Preparation and Composition—Structure—Thermal Stability Relation of a Novel Open—framework Vanadium Phosphate （H3NCH2CH2NH3）3[（VO）4（PO4）2（HPO4）4]

A novel open-franmework vanadium(IV) phosphate (H3NCH2CH2NH3)3[(VO)4(PO4)2(HPO4)4](short for V2P3-en)has been prepared.It is synthesized hydrothermally in the presence of ethylenediamine(en)at 170℃ for 5 days by self-assembly form sturcturally simple precursors V2O5,H3PO4and H2O.The compound is characterized by means of Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),Thermogravimetry-differenti8al thermal analysis(TG-DTA),X-ray powder diffraction analysis(XRD) and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) \.Furthermore,the composition-structure-thermal stability relation of V2P3-en is exploed in terms of crystal chemistry,and the potential approach to the enhancement of its thermal stability is proposed.     

Similarity solutions to a laminar boundary layer problem in power law fluids

A suitable similarity transformatiopn is introduced to reduce the laminar boundary layer equations of power law fluids to a class of singular nonlinear two-point boundary value problems.The skin friction and shear stress distributions for boundary layer flow over a moving flat plate are investigated by utilizing the shooting technique.Results indicate that for each fixed value of the power law exponent n or the velocity ratio parameter ξ,the skin friction and shear stress decrease with the increasing of n or ξ respectively.     

Research and application of an intelligent recloser controller installed on outdoor rod

A new type of intelligent recolser controller installed on the outdoor rod is developed, which is mainly composed of microcontroller of Intel 87C196KC-20 and CPLD devices. This controller integrates all the functions of measuring, controlling, protection, fault diagnosis, communication, remote-controlled operation and self-power devices with infra-red remote control devices as a unit. The controller applies the distributed structure, field concentration line and intelligent technology to seal up the synthetic servomechanisms such as the microcomputer-based protection and measuring devices in the second stage of the mini out-door transformer substation, which are distributed on the outdoor circuit switches on the spot and formed as a whole. Therefore,this technology can transform a large number of ordinary homemade SF6 circuit beaker and vacuum circuit breaker into intelligent circuit recloser, thus replacing the expensive imported automatic circuit recolser.     

酞菁钯—PVC膜硫酸根离子选择性电极的研制及应用

以酞菁钯为活性物质研制了对硫酸根离子有电位响应的离子电极.用电位滴定法测定了实验室废水中硫酸根离子浓度.在温度为25℃,浓度为0.01 mol/L Tris的体系中,以PVC-酞菁钯硫酸根离子电极为指示电极,氯化钡的Tris溶液为基准溶液,对硫酸根离子溶液进行电位滴定,精确度在2%以内,检出下限为3×10-4mol/L,回收率在104%～99%之间,结果令人满意.     

Dynamic process fault monitoring based on neural network and PCA

A newly developed method, NNPCA, integrates two data driven techniques, neural network (NN) and principal component analysis (PCA), for process monitoring. NN is used to summarize the operating process information into a nonlinear dynamic mathematical model. Chemical dynamic processes are so complex that they are presently ahead of theoretical methods from a fundamental physical standpoint. NN functions as the nonlinear dynamic operator to remove processes' nonlinear and dynamic characteristics. PCA is employed to generate simple monitoring charts based on the multivariable residuals derived from the difference between the process measurements and the neural network prediction. It can evaluate the current performance of the process. Examples from the recent monitoring practice in the industry and the large-scale system in the Tennessee Eastman process problem are presented to help the reader delve into the matter.     

新型失步继电器的微机实现

暂态能量函数法已被广泛用来评价电力系统的暂态稳定性，但一般地仅是进行离线分析计算。Ｒｏｅｍｉｃｈ等提出了用能量函数法的新型失步继电器的方案，但尚未见到其用微机在线实现的研究。本文用微机实现了新型失步继电器．并在电力系统动模装置上进行了实验研究。通过实验，本文基本解决了工程应用中的一系列技术问题，并找出尚待解决的不足之处．为新型失步继电器的进一步改进完善准备了条件。     

气囊式密封垫弹性刚度的计算

系统地讨论了单吸盘真空吸附式爬壁机器人吸盘系的弹性性能，从气体流变过程的角度，推导出气囊式密封垫弹性刚度理论计算公式。最后提供了实验结果，证明了上述方法和结论的正确性。     

MOAS 柴油降凝剂的研究

介绍了柴油降凝剂ＭＯＡＳ的合成，对抚顺石油二厂、三厂生产的几种柴油进行了降凝助滤效果的试验。对ＭＯＡＳ剂的合成条件、使用条件等影响因素以及与其它降凝剂的性能比较进行了考查，结果表明ＭＯＡＳ剂具有较好的应用价值。     

反相高效液相色谱法对间苯二甲酸二羟乙酯5－磺酸钠合成的控制

提出了利用Ｃ１８色谱柱，以含有烷基磺酸盐的甲醇／水溶液为流动相，对阳离子染料可染聚酯用第三单体合成体系主成分进行快速分析测定的色谱方法．以该方法测定结果为依据计算的第三单体转化率比原有测定方法准确、快速．该测定方法提供的数据为准确控制反应的深度提供了可靠依据．     

ESMVA降凝剂的研制

主要介绍了柴油降凝剂ESMVA的合成和使用条件的考查．ESMVA降凝剂是以马来酸酐、醋酸乙烯酯、十四醇为原料，以苯和甲苯为溶剂，以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂，以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂，在138℃下反应6h制得。该剂对锦州六厂0#柴油的纯降凝度可达14～23℃，冷滤点降低2～4℃；东炼0#柴油纯降凝度达16～30℃，冷滤点降低2℃．另外还分析了ESMVA型降凝机理．
