节水灌溉实施办法探讨

从我国实际情况出发,探讨了节水灌溉及其技术体系的建立、节水模式的选择和相应的对策措施。     

加强安全监督管理 保障检修施工安全

通过严格外来施工队伍和人员的安全管理,加强直接作业票证的管理,落实监护人职责,开展项目危险性分析,强化现场监督等手段,从而加强了检修现场的安全管理,保证系统停车检修的圆满完成。     

Reliability investigation of 0.07-/spl mu/m InGaAs-InAlAs-InP HEMT MMICs with pseudomorphic In/sub 0.75/Ga/sub 0.25/As channel

The authors have investigated the reliability performance of G-band (183 GHz) monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) amplifiers fabricated using 0.07-/spl mu/m T-gate InGaAs-InAlAs-InP HEMTs with pseudomorphic In/sub 0.75/Ga/sub 0.25/As channel on 3-in wafers. Life test was performed at two temperatures (T/sub 1/ = 200 /spl deg/C and T/sub 2/ = 215 /spl deg/C), and the amplifiers were stressed at V/sub ds/ of 1 V and I/sub ds/ of 250 mA/mm in a N/sub 2/ ambient. The activation energy is as high as 1.7 eV, achieving a projected median-time-to-failure (MTTF) /spl ap/ 2 /spl times/ 10/sup 6/ h at a junction temperature of 125 /spl deg/C. MTTF was determined by 2-temperature constant current stress using /spl Delta/G/sub mp/ = -20% as the failure criteria. The difference of reliability performance between 0.07-/spl mu/m InGaAs-InAlAs-InP HEMT MMICs with pseudomorphic In/sub 0.75/Ga/sub 0.25/As channel and 0.1-/spl mu/m InGaAs-InAlAs-InP HEMT MMICs with In/sub 0.6/Ga/sub 0.4/As channel is also discussed. The achieved high-reliability result demonstrates a robust 0.07-/spl mu/m pseudomorphic InGaAs-InAlAs-InP HEMT MMICs production technology for G-band applications.     

SiGe VCOs operating up to 88 GHz, suitable for automotive radar sensors

VCOs fully integrated in an SiGe preproduction technology are presented. By cutting interconnection lines a wide frequency range can be covered, up to 88.4 GHz. Special effort has been made to meet the demands for 77 GHz automotive radar. In the corresponding tuning range from 75.3 to 79.6 GHz, an output power of about 11 dBm (with -2.2 dBm potential measurement uncertainty) was achieved for each of the two complementary outputs, i.e. in total 14 dBm. The phase noise is about -94 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset frequency.     

SO2-4/ZrO2-SiO2的制备及其催化合成丁酸丁酯

采用分别沉淀/混合沉淀法、改性共沉淀法和以硅溶胶为硅源的共沉淀法制备了SO2-4/ZrO2-SiO2固体超强酸催化剂;考察了沉淀剂及沉淀终点的pH等制备条件对分别沉淀/混合沉淀法制备的SO2-4/ZrO2-SiO2催化剂催化合成丁酸丁酯活性的影响;探索了ZrO2-SiO2的制备方法、反应时间对SO2-4/ZrO2-SiO2催化剂活性的影响.实验结果表明,以硝酸铵为沉淀剂,当沉淀终点的pH为7～8时,采用分别沉淀/混合沉淀法制备的SO2-4/ZrO2-SiO2催化剂的活性较高(酯化率88.7%),但分别沉淀/混合沉淀法制备的ZrO2-SiO2组成不均匀;以硅溶胶为硅源采用共沉淀法制备的SO2-4/ZrO2-SiO2催化剂催化合成丁酸丁酯,在正丁醇0.48 mol、正丁酸0.40 mol、反应时间3 h、不添加任何带水剂的条件下,酯化率高达96.4%,该方法制备的催化剂稳定性和再生性能好,制备成本低.     

Bandpass filters with reconfigurable transmission zeros using varactor-tuned tapped stubs

In this letter, bandpass filters with one or two tunable transmission zeros are proposed. The reconfigurable transmission zeros are implemented through varactors in combination with tapped quarter-wavelength stubs. Based on mixed mode simulations including EM simulation and circuit simulation, the proposed filters were designed and fabricated on low-cost FR4 board. The measurement results verified the design concepts.     

燕皮传统加工工艺中碱液对肉糜特性的影响

燕皮是以猪肉和甘薯粉为原料,手工制成的薄如纸且经煮不烂的传统食品。在传统制作燕皮过程中添加山榉灰配制的碱液是影响肉糜品质的关键步骤。通过测定制作燕皮过程中各工序样品的氮溶解指数、持水性、乳化稳定性、pH值和粘度,利用SDS-PAGE分析样品中的蛋白质组分、利用光学显微镜观察它们的结构变化,证实植物碱液能够提高样品的氮溶解指数、持水性和乳化稳定性并且延迟了肉糜硬化。同时实验证明碳酸碱(Na2CO3或K2CO3)可替代传统工艺中的植物碱,为后续标准化、工业化生产提供可行条件。     

黄海地质构造与油气资源

针对以往黄海油气勘探在找油思路、勘探深度、勘探领域、勘探部署和勘探技术等方面存在的问题 ,概述了南、北黄海地质构造、盆地演化、油气地质特征及成藏条件 ,并在此基础上 ,提出了对黄海油气资源远景的几点认识     

TBM掘进隧洞回填固结灌浆施工的探讨

豆砾石回填灌浆和固结灌浆在引黄工程南干线长达90kmTBM施工中得到成功的应用。文中介绍了引黄工程南干线4^#-7^#隧洞豆砾石回填灌浆、特殊地质洞段的固结灌浆的灌浆设备、材料、浆液配比、压力、工艺等诸方面的现场施工情况。     

网络管理中事件关联检测机制的研究

网络事件的关联检测是网络管理需要解决的一个关键问题,本文根据分布式网络管理的特点,首次明确定义了网络事件的基本关联关系,在此基础上提出了一种基于Petri Net的事件关联检测机制,实现了基于事件内容的细粒度关联检测,并且在事件检测中充分考虑了时间因素,有效地提高了事件关联检测的准确性。
