In order to carry on copyright protection and security verification of color QR code,the digital image chaos encryption technology and digital watermarking technology were respectively researched.Firstly,an improved image chaos encryption algorithm was proposed as a preprocessing step of digital watermarking algorithm.Then a color QR code digital watermarking algorithm was designed based on discrete wavelet transform and matrix singular value decomposition.Finally,the feasibility of the algorithm was verified by experiments.The results show that the proposed method has good resistance to JPEG compression,noise attack and cropping attack. 相似文献

对卷烟生产工艺中连接卷烟纸和过滤嘴的接嘴胶聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)的检测进行了研究,探索在可见-短波近红外波段进行检测的可行性.对透射和漫反射两种测量方式进行了对比:采用漫反射方式得到的信号不强,在整个研究波段,漫反射率都在70%以下;相比之下,采用透射的测量方式,可以得到很强的透过率信号,特别是在700~900 nm的波段,透过率在270%以上.通过研究接嘴胶(PVAc)与卷烟纸的特性以及二者相互作用的机理,分析了涂胶后使透过率显著增大的原因.研究结果表明,采用透射的测量方式在可见-近红外波段对接嘴胶聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)进行检测实时、快速,满足卷烟生产工业中的检测要求,为PVAc的检测提供了新的途径. 相似文献

利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究了Sn3.8Ag0.7Cu(Sn37Pb)/Cu焊点在时效过程中的界面金属间化合物(IMC)形貌和成份。结果表明:150℃高温时效50、100、200、500h后,Sn3.8Ag0.7Cu(Sn37Pb)/Cu焊点界面IMC尺寸和厚度增加明显,IMC颗粒间的沟槽越来越小。50h时效后界面出现双层IMC结构,靠近焊料的上层为Cu6Sn5,邻近基板的下层为Cu3Sn。之后利用透射电镜观察了Sn37Pb/Ni和Sn3.8Ag0.7Cu/Ni样品焊点界面,结果显示,焊点界面清晰,IMC晶粒明显。 相似文献

A study of an efficient blue light‐emitting diode based on a fluorescent aryl polyfluorene (aryl‐F8) homopolymer in an inverted device architecture is presented, with ZnO and MoO3 as electron‐ and hole‐injecting electrodes, respectively. Charge‐carrier balance and color purity in these structures are achieved by incorporating poly(9,9‐dioctylfluorene‐co‐N‐(4‐butylphenyl)‐diphenylamine (TFB) into aryl‐F8. TFB is known to be a hole‐transporting material but it is found to act as a hole trap on mixing with aryl‐F8. Luminance efficiency of ≈6 cd A?1 and external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 3.1% are obtained by adding a small amount (0.5% by weight) of TFB into aryl‐F8. Study of charge injection and transport in the single‐carrier devices shows that the addition of a small fraction of hole traps is necessary for charge‐carrier balance. Optical studies using UV–vis and fluorescence spectroscopic measurements, photoluminescence quantum yield, and fluorescence decay time measurements indicate that TFB does not affect the optical properties of the aryl‐F8, which is the emitting material in these devices. Luminance efficiency of up to ≈11 cd A?1 and EQE values of 5.7% are achieved in these structures with the aid of improved out‐coupling using index‐matched hemispheres. 相似文献

A Phase-Locked Loop (PLL)-based frequency synthesizer (FS) with adjustable duty cycle is presented. By employing digital processing circuitry and the ??C?? fractional-N technique, the FS is capable of generating arbitrary frequencies in a wide frequency range, and capable of adjusting the clock duty cycles. In addition, the switching between different frequencies is instant except when a very fine frequency resolution is required. The adjustable duty cycle and instant switching are desired features in applications such as time-interleaved Analog-to-Digital-Converters (ADCs), switched-capacitor circuits, and DC?CDC converters. The design was fabricated using a 0.13???m CMOS process. This paper gives the theories, analysis, implementation, and measurement results of this FS. 相似文献

In this letter, two common protocols in cooperative communications, namely one-way and two-way amplify-andforward (AF) half-duplex relaying, are investigated and compared in terms of rate. It is generally accepted that two-way AF half-duplex relaying is always better than its one-way counterpart in terms of rate. However, we found that depending on the definition of the total power constraint and the SNR, this is not generally true. We derived the SNR threshold, below which oneway relaying actually outperforms two-way relaying. Simulation results show that for power-limited applications operating at extremely low SNR, two-way relaying might not necessarily be a better choice over one-way relaying. 相似文献

The organic magnetoconductance (MC) effects in poly(3-hexylthiophene): [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyricacid methylester based bulk heterojunction solar cells were studied in dark and under illumination. The correlations between the MC and current character were revealed in this study. Results show that the dark current always exhibits a negative MC whereas a sign change in MC under illumination occurs at the bias around the open circuit voltage Voc. We suggest that the positive MC in photocurrent is due to the field dependent conversion of singlet electron–hole pairs to triplet states and the negative MC is associated with space charge limited current with traps. Other possible mechanisms about the magnetoconductance effects are also discussed. 相似文献
