模型驱动的Web服务组合的QoS属性的研究

为反映组合Web服务的服务质量(QoS),文章在用模型驱动的方法对Web服务组合进行研究的基础上探讨了如何对Web服务进行QoS属性拓展,给出了拓展的WSDL元模型。通过引入模型驱动的思想,解决了Web服务对QoS属性描述不足的问题。并通过对BPEL元模型的分析,得出了组合服务在各种结构模型情况下的QoS属性的计算方法。

Quantitative characterization of the focusing process and dynamic behavior of differently sized microparticles in a spiral microchannel

In this paper, a spiral microchannel was fabricated to systematically investigate particle dynamics. The focusing process or migration behavior of different-sized particles in the outlet region was presented. Specifically, for focused microparticles, quantitative characterization and analysis of how particles migrate towards the equilibrium positions with the increase in flow rate (De = 0.31–3.36) were performed. For unfocused microparticles, the particle migration behavior and the particle-free region’s formation process were characterized over a wide range of flow rates (De = 0.31–4.58), and the emergence of double particle-free regions was observed at De ≥ 3.36. These results provide insights into the design and operation of high-throughput particle/cell filtration and separation. Furthermore, using the location markers pre-fabricated along with the microchannel structures, the focusing or migration dynamics of different-sized particles along the spiral microchannel was systematically explored. The particle migration length effects on focusing degree and particle-free region width were analyzed. These analyses may be valuable for the optimization of microchannel structures. In addition, this device was successfully used to efficiently filter rare particles from a large-volume sample and separate particles of two different sizes according to their focusing states.     

FPGA高级语言设计开发环境构建

针对传统FPGA芯片开发流程对开发人员要求高,开发难度大、周期长的难题,基于FPGA芯片高级综合工具CatapultcSynthesis以及配套的设计验证工具,构建了新的FPGA高级语言设计开发环境,支持将C语言算法快速高效地实现到FPGA芯片上。实验表明．该开发环境能有效降低设计人员的开发难度,缩短工程研发周期。     

航空软件测试过程模型应用研究

对几种传统的软件测试过程模型进行分析和比较,结合航空软件的特点,根据航空软件测试模型建立的原则,提出领域知识模型的软件测试新模型;对基于领域知识模型的航空软件测试过程进行探索和研究,旨在提高软件开发的质量和软件测试的效率,进而提高航空软件的安全性和可靠性。     

基于双目视觉的智能跟踪行李车的设计

利用空间同一点在双摄像机画面上的视差,设计了一种基于双目视觉的智能跟踪行李车系统.采用CMOS摄像头搭建双目视觉系统,并用张正友法对主、从摄像头进行标定.通过对主、从视场内同一运动目标进行检测与匹配,并根据主、从视场中目标上同一点的视差计算出三维空间坐标,从而实现对目标的跟踪.采用模块化设计了系统硬件部分,并详细描述了目标识别算法和行李车运动控制策略.仿真结果表明,系统在单一背景下能较好地跟踪运动目标.     

OpenStack Heat与企业应用部署

OpenStack Heat在开源应用的部署上有很大优势,但在企业应用部署方面有不少问题。本文罗列这些问题．并就其中的一部分给出解决方案,对尚无成熟解决方案的问题努力使其明朗化。     

An empirical molecular docking study of a di-iron binding protein with iron ions

Various molecular docking software packages are available for modeling interactions between small molecules and proteins.However,there have been few reports of modeling the interactions between metal ions and metalloproteins.In this study,the AutoDock package was employed to example docking into a di-iron binding protein,bacterioferritin.Each binding site of this protein was tested for docking with iron ions.Blind docking experiments showed that all docking conformations converged into two clusters,one for internal iron binding in sites within the metalloprotein and the other for external iron binding on the protein surface.Local docking experiments showed that there were significant differences between two internal iron binding sites.Docking at one site gave a reasonable root-mean-square deviation(RMSD) distribution with relatively low binding energy.Analysis of the binding mode quality for this site revealed that more than half of the docking conformations were categorized as having good binding geometry,while no good conformations were found for the other site.Further investigations indicated that coordinating water molecules contributed to the stability of binding geometries.This study provides an empirical approach towards the study of molecular docking in metalloproteins.     

环式给煤机的优化改造

针对输煤系统环式给煤机出力不足、撒煤、行走轮/承煤平台磨损严重等问题进行了分析,提出了改进优化方案。环式给煤机优化改造后,取得了令人满意的效果。
