this paper considers only methods that provide closed-form solutions, i.e., those requiring no initial estimates. Notice that most existing closed-form solutions require pose (i.e., both position and orientation) measurements. However, as far as we know, there is no inexpensive technique which can provide accurate pose measurements. Therefore, existing closed-form solutions based on pose measurements can not give us the required accuracy. As a result, we have developed a new method that does not require orientation measurements and can use only the position measurements of a calibration point to obtain highly accurate estimates of kinematic parameters using closed-form solutions. The proposed method is based on the complete and parametrically continuous (CPC) kinematic model, and can be applied to any kind of kinematic parameter identification problems with or without multiple end-effecters, providing that the links are rigid, the joints are either revolute or prismatic and no closed-loop kinematic chain is included.  相似文献

The Ocean Color Imager (OCI), a multispectral optical imager for observing pigment distributions in low-latitude oceans, has been successfully built and parameterized. To recover at-sensor radiance data, a mathematical model was developed to characterize its radiometric response; the corresponding parameters were identified initially by pre-flight calibration and were adapted in-flight by a method of cross-platform calibration. The cross-platform in-flight calibration was carried out to compare radiance data with data measured by the vicarious orbital sensor at the cross points to determine possible changes in the parameters and performance of the OCI. The radiometric model, the pre-flight parameters and the method of cross-platform in-flight calibration are reported here.  相似文献

This paper investigates the global bounded consensus problem of networked multiagent systems consisting of nonlinear nonidentical node dynamics with the communication time-delay topology. We derive globally bounded controlled consensus conditions for both delay-independent and delay-dependent conditions based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method. The proposed consensus criteria ensure that all agents eventually move along the desired trajectory in the sense of boundedness. Meanwhile, the bounded consensus criteria can be viewed as an extension of the case of identical agent dynamics to the case of nonidentical agent dynamics. We finally demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results by means of a numerical simulation.  相似文献

This study used dicyclohexylmethane 4,4-diisocyanate, polybutylene adipate, polyether-1,3-diol, and 2,6-pyridinedimethanol to synthesize a novel water-based polyurethane (WPU) that contained pyridyl units. To enhance the thermal, mechanical, swelling, and antimicrobial properties of the WPU, various metals (silver nitrate, copper acetate, cobalt acetate, and zinc acetate) were incorporated to form WPU/metal composites. In addition, the study investigated the effects of the metal types on the WPU properties. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to confirm the synthesis of the WPU containing pyridine. Atomic force microscopy illustrated that the added metals increased the WPU surface roughness. The contact angle and degree of swelling tests demonstrated that the added metal reduced the WPU hydrophilicity, and with the addition of other metal types, the hydrophobicity increased considerably. Thermal gravimetric analysis indicated that the initial decomposition temperature of the highest WPU thermal stability was attributed to zinc. In addition, the results of differential scanning calorimetry and dynamic mechanical analysis showed that adding a small amount of metal increased the hard and soft segment glass transition temperatures. A universal strength tester validated that the WPU mechanical properties varied with the different metal additives and that the WPU strength increased. However, the WPU toughness and ductility decreased with the addition of metals; silver provided the highest mechanical strength. An antimicrobial test indicated that silver enhanced the antimicrobial property. The moisture permeability and waterproof property of the WPU coating was also analyzed.  相似文献

In this paper, we show how an active binocular head, the IIS head, can be easily calibrated with very high accuracy. Our calibration method can also be applied to many other binocular heads. In addition to the proposal and demonstration of a four-stage calibration process, there are three major contributions in this paper. First, we propose a motorized-focus lens (MFL) camera model which assumes constant nominal extrinsic parameters. The advantage of having constant extrinsic parameters is to having a simple head/eye relation. Second, a calibration method for the MFL camera model is proposed in this paper, which separates estimation of the image center and effective focal length from estimation of the camera orientation and position. This separation has been proved to be crucial; otherwise, estimates of camera parameters would be very noise-sensitive. Thirdly, we show that, once the parameters of the MFL camera model is calibrated, a nonlinear recursive least-square estimator can be used to refine all the 35 kinematic parameters. Real experiments have shown that the proposed method can achieve accuracy of one pixel prediction error and 0.2 pixel epipolar error, even when all the joints, including the left and right focus motors, are moved simultaneously. 近年来,功耗成为处理器设计领域的关键问题之一.传统应对功耗的方法如DVFS(Dynamic VoltageFrequency Scaling)目前遭遇了收益递减律.随着多核/众核处理器的普及化,片上缓存占有了越来越多的CPU芯片面积和功耗.针对降低功耗的问题,文中提出了通过过滤不必要的缓存路访问来降低缓存动态功耗的方法.该方法包括采用无效访问过滤器(Invalid Filter)来消除对含无效数据块的缓存路的访问;采用指令数据访问过滤器(I/D Filter)来消除对与访问类型(指令或数据)不匹配的数据块所在的缓存路的访问;以及采用tag低位过滤器(Tag-2Filter)来消除对tag低位不匹配的数据块所在的缓存路的访问.文中提出将以上3种方法合并,称为Invalid+I/D+Tag-2Filter,以期取得更好的效果.通过分析和实验验证了3种方法的有效性和互补性.同时,实验也表明,与Invalid+I/D Filter相比,Invalid+I/D+Tag-2Filter在64KB 4路组相联缓存上可以取得19.6%~47.8%(平均34.3%)的效果提升,在128KB 8路组相联缓存上可以取得19.6%~55.2%(平均39.2%)的效果提升;与Invalid+Tag-2Filter相比,Invalid+I/D+Tag-2Filter在64KB 4路组相联缓存上可以取得16.1%~27.7%(平均16.6%)的效果提升,在128KB 8路组相联缓存上可以取得6.9%~44.4%(平均25.0%)的效果提升.  相似文献
