Review of Daqing＇s Technologies in 10th Five-Year Plan Period

During the 10^th Five-Year Plan Period, Daqing Oil Field entered the late high water-cut period with the reserve production ratio in imbalance. The oil field development became more and more difficult owing to the inadequate substitute resources. Daqing Oil Field Company has made a series of important and new technological achievements to solve those bottlenecks. The oil field has cumulatively achieved a total of technological results, of which eight items are at the State level, 96 items at the provincial and ministerial level, and 1009 items granted with the patent rights. The oil field has developed a family of exploration and development technologies which are world-leading and self-developed with an independent IPR.     

POWER OPTIMIZATION OF FINITE STATE MACHINE BASED ON GENETIC ALGORITHM

Using state assignment to minimize power dissipation and area for finite state machines is computationally hard.Most of published results show that the reduction of switching activity often trades with area penalty.In this paper,a new approach is proposed.Experimental results show a significant reduction of switching activity without area penalty compared with previous publications.     

钢中氧氮的测定方法研究

主要介绍了ELTRAON900气体分析仪测量O,N的原理,并重点探讨了分析参数的改变对钢中测量结果的影响,确定了测量钢中O,N的最佳分析条件,在该条件下测定钢中O,N的相对标准偏差RSD分别为2.65%～5.07%,0.63%～28.3%,符合测量要求.

加强石油天然气工业的立法，是社会主义市场经济发展与油气勘查开采实践的需要。针对现行油气管理法规在矿种管理体制，相邻采矿权人关系，油气采矿人主体资格，解决采矿权纠纷等未明事项，运用法学理论进行了剖析；阐述了加强油气立法工作的必要性和紧迫性；并有针对性地提立法建议，以期引探讨和有关部门重视。     

铝对W9Mo3Cr4V高速钢组织和硬度的影响

用Ｘ－射线仪，扫描电镜和透射电镜系统研究了铝对钨钼系高速钢铸态，退火以及淬回火组织的影响，铝含量超过２．０％，淬火组织中出现含析出合金的铁素体组织和晶界屈氏体，导致钢硬的降低。     

循环流液相等电聚焦方法及应用研究

利用循环流液相等电聚焦技术，对Ｈｂ、Ｃｙｔ．Ｃ和ＢＳＡ混合物进行分离，对ＲＮａｓｅＡ粗制品进行精制。该方法上样量大，活性回收好。对聚焦过程中扩散、对流和电渗的影响进行了讨论。     

对乙酰基偶氮胂与铜的显色反应研究及应用

研究了对乙酸基偶氮肿与铜的显色反应。结果表明，在弱酸性介质中，铜与对乙酰基偶氮胂形成稳定的蓝色配合物，其最大吸收峰位于６２０ｎｍ，表观摩尔吸光系数达４．８６×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１。配合物的组成比为Ｃｕ：对乙酰基偶氮胂＝１：２，表现稳定常数为１．８９×１０１０，铜的含量在０～４０μｇ／２５ｍＬ范围内符合比尔定律。显色反应具有较好的选择性，应用于铝合金中铜的测定，结果满意。
