EVA悬浮填料的制备及硝化反应的研究

用活性炭填充弹性高发泡乙烯／醋酸乙烯共聚物颗粒制备新型悬浮填料，在悬浮填料移动床工艺中为微生物提供附着生长的载体。载体具有通孔结构，从表面到内部形成不同溶解氧梯度，在反应器内发生同时硝化反硝化反应（SND）。研究表明，当双螺杆挤出温度为185℃、交联剂过氧化二异丙苯为1％（质量分数，下同）、发泡剂偶氮二甲酰氨为1．5％、活性炭为18％时，填料密度和空隙率分别达到0．85g／mL和60％。在复合式生物反应器中处理模拟生活污水，发生SND的工艺条件为：溶解氧（DO）为2．0～2．2mg／L，碳氮比（COD／YH4^＋-N，简写为C／N）为30，水力停留时间为5h。     

Laboratory investigation of portland cement concrete containing recycled asphalt pavements

Recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) is the removed and/or reprocessed pavement material containing asphalt and aggregate. The use of RAP in asphalt pavement has become a common practice in the construction of new, and reconstruction of old, hot mix asphalt (HMA) pavements. But little research has been done to examine the potential of incorporating RAP into concrete. Since RAP contains asphalt, it is very likely that the toughness of concrete made with RAP could be improved. In the present study, the mechanical properties of RAP-incorporated Portland cement concrete were investigated through laboratory experiments. Two types of RAP (coarse and fine RAP) materials were considered. The results from this study indicated that RAP could be incorporated into Portland cement concrete without any modification to the conventional equipment or procedures. Without any treatment, there was a systematic reduction in the compressive and split tensile strengths with the incorporation RAP in concrete. Notably, the energy absorbing toughness for the RAP incorporated concrete has been significantly improved.     

20%虫酰肼悬浮剂的反相高效液相色谱测定

叙述了采用反相高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇-水作为流动相,用C18柱和紫外检测器(240nm),测定了20%虫酰肼悬浮剂的含量.结果表明:方法的标准偏差为:0.071;变异系数为:0.35%;平均回收率为:99.56%.线性相关系数为:0.9993.     

荧光增白剂4,4′-双-(2-磺酸钠苯乙烯基)联苯的合成新工艺

以氯化苄和对硝基氯苄为原料,经Wittig反应合成中间体2-磺酸钠-二苯乙烯和2-磺酸钠-4′-硝基-二苯乙烯。后者经还原反应、重氮化反应后,在氢氧化钠存在下与前者反应生成最终产品荧光增白剂4,4′-双-(2-磺酸钠苯乙烯基)联苯。     

A novel high performance RTM resin based on benzoxazine

Resin transfer molding (RTM) has the potential to manufacture high quality, geometrically complex composite parts. Benzoxazine is a new kind of high performance composite matrix. It can be polymerized with a ring‐opening reaction without releasing volatiles. In this article, a novel RTM resin made from aromatic diamine, phenol and formaldehyde is reported. The viscosity and curing behavior of the RTM resin as well as the properties of the cured neat resin and fiber reinforced composite were investigated. The resin has a viscosity lower than 0.5 Pa · s after 4 hr at 100°C, and can be cured at 180°C. The tensile strength, modulus, and elongation of the cast resin are 94 MPa, 4.6 GPa, and 2.2%, respectively. The flexural strength and modulus of the cast resin are 160 MPa and 4.9 GPa. The flexural strength and modulus of its glass fiber laminate are 662 MPa and 30 GPa. It is very easy to control the viscosity and curing rate of the RTM resin through the addition of reactive dilute agents and catalysts according to the requirement of RTM processing. POLYM. A Novel Inorganic Polymer as Cathode Material for Secondary Lithium Batteries

Summary: This paper introduces a new inorganic poly(phosphazene disulfide) material. With unique element composition and molecular structure, the polymer has noncombustible safety and preferable conductivity. When used as cathode material for rechargeable lithium batteries, the polymer's first discharge capacity is as high as 467.9 mAh · g^?1, which can be retained at 409.9 mAh · g^?1 after 60 repeated cycles. Therefore, it has a great application potential in the field of lithium batteries.

单级齿轮箱设计的专家系统

在论述机械设计家专家系统(MDES)特点的基础上,详细介绍了齿轮箱及其内部组件的设计过程,建立了齿轮箱设计专家系统(GBES)GBES采用知识元一规则一过程表一向量和过程的知识表示方法,利用知识元的指针可将知识元以树状和网状连为一体,以方便推理,GBES的知识库是用分层方式组织的,并提出了有效的知识库管理系统,这大大方便了知识库的建立与使用,GBES的辅助设计模块是用FORTRAN编写的,而专家系统部分则是用LISP编写的。最后介绍了各部分之间的接口和独运方式。GBES系统已初步在实际中应用。
