Solid–solid phase‐change materials based on hyperbranched polyurethane for thermal energy storage 下载免费PDF全文
A hyperbranched polyol (HBP) was synthesized with poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) as the core molecule and 2,2‐bis(hydroxymethyl) propionic acid as the chain extender. Then, a series of hyperbranched polyurethane phase‐change materials (HP‐PCMs) with different crosslinking densities was synthesized with isophorone diisocyanate and HBP as a molecular skeleton and PEG 6000 as a phase‐change ingredient. 1H‐NMR, gel permeation chromatography, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy confirmed the successful synthesis of the HBP and HP‐PCMs. The polarization optical microscopy and wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction results show that the HP‐PCM exhibited good crystallization properties, but the crystallinity was lower than that of PEG 6000. The analysis results from differential scanning calorimetry indicated that the HP‐PCMs were typical solid–solid phase‐change materials with suitable phase‐transition temperatures. In addition, HP‐PCM‐3, with an appropriate degree of hyperbranched structure, possessed the highest thermal transition enthalpy of 123.5 J/g. 以溴代十二烷和乙二胺为原料,通过亲核取代反应制备了N,N-双十二烷基乙二胺(C26H56N2),通过实验考察了合成条件变化对N,N-双十二烷基乙二胺合成的影响。结果表明:在n(溴代十二烷)∶n(乙二胺)=2.4∶1、回流温度下反应8 h得到目标产物,收率为45.5%;利用FTIR、1H NMR、元素分析等手段对其结构进行了表征。探索了N,N-双十二烷基乙二胺作为润滑油添加剂的新应用。采用四球摩擦磨损试验考察了其在聚乙二醇400中的摩擦学性能。结果显示,当N,N-双十二烷基乙二胺添加量为2%时,聚乙二醇400的PB值可由696 N提高至862 N。 相似文献

目的观察药物或局部封闭治疗枕大神经卡压症的疗效。方法对86例枕大神经卡压症的患者先给予药物治疗,疗效差的病例再给予封闭治疗。结果单纯药物治疗的疗效为40.7%,而局部封闭治疗的疗效为90.2%。结论枕大神经卡压症容易误诊,本组病例的误诊率为53.5%;枕大神经卡压症先给予药物治疗,疗效差者给予局部封闭治疗可以获得满意的疗效。 相似文献

In recent years, highly efficient oil/water separation materials have brought much attention. It requests superhydrophobic surfaces with a rapid and facile separation process, excellent durability, and large-scale fabrication. Herein, a facile vapor-liquid sol-gel, and free radical polymerization reaction method to prepare the durable and robust superhydrophobic cotton fabric is proposed. Moreover, the fabric can be used for highly efficient and various oil/water separation. It is prepared via a simple two-step process, including a vapor-liquid sol-gel process to deposit with thiols particles, and then followed a free radical polymerization reaction to graft 2,2,3,4,4,4-hexafluorobutyl methacrylate. Scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry prove that the rough structures are generated from the hydrolysis condensation reaction between tetraethyl orthosilicate and 3-mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane. As a result, the synthetic chemical composition provided by the natural fabric and silica nanoparticles synergistically construct a superhydrophobic surface with water contact angles and shedding angle of 158° and 9°, respectively. Additionally, the treated fabric exhibits excellent chemical resistance and self-cleaning ability. Remarkably, the fabric still retains superhydrophobic and excellent mechanical robustness after 30 cycles of various oil/water separation. In summary, the resultant fabrics with excellent chemical resistance, remarkable mechanical robustness, and versatile separation abilities have potential applications in various oil/water separations. 相似文献

Na+,Cl?and K+are the most abundant electrolytes present in biological fluids that are essential to the regulation of pH homeostasis,membrane potential and cell volume in living organisms.Herein,we report synthetic crown ether-thiourea conjugates as a cation/anion symporter,which can transport both Na+and Cl–across lipid bilayers with relatively high transport activity.Surprisingly,the ion transport activities were diminished when high concentrations of K+ions were present outside the vesicles.This unusual behavior resulted from the strong affinity of the transporters for K+ions,which led to predominant partitioning of the transporters as the K+complexes in the aqueous phase preventing the transporter incorporation into the membrane.Synthetic membrane transporters with Na+,Cl?and K+transport capabilities may have potential biological and medicinal applications. 相似文献

Lap joining of 1-mm-thick Novelist AC 170 PX aluminum alloy to 1.2-mm-thick ST06 Z galvanized steel sheets for automotive applications was conducted by cold metal transfer advanced welding process with ER4043 and ER4047 filler wires. Under the optimized welding parameters with ER4043 filler wire, the tensile shear strength of joint was 189 MPa, reaching 89% of the aluminum alloy base metal. Microstructure and elemental distribution were characterized by optical metalloscope and electron probe microanalysis. The lap joints with ER4043 filler wire had smaller wetting angle and longer bonded line length with better wettability than with ER4047 filler wire during welding with same parameters. The needle-like Al-Fe-Si intermetallic compounds (IMCs) were spalled into the weld and brought negative effect to the tensile strength of joints. With increasing welding current, the needle-like IMCs grew longer and spread further into the weld, which would deteriorate the tensile shear strength. 相似文献

镇泾油田长8储层属于低孔超低渗储层,依据储层分类标准在平面上可划分为孔隙型和裂缝型。为了研究不同类型储层压力传播与井网匹配关系,对长8油藏典型油水井动态指标进行分析,给出不同类型储层压力传播特征和合理井网形式。综合应用矢量井网和数值模拟方法对不同井排距方案进行预测,确定合理井排距。研究结果表明,孔隙型储层油井初产低、递减快、压力传播慢、传播范围小;注水井吸水能力随注水量增加而降低。裂缝型储层采油井初产高、递减慢、注水井吸水能力强、吸水指数存在明显拐点。孔隙型储层中部署菱形反九点井网,合理井距范围450~500 m,合理排距范围110~130 m;裂缝型储层部署矩形井网(行列式),合理井距范围400~450 m,合理排距范围130~150 m。 相似文献
