根据压铸镁合金铸件浇注系统的设计原则,设计了S11-1001211cb支架浇注系统,而后利用Flow-3D模拟软件进行充型模拟分析,根据模拟结果对其进行了优化设计。共进行了3种浇注系统的模拟分析,并最终确定了最优化浇注系统。此外,还利用模拟结果分析了充型速度对铸件成形性和品质的影响,从而优化了压铸工艺参数,在容易产生缺陷的部位加设溢流槽,可以尽量减少铸件缺陷,提高铸件的品质。 相似文献

Inductive power transfer (IPT) systems facilitate contactless power transfer between two sides and across an air-gap, through weak magnetic coupling. However, IPT systems constitute a high order resonant circuit and, as such, are difficult to design and control. Aiming at the control problems for bidirectional IPT system, a neural networks based proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control strategy is proposed in this paper. In the proposed neural PID method, the PID gains, \(K_{P}\), \(K_{I}\) and \(K_{D}\) are treated as Gaussian potential function networks (GPFN) weights and they are adjusted using online learning algorithm. In this manner, the neural PID controller has more flexibility and capability than conventional PID controller with fixed gains. The concept of Peer-to-Peer (P2P) has been introduced into mobile networks, which has led to the emergence of mobile P2P networks,
and originated potential applications in many fields. However,mobile P2P networks are subject to the limitations of transmission
range, and highly dynamic and unpredictable network topology, giving rise to many new challenges for efficient information
retrieval. In this paper, we propose an automatic and economical hybrid information retrieval approach based on cooperative
cache. In this method, the region covered by a mobile P2P network is partitioned into subregions, each of which is identified
by a unique ID and known to all peers. All the subregions then constitute a mobile Kademlia (MKad) network. The proposed hybrid
retrieval approach aims to utilize the floodingbased and Distributed Hash Table (DHT)-based schemes in MKad for indexing and
searching according to the designed utility functions. To further facilitate information retrieval, we present an effective
cache update method by considering all relevant factors. At the same time, the combination of two different methods for cache
update is also introduced. One of them is pull based on time stamp including two different pulls: an on-demand pull and a
periodical pull, and the other is a push strategy using update records. Furthermore, we provide detailed mathematical analysis
on the cache hit ratio of our approach. Simulation experiments in NS-2 showed that the proposed approach is more accurate

In this paper, a dual-band and reflective polarization converter based on metasurface is proposed. Its unit cell is composed of two layers of metal plates separated by a dielectric substrate. The simulation results show that the proposed converter is able to convert x- or y-polarized incident waves into cross-polarized waves perfectly in frequency bands of 6.75—10.59 GHz and 17.78—19.61 GHz, and the polarization conversion ratio (PCR) is nearly 100%, which can also convert linearly polarized waves into circularly polarized waves at four frequencies. Radiotherapy is identified as a crucial treatment for patients with glioblastoma, but recurrence is inevitable. The efficacy of radiotherapy is severely hampered partially due to the tumor evolution. Growing evidence suggests that proneural glioma stem cells can acquire mesenchymal features coupled with increased radioresistance. Thus, a better understanding of mechanisms underlying tumor subclonal evolution may develop new strategies. Herein, data highlighting a positive correlation between the accumulation of macrophage in the glioblastoma microenvironment after irradiation and mesenchymal transdifferentiation in glioblastoma are presented. Mechanistically, elevated production of inflammatory cytokines released by macrophages promotes mesenchymal transition in an NF-κB-dependent manner. Hence, rationally designed macrophage membrane-coated porous mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MMNs) in which therapeutic anti-NF-κB peptides are loaded for enhancing radiotherapy of glioblastoma are constructed. The combination of MMNs and fractionated irradiation results in the blockage of tumor evolution and therapy resistance in glioblastoma-bearing mice. Intriguingly, the macrophage invasion across the blood-brain barrier is inhibited competitively by MMNs, suggesting that these nanoparticles can fundamentally halt the evolution of radioresistant clones. Taken together, the biomimetic MMNs represent a promising strategy that prevents mesenchymal transition and improves therapeutic response to irradiation as well as overall survival in patients with glioblastoma. 相似文献
