基于ADS的低频电子元器件建模技术研究

针对国产元器件模型库缺乏的问题,在ADS软件的基础上,对不同低频电子元器件的建模方法进行了详细的介绍,重点阐述了元器件几种建模方法和具体实施步骤,并介绍了新建模型的封装和验证。该建模方法也可用于其他软件平台上的元器件建模。     

A New Ferroelectric Phase of YMnO3 Induced by Oxygen‐Vacancy Ordering

Manganese oxides are good candidates of strongly correlated electron materials due to the uniqueness of electronic structure of manganese and the mobility of oxygen among lattice sites under external impacts. Here, we used electron beam as the excitation source to explore the structural evolution of YMnO₃ and identified a new phase under the radiation of electron beam in the transmission electron microscope. Analyses of the electron energy‐loss spectra reveal that this phase originates from ordered oxygen vacancy. We applied the first principles calculation to pick out the optimized stable structure with a lower polarization, and verified its correctness by electron diffraction and image simulations. Analyses of density of states indicate that weak Y–O covalence is favorable for the existence of ferroelectricity, supporting the electrostatic nature of ferroelectricity in the YMnO₃.     

Perfluorosulfonated ionomers membranes: Melt‐processing and characterization for ion exchange applications

Perflurosulfonated ionomers membranes with different ionic‐exchange capacity were successfully fabricated via melt‐extruding and casting of their –SO₂F precursors. A systematical investigation of the thermal stability, crystallinity, and rheological properties of the precursors was performed to secure their optimized processing conditions. The tensile properties of acid‐form membranes are found to increase with base‐hydrolysis time, where a tensile strength of 38.2 MPa is readily obtained after 24 h's base‐hydrolysis. The content of –SO₂F or –SO₃H containing side‐chains plays an important role in the thermal stability, rheological, and mechanical properties of the precursor or the acid‐form membranes. The strong ionic interactions, attributed to the –SO₃H groups, lead to decreased crystallinity and tensile strength for different IEC membranes. The acid‐form membranes exhibit good proton conductivity and low methanol crossover in comparison with reference Nafion membrane. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. Synthesis and optimization of high-performance amine-based polymer for CO2 separation

Membrane technology features inspiring excellence from numerous separation technologies for CO₂ capture from post-combustion gas. Polyvinylamine (PVAm)-based facilitated transport membranes show significantly high separation performance, which has been proven promising for industrial scale-up. However, commercialized PVAm with low molecular weight and excessive crystallinity is not available to prepare high-performance membranes. Herein, the synthesis process of PVAm was optimized by regulating polymerization and acidic hydrolytic conditions. The membranes based on PVAm with a molecular weight of 154 kDa and crystallinity of 11.37% display high CO₂ permeance of 726 GPU and CO₂/N₂ selectivity of 55 at a feed gas pressure of 0.50 MPa. Furthermore, we established a PVAm synthesis reactor with an annual PVAm solution (1%(mass)) capacity of over 7000 kg and realized the scaled-up manufacture of both PVAm and composite membranes.

随着当前经济的发展,智能建筑在建筑中使用率在不断提升。随着智能化建筑的广泛应用,在工程实施的过程中会产生很多的问题。要针对所产生的问题采取相关的措施,以提高智能建筑的施工质量。     

微型高频脉冲管制冷机的实用化

高频微型脉冲管制冷机在许多领域具有重要作用,目前从原理样机到实用化的成品机仍有一些问题须要解决。介绍在一台达到世界先进水平的高效同轴脉冲管制冷机的基础上进行实用化的工程样机研究,并通过模拟计算分析两台脉冲管制冷机工程样机与原理样机的区别及其自身特点,为进一步开展工作奠定了基础。制作的两台工程样机基本达到了原理样机的制冷性能,不锈钢结构的工程样机外观精美、结构紧凑,但由于材料和外形的原因,制冷性能稍逊于原理样机;铜壁结构的工程样机性能优于不锈钢样机,足以满足工程项目的需要,但重量有所增加。     

便携式清障小车的结构设计

介绍了一种便携式清障小车。该车使用方便,操作灵活,便于携带,主要部件均可分解或折叠。主要配合猎豹、三菱等车型,对违章行驶和停靠的小型车辆实施强制拖离。     

EFFECT OF SURFACTANTS ON Ni-TiN NANOCOMPOSITE COATINGS PREPARED BY ULTRASONIC ELECTRODEPOSITION

Ni-TiN nanocomposite coatings were prepared by ultrasonic electrodeposition, and the effects of the surfactants on the coatings were investigated and the microstructure and micro rigidity of the coatings were characterized. Samples were also submitted to corrosion tests in 3% NaCl solution. The results showed that the surfactants had great effects on Ni-TiN nanocomposite coatings. The composite coatings prepared by ultrasonic electrodeposition with the surfactants were better than that of the coatings prepared without surfactants. The favorable properties of Ni-TiN nanocomposite coatings were prepared with the mixing of the non-ion and positive ion surfactants. The concentration of the mixing was 80 mg/L, and the ratio of the non-ion and positive ion surfactants was 1: 2.
