Perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) show promising prospects in the wide color gamut display owing to their ultra-narrow full width at half maximum (FWHM). However, up to now, all perovskite white LEDs integrated by standard red, green, and blue perovskite emitters, namely, monolithic white PeLEDs (WPeLEDs), have been rarely reported, owing to facing some issues, e.g., solvent incompatibility in solution technique, ion exchange, and energy transfer between different emission centers. Herein, centered on these issues, an optimal intermediate connection layer (ICL) of Po-T2T/LiF/Ag/HAT-CN/MoO3 is adopted to successfully develop monolithic tandem multicolor PeLEDs and WPeLEDs for the first time. The multicolor PeLEDs can achieve the best external quantum efficiency of 1.8% and the highest luminance of 4844 cd m−2. Besides, the red/green/blue (R/G/B) monolithic tandem WPeLED shows a standard white International Commission on Illumination coordinate of (0.33, 0.33) and achieves an extremely wide color gamut reaching National Television Standards Committee of 130%. This study is the first to realize the standard R/G/B co-electroluminescence in a monolithic perovskite device and offers a feasible strategy for developing wide-color gamut perovskite displays. 相似文献

Despite the outstanding power conversion efficiency (PCE) of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) achieved over the years, unsatisfactory stability and lead toxicity remain obstacles that limit their competitiveness and large-scale practical deployment. In this study, in situ polymerizing internal encapsulation (IPIE) is developed as a holistic approach to overcome these challenges. The uniform polymer internal package layer constructed by thermally triggered cross-linkable monomers not only solidifies the ionic perovskite crystalline by strong electron-withdrawing/donating chemical sites, but also acts as a water penetration and ion migration barrier to prolong shelf life under harsh environments. The optimized MAPbI3 and FAPbI3 devices with IPIE treatment yield impressive efficiencies of 22.29% and 24.12%, respectively, accompanied by remarkably enhanced environmental and mechanical stabilities. In addition, toxic water-soluble lead leakage is minimized by the synergetic effect of the physical encapsulation wall and chemical chelation conferred by the IPIE. Ferromagnetic materials with a strong spin-orbit coupling (SOC) have attracted much attention in recent years because of their exotic properties and potential applications in energy-efficient spintronics. However, such materials are scarce in nature. Here, a proximity-induced paramagnetic to ferromagnetic transition for the heavy transition metal oxide CaRuO3 in (001)-(LaMnO3/CaRuO3) superlattices is reported. Anomalous Hall effect is observed in the temperature range up to 180 K. Maximal anomalous Hall conductivity and anomalous Hall angle are as large as ∼15 Ω−1 cm−1 and ∼0.93%, respectively, by one to two orders of magnitude larger than those of the typical 3d ferromagnetic oxides such as La0.67Sr0.33MnO3. Density functional theory calculations indicate the existence of avoid band crossings in the electronic band structure of the ferromagnetic CRO layer, which enhances Berry curvature thus strong anomalous Hall effects. Further evidences from polarized neutron reflectometry show that the CaRuO3 layers are in a fully ferromagnetic state (∼0.8 μB/Ru), in sharp contrast to the proximity-induced canted antiferromagnetic state in 5d oxides SrIrO3 and CaIrO3 (∼0.1 μB/Ir). More than that, the magnetic anisotropy of the (001)-(LaMnO3/CaRuO3) superlattices is eightfold symmetric, showing potential applications in the technology of multistate data storage. 相似文献

This paper is concerned with the heading tracking control problem for a network-based unmanned surface vessel (USV) under wave-induced disturbances. Considering the characteristics of the wave-induced disturbances, the unknown-but-bounded (UBB) noise model is adopted. Meanwhile, signal quantization is taken into account due to the limited capacity of the communication channel. Based on these considerations, a novel set-membership based control scheme is proposed, which consists of a set-membership filter (SMF) and a set-membership controller (SMC). In the proposed control scheme, the SMF is designed for providing an ellipsoidal estimation set for the USV at each sampling step, and then the SMC uses the estimation set for producing control input for the USV in order to track the reference. Sufficient conditions are derived for the considered USV system to be asymptotically stable and satisfy the modified set-membership performance constraint. A thermo-damage-viscoelastic model for hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) composite propellant with consideration for the effect of temperature was implemented in ABAQUS. The damage evolution law of the model has the same form as the crack growth equation for viscoelastic materials, and only a single damage variable \(S\) is considered. The HTPB propellant was considered as an isotropic material, and the deviatoric and volumetric strain-stress relations are decoupled and described by the bulk and shear relaxation moduli, respectively. The stress update equations were expressed by the principal stresses \(\sigma_{ii}^{R}\) and the rotation tensor \(M\), the Jacobian matrix in the global coordinate system \(J_{ijkl}\) was obtained according to the fourth-order tensor transformation rules. Two models having complex stress states were used to verify the accuracy of the constitutive model. The test results showed good agreement with the strain responses of characteristic points measured by a contactless optical deformation test system, which illustrates that the thermo-damage-viscoelastic model perform well at describing the mechanical properties of an HTPB propellant. 相似文献
